“Alot of bad reviews but today I ordered tenders and we'll the app doesn't say they weren't available but when I went to get my order the girl on the counter told me they didn't have tenders. I got kind of upset but what can I do about it? I just asked her how I get My points back and she helped me. What surprised me though was that she told me that she made me some boneless wings and she wasn't charging me for it. She was so nice and I really appreciated that she did that for me.“
“We came for Valentines to try the food and beer. The menu is simple and to the point. We both had smash burgers. Let me tell you, the burger was delicious. I went with the double and it was huge. I'll get the single smash burger next time. The cheese curd basket with ranch was really good. The atmosphere is chill, the food is yummy and reasonably priced. “Local bar that we walked to to get a few drinks on st Patrick's day. The specials were nice but we ended up getting some Guinness and car bombs. I got to try malort for the first time (not really a fan) prices were fine. The bartender was friendly and attentive. Wasn't too crowded. Had video poker inside which is something I'm not used to due to not being from the Midwest. I'd swing by and get some drinks here again“

“My group(all family!), we were from our of town on vacation and happened upon this gem of a bar and grill by asking customer service at Shedd Aquarium! It was maybe 10 mins by car... from the minute you walk in you feel very welcome, Carrie, our server, mentioned she has been there for 14 yrs and it showed! She knew all the patrons, treated our group like family ! She made us feel special ! She even gave my grand daughter a T shirt with "Turtles" on it so we will remember to eat there again next time we are in Chicago! The food now, well the hamburgers were awesome, I recommend them! Salads were fresh and giid! Try the pulled pork, that was really good!! Personally I can bet, anything on the menu is great what! “I used to run a trucking account for a mega carrier that delivered right down the street from here. I'm not lying when I say this is the only bar I've ever drank in. Chicago doesn't allow beer sales in convenience stores I guess. Was recommended that I buy a six pack here. I was not disappointed in the slightest. “Service from reservations, to dinner and service at the event was excellent. Drinks are very reasonable and surprisingly not water down as you would find that other bars. Food was good. Making reservations was a breeze. Only downside that was extremely disappointing was the band was an hour and a half late to start. Don't know what the issue was with the band but I'm not sure how that could be the venues fault. we're definitely coming back again!“

The bar side could not be seen from our tables & booths side. I would definitely eat @ Tavern In The Green again.“
