Spiro's is authentic, delicious and the owners and staff have tremendous pride in the food they make for their customers. I was set on an Gyro but the owner made me a sample of the Bomber to give me a taste of what I will order on my next visit - the bread was soft, gravy delicious and the beef thinly sliced with tons of flavor. Such a small spot with so much to choose from. We ordered a khachapuri hot from the oven, some pkhali, eggplant walnut rolls- all delicious! There’s also a frozen section with khinkali dumplings and khachapuri to take home. Not to mention the Georgian wines, spices, and sauces available for purchase.
