“We hadn’t been at Horseshoe for a number of years, but lately it seems to be one of our go to restaurants. Have only had to take back my food once (a rarity for me). The food, wait staff and jukebox is what brings us back. Was there today with my son who’s disabled. He hates getting out of the house, but loves the jukebox. (He likes singing to his favorite song (The Star Spangled Banner). The staff is attentive and a special shout out to Kim. We were celebrating a special weekend for me. Realizing that the chicken strips means chicken “nuggets” to him, made my day. (It’s the little things.)”

“Came in not knowing it was 10 minutes to closing time and they welcomed us with open arms, had the pulled pork nachos, burnt end, pulled pork sandwich, Mac n cheese and baked beans. Everything was phenomenal! We live an hour away and just passing thru but I'll definitely make some trips here just for the amazing BBQ! If you haven't tried it I highly recommend!”

“We head to McDill's whenever our son brings a train into town. We drive over from St. Charles (MO), pick him up at his hotel, and sit down for dinner and conversation. We can always count on good food and an atmosphere where we can talk without the music being too loud. Great service too!”

“I do not recommend this place the first girl that waited on us today was nice. She was great asked us after 3 if she could check us out cause another girl was coming in we said yes. The other young lady asked my finance if he needed a beer and he said yes and we wanted a to go order also. That girl walked by us 3 times didn’t wait on us and threw her hair around like she didn’t give 2 shits.”

“Two pool tables, lots of gaming machines, at least one dart board, jukebox, good sized bar with lots of stools. The women's restroom was very clean, everything worked, and everything was stocked and so adorably decorated!! The smoking section is completely fenced in and has multiple tables. It's not the biggest place but it is fun! Lots of tables inside too. I'd go back!”

“I came here to get a footlong and the store was packed, very busy with only two people behind the counter. A nice gentlemen working the register and a lady, who seemed like the manager was making all the sandwiches while training the man. Overall you could tell they were both very very stressed but she was still so nice and made sure to tell everyone to have a nice day while walking out the door.”

“First time visiting a Freddy’s. Caught by surprise when I was greeted as I walked in. Patty melt was amazing. Double burger was good. Love the shoe string fries and onion rings. Hotdog was also good. Chicken fingers - wow! Peppermint Oreo shake was just right and the dirt and worms concrete was a solid. Would visit again given the opportunity. “Made a special trip (1 hr/1 way) on Mr.'s day off...we rarely get a day off together. This location ran like a well-oiled machine! Food was delicious. Staff greeting, directing, and caring for their customers like good friends. We even had the surprise of a group singing beautiful harmonies a capella (possibly gospel) at a nearby table. Thank you for a wonderful brunch!”
