If I need a cup of coffee before work/school this is usually my go to spot. The staff is amazing and keeps service well rounded. It's gotten a little more pricey than before, but their ice coffee is amazing
Service and quality is always on point, Giovanni is always ready to take your order without hesitation and always has a smile. Would definitely recommend for he is always energetic and passionate about his job!

The sandwich was well build with I presume precooked eggs and meat on rye bread. The iced coffee was a bit gritty which I didn’t like. I’m uncertain if that Duncan’s way or just didn’t blend or dissolve. The staff were pleasant and busy cleaning and cleaning!!!
