I normally have an ok experience here, but I wanted to make people aware of something that happened a few weeks ago. I placed an order for an iced coffee and the food item that I order quite frequently from another Dunkin donuts over in Ravenswood. I mention Ravenswood to express the fact that I know how this food order is prepared what it looks like and how it's normally cooked. Only one girl who makes the drinks makes them properly, mixes well, makes them taste decent. All the others literally don't mix, make way to much milk etc omg they're so horrible at their jobs lmao

Extremely pleasant ppl. Very warm & inviting. There's a HS across the street so it was full of students but still a great atmosphere. They even gave us extra donuts just because 10/10
