I just wanted to give a shoutout to my favorite person Fatimah for her awesome customer service skills. She always greets me with a warm smile and goes above and beyond to ensure I get exactly what I want. Her attention to my requests and friendly demeanor make my morning coffee runs a delightful experience. Kudos to Fatimah for making my day brighter with her exceptional service!
On 2/2 around 9:30am, we had a want for donuts and 1st stopped at the Dunkin' Donuts on 69th and Pulaski where we received incredibly rude service. We left and stopped at this one which was along the way. The folks were very friendly, the donuts were fresh and the coffee order was perfect. Since we live nearby, this will be the one we'll continue to visit.
