“I just stopped in for lunch carryout, and I am beyond impressed. I picked up a chicken tikka masala rice bowl with a side of chicken samosas and sat down to eat -- the meal became the highlight of my work day.

The rice bowl came with more than enough food to bring some of it home to the family. I didn't offer any inputs on spice level or anything, and it came out with an excellent combination of proper heat and flavor; love was found in every spoon, and I can't wait to try more from their menu. The samosas are deliciously savory and have a nice crisp to them, and come with a sweet sauce that pairs very well. Their prices surprised me! ~$16 for enough food for two people!

Their food was delicious and it is authentic. I had two full plates of each item on the menu and it was all delicious. The different chicken currys, nann bread, deserts etc. we're all great. A dinner buffet of authentic Indian food for $16.99 is a great deal and well worth it!

“Great Experience!!!! Decent sized portions at a decent price and the staff was very respectful and friendly!!!! I will definitely put it on my agenda to go back even if I have to make special 2 hour trips from my house a couple times per year for that experience!!!! For many years in the early 1990’s I worked at Moti Mahal on Belmont for the Sikand family and while I have never found any Restaurants Chicken Makani as good as ours was when cooked by Chef Nano but Trilokah put a different spin on their version with a sauce probably not as sweet but while watching ones sugar that is good and this version had so much meat and I Loved That in an era currently where many restaurants try to cheat you on meat and add extra vegetables - I actually got a dish better than what I had hoped for! Just Awesome!!!!“

“One of the best restaurants and a must try place. Food was authentic South Indian. We tried kothu parotta (yummy) and goat biryani. It was sufficient for two of us. Gulab Jamun was not fresh. Other than that, everything was excellent. I appreciate the team, especially the cook!“

It came pre-mixed (not layered)

I do not want to comments on whether its authentic but its delicious and had a different in taste.

Fyi I find their family pack costs more than Nawabi Hyderabad House and doesn’t come with extras except raita“

“One word: wow! Turmerica brings authentic flavors and dishes that are often missed at other restaurants. The Misal Pav is a must try! It tastes just like the ones I have had in India, and I appreciate that they serve additional spicy chili oil to increase the spice per your level. The pav was very soft and the portion size was just right! I was also very impressed with the Solkadhi, which I had never had before. It was so delicious that I could probably drink several of those at once! The last thing I tried was the Khasta Kachori. My husband and I both really enjoyed it as a snack! They serve it with the chutneys and yogurt on the side you can add it according to your taste! I will definitely be back to try their other dishes like pau bhaji, wadapav, mango or chikoo milkshake, and the specialty desserts! Btw, they serve Jain food as well!“

“AMAZAZANG!! I ordered on uber but had to come here to give a review. I had a craving for samosas and obviously had to get butter chicken or Tikka masala and couldn't decide so i got both! The flavors when you combine them is heavenly. The samosas have so much flavor and the garlic Naan is fantastic! Super filling and came with rice that i didnt have to pay for which was a lil surprise. Will order again. Will recommend. Super fresh, almost TOO hot even as a delivery, which is rare. Not a single complaint. Order from here if you want great flavors, you won't be disappointed!“

“This is an amazing establishment in the Chicagoland area, and in my opinion the most authentic place to try delicious Pakistani food. My favorite was the biryani but it’s a hard choice between the other amazing dishes. It’s a must try restaurant and a great experience for group outings. “After our wine tasting, we had reserved a table outside for dinner. The outdoor patio is a very cozy area with heaters if needed. Both my wife and I had ordered short ribs, which were delicious. We were a little hesitant to order the short ribs, last time we had them there they were a bit on a fatty side! The service was good, although the server never brought us bread, rolls, and butter, which they normally do upon arriving, we eventually asked her for bread, but was never brought to us. not a big deal but a little disappointing! “

It offers a wide range of supplies, and I usually find everything I need for my Indian cooking there. From Thursday to Sunday, you must try their snack items—Samosa chaat and pani poori are my favorites. I've never found such authentic flavors anywhere else in the Chicago area.“

“We came here for dinner tonight and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The best way to describe our meal is “elevated comfort food!” Everything we ordered, came out beautifully plated, very quick service, even with a full house, and very attentive staff. We ordered the spiced carrots, naan, brisket, and pork belly. All of them were delicious, and my favorite by far was the pork belly, perfectly seared and paired with an excellent sauce. The berry spritzer cocktail was refreshing and not too sweet, dessert was just right, overall fantastic experience. We will definitely come back!“

When I request my food extra spicy (like Thai places over the Lincoln tunnel) I get exactly what I asked for. Also, they have the best food I've eaten in all of North Chicago. It is thinner than naan but really good. Great customer service. There is no dine in at all, only take out. Inside is ok, not much going on.
