“Four stars at best. We eat breakfast out daily and gravitate to owners who mingle and serve coffee rather than sit in the corner and play boss. The restaurant is clean and generically decorated. If the wait staff were smaller, bussed their own tables, and got rid of the cumbersome walkie talkies, efficiency would drastically improve allowing menu price relief and increased staff wages. The $3.75 price/ cup of coffee (over $4 with tip) instantly signals an over priced menu and the most expensive cup of coffee in town.”

“Everything was wonderful! I needed a booth to myself to get started with work while I had breakfast, and they were very accommodating. An outlet was also available!! Anyhow, the server was great, and the food was even better. Taste was great and very good portions as well. Very relaxed environment and cozy. I recommend 👌. Staff is friendly and wonderful. “We had an unexpected delay on our way home from Chicago with students and staff and were stuck in a parking lot on our charter bus for several hours. I needed to feed everyone and this Chick-fil-A location graciously agreed to quickly make up our food and deliver it to our bus location! They also gave us a school discount even though I did not ask for it. Everyone I spoke with and encountered were super friendly and helpful and I was so relieved to know I could feed the students while we waited for another bus to come and get us. Chick-fil-A never lets me down - anywhere we are! Thank you so much for excellent service and food and for kindness on a tough day!”

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Heaters for the first time, and it was an experience well worth the anticipation. After wanting to try it for so long, I finally seized the opportunity and was not disappointed. I ordered the three-piece tender meal, complete with fries and a breadstick, and every element of the meal was delightful.

The fries were golden and crisp, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. The BBQ on the chicken tenders was exceptional—rich, smoky, and flavorful, elevating each bite to a new level. And the breadstick? It was a highlight, soft and buttery, melting in my mouth with each bite.

The service was equally impressive. Karen, who took care of me, was attentive and genuinely accommodating. She ensured I had exactly the right amount of dipping sauce, making the experience that much more enjoyable. It was truly a top-notch meal from start to finish.”

Walked in to two sweet girls greeting us, warm smiles, answered all of our questions, showed us around, and went above and beyond providing the best customer service last night!!! Tom was our server, and greeted us on the patio with drinks and checked back in, regularly. When we came inside to try out duckpin Bowling, he aided us in the transition inside, and continued touching base with us frequently, offering insight and education on some of the drinks and menu items. 🫶🏼 Even through my indecisiveness, he kept a smile, explained everything, and encouraged our palettes to try something new! Food came quick and was delicious!!I’m sorry if Carol thought the pizza was too greasy, it was the perfect amount for us- and I found my new FAVORITE pizza in town!! The Bacon mac and cheese is fire 🔥 and pairs very nicely with the various meat selections Westside Smoke offers on their menu!! From the moment of arrival, to the moment we left, everything was top-notch!!! We had an amazing evening, spending one-on-one time with our little man (9), and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Can’t wait to bring the rest of our family. It was weird too because this lady was practically trying to make decisions for me like she was trying to rush me out. Might be something worth checking in on.Other than that, food was fine. Not much else to complain about. Bathrooms were relatively clean as it seemed also like everything else was well-maintained.”

“First time ordering from here and I ordered a wrap and I was so excited to try it but I was let down ? my wrap was loosely wrapped with fillings coming out and I thought it would come but in half but that didn't happen either ? but I did order thru the mobile app and I caught a deal so that was a plus. Maybe I should've specified that I wanted it cut but it was very loose and a lot of my fillings spilled out. Other than that tasty ?”

“Great stay here coming into town for a little work get together with my boyfriend! Loved the decor inside and how they have everything set up. Very lovely atmosphere. Greeted at the front desk promptly by Adrianna, who was super sweet and friendly. She helped to check us in, and even humored our request to upgrade our two Queen beds to a single King, as well as a room with a balcony! Which was absolutely amazing! Made our stay 10x better. Event went great, we were back at the hotel for a wonderful stay, and in the morning we had an even better experience! We woke up early to indulge in the variety of breakfast and drink choices, and the welcoming company of Barb, Margo and Sandra! These ladies are all wonderful at what they do. Barb went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and connected with us on a meaningful level that left us feeling incredibly blessed! We are so glad to have met her and had a beautiful stay. The chef(s) and wait staff did excellent! The only minor inconveniences we had were that the lids were not properly fitting the coffee cups, and for the life of us we could not find the invisible vending machine, so I guess it’s doing its job. :P Thank you! Can’t wait to come back for a little out of town stay sometime!”

“The food here is usually really good. It's a nice burger joint on campus located in the Student Bone Center. One thing I noticed is that some of the staff is usually unfriendly, but not all of the time. The food does take a really long time to come out though.”

“Came in on Halloween and the staff were all dressed up playing Halloween music and handing out candy. It was a nice touch and the service and food were just as great!”

“The ice cream was delicious! There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating during the summer as well. The staff are always patient as we choose what kind of ice cream to get. You get a lot for your money here. And they even have a couple arcade games in the corner. It's a pretty neat.

Parking: There are a handful of parking spots in front of and around the building but an entire parking area right beside the place.

Kid-friendliness: It's a bit hard for kids to see the ice cream unless you pick them up... which is typical for an ice cream place. There's a couple arcade games in the corner for older kids. And they had napkin dispensers on the tables which is handy when you are eating ice cream!”
