“I'm not sure what happened but all the tables in the back room where we were, had to ask several times for service, drinks, silverware and food took for ever to get to us!Additional comment, the owner reached out to me and ask to come in and speak with him. Since I live over an hour away, I asked my son, who lives in the town and was with me, I asked him to speak on my behalf. The owner listened to my son and let him know he was thankful for the info. He gifted us a gift card and I am very grateful for him taking my experience to heart. Il be visiting the restaurant again because the food was great and the owner took the time to care about us.”

“I just got off the phone with Migele from the Evergreen Park store and had some issues with my order. I'm severely handicapped and asked for curbside pickup, and also a change to the order. “Food was great. I ordered egg rolls which were huge! Shrimp fried rice and sweet sour chicken. Takes time to prepare so call about an hour in advance. I believe there are just two people working. Perhaps a husband and wife business. Take out only!”

“I LOVE takoyaki but it's almost impossible to find on the South Side. This was perfect. Soft and savory. The crispy chicken ramen was flavorful and plentiful. A quiet and serene environment. Our for was served quickly and it was piping hot! I would definitely recommend.”

“I came here with family and friends to celebrate my two kids' birthday, and we had an awesome time. The hibachi is a must do. The kids and adults enjoyed not only the food but the entertainment of the chefs. I ordered the chicken and steak and they both were very good along with the other sides the chefs cooked up in front of us.”

“La Cocina Jaliscience is a great place to visit for a casual bite to eat. It's very informal but that's not a detractor. I always love their tacos and cheese quesadillas, and the burritos are very good as well. My wife tried the flautas this time and said they were good as well. My only comment is that I don't prefer their method for serving salsa with the delicious chips because it comes in what I can best describe as breakfast restaurant tabletop syrup pourers and I've always found it to be messy and also strange and invariably amongst whoever accompanies me to dine-in here the conversation always involves a laugh/bewilderment about the condiments being served in syrup jars.”

“Had a taste for a mall cheesesteak and decided to give this location a try. I ordered online and was advised 15 minites, I showed up within 20 minutes, and my food was hot and ready. The cheese steak was very good, thin meat, fresh condiments, and soft bread, and I really enjoyed the thinly sliced pickles. I also ordered wings that were well sauced and a very nice size for chicken wings. The service was nice as well. I will definitely be back. Also, if you plan on coming back. join their rewards online, you get coupons and sometimes a few dollars off your meal.”

“I had to take some time to share such a lovely experience with this place…I planned to join friends for dinner and due to lack of communication with friends we ended up having dinner in the Evergreen restaurant while our friends met at the Westchester restaurant. Haha! What an amazing experience, the staff, waiter’s all so pleasant and attentive! Strongly recommend this little gem on the south side. The food and martini options are out of this world. I strongly recommend this place… we ended our night with a night cap at the Westchester restaurant and had the pleasure to meet the owner “Thi Thi”… such a lovely woman. Simply loved the authenticity of Vietnamese and French cuisine… you must try!”
