“Absolutely fantastic! I was researching burger spots in the area for a full 20 minutes and this won. So we had high expectations. This place exceeded all those expectations. We’re visiting from England and let me tell you, if the queen was still with us she would have given this place 10/10! As for myself, i’m giving it a 20/10. Highly recommend“
“Fry the coop easily has one of if not the BEST chicken sandwiches out there right now. The seasoned fries are also absolutely amazing. The reason I leave the three stars instead of five in service is because of how unfair the takeout is. SIDENOTE: I have no problems with the workers at all. These are the bags they are told to fill so they do it. The workers here are great people. I have come to this location for years (since roughly the second week of it’s opening) and the last few times I’ve ordered take out, the serving of fry’s has been SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than the amount of fries you get if you dine in. I get it, it’s just fries, BUT if I’m going to pay roughly eighteen dollars for the same meal I should receive the same amount someone who is dining in receives. The photos include ALL the fries that came with the order (I took the fries out of the bottom of the bag as well and put them in there).TL;DR: great food, takeout portion of fries is MUCH smaller yet still fully priced“
“First time going today. Took the family because I saw they served food for kids too. They have a deal 2 for $10 chicken sandwich so we tried that out. Bought large fries which was enough for all of us plus some, Mac n cheese for my son and another chicken sandwich for my daughter. Paid under $40 with drinks. I tried the hot chicken sandwich with coleslaw and I’ll tell you what, it’s very good on par with fry the coop, and I love fry the coop, the fries were crispy and seasoned I had them mild, also great flavor. Mac n cheese was delicious. I can say that this is one of my go tos for now on for hot chicken sandwich, this and fry the coop. I highly recommend this place. The owners were nice as well. Great service. I’ll be back.“
“I usually really enjoy this place and I have no problems with waiting for good hot foodBut what I do have a problem is with saying you make everything fresh and today I get what seemed like a microwaved bowl or something but out of the 4 times I came 3 times the food was fresh n steaming hot but today I was disappointed“
“First let me say when arriving, you can smell the food from outside! Walking through the door you meet with plenty of aromas, a relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. The wait time was reasonable price was too. The food overall 8.5 out of ten. I had the salmon dinner and I wish they had grilled it but it was still great! Can’t forget the bev, I had the Jamaican juice and it was a hit. 8.5 out of ten must try again“

“i accidentally ordered the wrong sandwhich and was willing to pay for the one i originally wanted to buy but the wonderful staff insisted on taking care of it free of charge and i couldn’t thank them enough. excellent service and i was in & out within 5 minutes. a blonde woman who worked the cashier handled the whole situation and was even able to bring my sandwhich out to me in my car, i wish i could’ve got her name!“
“One day when we were so busy in the afternoon and we were hungry, we remembered a place where they sell roast chickens and roast beef (they sell roast beef by the pound) we ordered chicken and roast beef to take away.Once at home when we started eating, this food was delicious, tasty and juicy.The Pure Tasty.“

“They did not disappoint. I ordered 10 wings, and even the leftovers hit the spot. Everything was fresh and cooked to order. It took about 20 minutes but that's ok. You have to be patient. That's how you know the chicken wasn't already sitting there cooked when you have to wait. If your order ready in 5 minutes, then it wasn't cooked fresh. I had been saying for years, somebody need to open up a Harold's around this way. I live way east now but this is my go to spot. As long as they keep it!“

Staff is legit and remembers returning customers. If you are at the Orland mall, you owe it to yourself and to your family to at least try this chicken. Many other choices available. “EXCELLENT customer service! The WHOLE TEAM today went above and beyond to help a customer whose car had broken down in the drive thru exit which created a bottle neck situation where cars could not exit at all. It must have happened right when I drove up b/c in just a few minutes there was a whole line not moving. Roberto took my order and was so pleasant and empathetic about the situation. Shortly after I realized I might not make it back to work on time, there come employees running food orders out to customers back in the line, managers with compensation cards, and an organized plan to find a way to create a new exit and allow the customers who received their orders to back up and exit another way. IT WAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Then as I get my turn to exit I see 2-3 employees helping that customer whose car had broken down to roll their car to a safe location in the mall parking where a tow truck could easily assist them. It was quick, it was calm, it was what I expect from a chain that really does put customer service at it's forefront. In addition, their salads are amazing! :) Shout out to Roberto, Angel (the polite, logistical manager who created the new exit), Thelma (another employee passing out the food and comp cards), and all the other employees whose names I did not get. Great job guys! Problems happen, it's how we address it that matters! Will definitely return and I recommend everyone to this location. Even when there is a wait, their quality and customer service is WORTH IT!“
