“This is a Chicago style restaurant. You go in you order at the counter and then wait for your number to be called to pick up your food. They have a very large menu with a little something for everyone. The prices are fair and the food is tasty. They offer bottled beers as well as some Mexican drinks. There is usually some sort of sport game playing on the large TV. They also have a separate gambling room. I have been here numerous times and try something different to eat each time. Overall, it's a nice place to stop and grab a quick bite to eat. The atmosphere is just a place to eat with customers ranging from people of all backgrounds. If you are in the area and need a quick bite this is a good place to go eat.“

“I ordered chicken kalamaki & lemon potatoes. I am picky eater and I was pleasantly surprised how amazing both items were. Tender juice chicken and garlicky lemon potatoes, mmmmm!!!! Ordered take out, but the restaurant was packed! I really loved the ambiance. I’m looking forward to dining in!“

“The Greek chicken was very good, the chicken organti was very good, the gyros were very good and the beef and chicken kabobs were very good, the flaming cheese was very good as was the service from Joseph. We were a little nervous at first because the host/owner came to the front desk numerous times and said just a minute, but eventually, everything was great in a very loud restaurant. We will go back four people four dinners 1 bottle of roditys and 1 appetizer with tip under $200“

“We had my daughter’s baby shower today and everything was amazing! Our servers Gregory and Kosta were great! They attended to all our needs. The room we had the shower in was set up beautifully! The food was delicious as everyone said it would be that had their events there. My family had recommended Kefi as so do I for your special events. “I've wanted to check out this place for a while and finally did. I went with a group of 5 people for dinner.The itself place is beautiful. It's got a great ambiance as well.The food was good. I will say that the food is very overpriced. I can get similar or better food for a much lower price.Jacob was our waiter and he was wonderful. He was attentive and so kind.“

“Great spot for in and out service! They offer fast service while still maintaining high quality eats. Burger stand ambiance with top quality food. I've ordered from here many times, and haven't found anything I didn't like. Some of my favorites are Philly cheesesteak and Philly chicken. Both are super yummy! Gyros, burgers, Italian beef, bbq beef, all delicious. Oh, don't forget the fries. I order mine well done and they nail it spot on every time. The pizza puffs RULE! “Excellent Greek and Chicago specialties. We started with Saganaki (flaming Greek cheese), they used to flamblé at table side, now they flamblé near the table and when it goes put they serve it. We also had calamari (kalamari). I strayed from the Greek traditional dishes and tried the fried smelts; if you grew up in the midwest, you might have tried smelts, and Central Gyros served them exactly as I remember my mother did. We also got Pastitsio, a Greek lasagna type dish. All entrées are served with soup, and we all chose the egg lemon soup. Solid choice. Overall Central Gyros has been doing Greek food for decades and provide great food at reasonable price.Parking: There is a free multi-level parking garage across the street.“

“Just had an awesome Chicago style polish and fries. Everything was hot when I received my food. I ordered extra mustard on my polish and it came exactly how I was expecting. I wish they had my first order, the shrimp basket but they said they were out. No hard feelings though because my food was awesome!“

“The owners made me feel like I was a regular, and had been going there for years.., but it was actually my first time eating there . The Lemon chicken soup was the best I've ever had! Went back the next day to bring some home to Missouri. (Here on vacation and wanted to share with friends when I get home) I will definitely be back. Ohh and the homemade bread they serve with the soup came out of the oven while they packaged my soup to go, and it was warm and sliced for me on the spot. “Great to have a good gyro place in the area. It was lacking. All ingredients are fresh and flavorful. Chicken and fries were the best thing. Greek potatoes were excellent as well. Next time I'd ask for my gyro meat extra crispy because it was a little underdone in my opinion. Place is clean and service is fast and efficient. I'll come back for sure.“

“I ordered an order from DoorDash. GREAT food. Nutella Crepe was amazing. So many great items. Rebecca who answered my call and took excellent care of my order. She thought of the tiniest details for my order. Coffee cups came individually wrapped so they don't leak. Orange juices and ice waters came in trays. This restaurant is great! “Just came from ordering a chicken breast combo, a pizza puff and a cheese burger.. and let me tell you. This place never lets me down. I’m very picky on my chicken breast and they are nice and juicy grilled just right. Always order mayo lettuce and grilled onion and the onions are even on point. They are definitely not greedy with the chicken either.Parking: Never a problem with parking.!!“
