“Nice, very tiny place. Good beer. Seating is not the most comfortable, lots of backless bar stools and small tables. Within the location is a business where they press cremated ashes into diamonds. Fine. But then brewery stuff is stored in the dead people processing partitioned space. I don't get it.“
“Great local brewery! Staff is fantastic! Beer is varied and flavorful! Only downside is a tendency for very loud and unruly young children on busier days, but I can understand how that is a fine line to walk. Most parents do a good job, but the ones that don’t ruin it for everyone. Absolutely worth checking out, but you may have to be the one to explain how children should behave in an alcohol serving establishment, to entitled parents of young children. Again not the brewery’s fault, but I wish they could find a way to be a bit more proactive in curbing poor parental behavior. Still 5 stars! Still worth the trip. Best member club for the money. Love this place!PS. Beer education is second to none, for the area. Worth the optimist membership for that alone!“
“I came here with a few girlfriends and had a wonderful experience. We walked in and waited for a table. The wait was just long enough for us to order a beer/cocktail and drink half of it. So that was perfect. Our server, Stacy was really great. She was attentive all evening and engaging to talk with. We got a few dishes to share and the food was all delicious.“
“We stopped in on a Friday afternoon, curious about 206. The reviews are true, it’s a little gem. Very nice range of beers and ciders for all tastes. The service was excellent. Informative and friendly. One of us enjoyed the milder beers, a lager and a wheat, while the other went for the hoppy varieties.“
“Before I arrived, I thought this was just a bottle shop with a couple tiny tables. I was wrong! There is a whole bar area, tons of guest beers, and very friendly staff. The beer is fantastic; that goes without saying? Stop on in!Psst - There is also a patio area out back“
“Church street hosted my birthday with a group of friends and they could not be more accommodating! Good drinks, food, atmosphere, and very friendly staff! The Helles lager is my favorite beer EVER and their pizzas are sooo good! Give this place a try!“
“Noon Whistle has always been a cool spot with some great beers, but they recently also launched a new food menu. Of course we had to try the pizza and it was so fricken good. We were there yesterday for lunch and I’m about ready to brave the -30 degree temps to go eat the same lunch again. You have to check it out.“
“The food here is awesome. You won’t find generic Sysco bar food here. Everything seems to be made in house and fresh. Homemade salad dressings always do it for me too. Plus they have a kids menu. The atmosphere is fun and cozy and I especially love the Loosey Juicy and Finnley Dunne drafts. More people should know about this place so do your self a favor and try it out!“

“Lunar Brewing Company is located in suburban Villa Park. My love and I would normally not be anywhere near Villa Park, but we tagged along with our friends for an eats-and-drinks excursion in the 'burbs earlier this summer. We stopped in for some drinks here, and there is an extensive list of beverages to choose from. The interior is plastered with all sorts of beer memorabilia and other random fun things. Check out Lunar Brewing for easygoing good times if you are in the area.“
“Great place to hang out. It wasn't too crowded when we got there ariund 5ish on a Friday evening, however, within two hours there were no tables available. The upstairs location was closed off. This brewery is like a house that was converted into a bar/brewery. A variety of beer types on tap to select from with limited food options. The bar tenders/employees are really attentive and courteous. Would definitely check this place out again on a Friday evening or weekend.“
“Not only do they have an impressive selection of very tasty brews, the food is gourmet level, even if you just go for lunch! My wife and I enjoy it, perhaps a little too much. Our kids less so, but they're not old enough to enjoy the good stuff. ?“

“The food was great. Veronica was our server, and she was really good and intensely nice. The drinks were good. Prices are average for the style of restaurant and this area. Id definitely go to Crust again. Only complaint: the hosts were very dry, and they all refused to make room when passing in the aisles. I try to squeeze to one side when passing someone like a good Midwesterer, but not the hosts. Not even the short guy tried making space. Its a weird thing to critique, but it was noticeably weird behavior.“

“We decided to stop here for a few beers. It looked great from the outside, so hey, go for it!We sat outside around a huge fire-pit. The staff was able to move tables and chairs around for a group of 11 for we can sit and enjoy the warmth. Great gesture by them. I had their Oktoberfest beer but what I really enjoyed is their IPA, Alter Ego. It is a very smooth refreshing beer. The kitchen was closed when we arrived but their beer selection is good. The service provided this evening was excellent. Worth a try if you are in the Palatine area.“
