The place is pretty clean. The drive-thru was busy for the evening. There's an outside patio with two tables and only one of the umbrellas was up. The staff was ok for the most part. They weren't super friendly, but weren't outright mean either. One of the two freestyle drink machines was out of order. I decided to try out the loaded nacho cheeseburger and chicken sandwiches.
