“I am giving it 4 stars for food and service and location and music. They often host large parties for the public called block parties- these are always fun. This is a staple for LB locals. I would go more if it wasn't always packed and there weren't so many small children. I never understood bringing small children to bars but LB seems to just be that way. If you want an adult night out this is not the place. If you have kids and want to go out with them this is the place.“

“Hands down the best grow store that I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to quite a few. The guys are really good people and they actually help you instead of trying to get you to buy a bunch of useless stuff. Gotta support them every chance I get.“

“I love coming to Broken Tee for their Wednesday trivia nights. They have a good selection of drinks and of their food I've only tried their appetizers. I like that they have many options and my favorites where the Elote Cheese Bite and the cheese curds. I've received great service everytime I go and appreciate the cleanliness of the place too. Once it gets nice out I look forward to enjoying the outdoor seating.“

“Love Pips! My sister and I discovered this place a few months ago. Delicious hand crafted cocktails. Everything is house made from their infused liquors, all syrups and meads. Joy is a cocktail master! Matt is very personable and knowledgeable, he's the mead master, just don't ask him about pizza. lol. Joy has the low down on pizza delivery. I highly recommend this amazing Gurnee find. Only recommendation, turn down the bright lights.“

“We had an amazing time here for our Honeymoon!!! Darrik was so hospitable and knew a lot about the beers on tap. The other staff were also very friendly and gave suggestions on where to eat breakfast (local only was what we wanted.) We came back for other food suggestions and ended up eating here and boy was it delicious. The smash burger had tones of flavor and so did my wife’s wrap. This is definitely a stop again and if you like local this is the place. I did sample some beers and if you are a micro brew guy and like IPA, they don’t disappoint. They are an easy walk off the Metra also so if you want to sip and dip, great choice!“

“Great beer (the only thing you really need), and it definitely has the low-key vibe you seek. While it is a small space, they make it work and have every board game you can think of. I even take my kids occasionally since they can play with games. Fun spot, check it out.“

“Very large and friendly brewery. Mostly Ballast point beer, hard to complain about fresh top tier west coast brews. Increasing their own Kings and Convicts brews, larger scale than local microbrews but remain high in quality and prices are very fair. Golf simulators for this inclined. Very family and dog friendly.“

“I spent the day out with my two dogs hiking, adventuring, playing and I was STARVING. Chris at District Brew Yards went above and beyond to accommodate me as a solo patron with two (muddy) dogs. I can’t say how impressed I was with the service provided, food, and atmosphere. 100% I’ll be back.“

“This place has never missed the mark with service in my experience, and I frequent at least once a month. The drinks are always cold, fresh, and reasonablypriced. The food is delicious and fresh as well... my favorites are the smoked wings, cheese curds, beer nuggets, and chicken pesto sandwich. The staff is uber friendly and it felt great seeing many of them take the time to greet me (while I was on crutches) after a couple months hiatus (since I was injured). “Drove over an hour here because of the rave review my friend gave us to try the food here. Our server Maria was so friendly and welcoming.We started off with the cheese curds and the morning after is a must try appetizer. The truffle burger was delish and the salmon with the fingerling potaoes were amazzzing. Ace guava and frozen tundra are the beers we tried and they also did not disappoint.“
