We ordered our food through the restaurant through their online platform on New Year’s Eve at 5:30 with a 7 PM pick up time. They texted a confirmation and emailed a confirmation for the order. They charged our card but when we arrived at 7 PM they told us they had canceled our order. We had guests waiting for us to bring dinner in. Fortunately, another Orland Park restaurant provided a better meal for us at a lower price. No apology or explanation for this horrible service...read full review
