I began working at LTF in Orland Park in 2003 as the Group Fitness Manager and I continued in that position until 2013!! Best job ever!! My dream job actually. I’ve continued to teach here and more recently focused my energy on our Yoga Community which is absolutely without a doubt the best group of Yoga Peeps around. I’m so proud to say that I’ve been apart of watching this energy grow!! If you haven’t checked out a yoga class yet then you should definitely stop in.

I love lifetime fitness it is clean it is sanitized and social distancing and everybody wears mask. all of the instructors are amazing but CC and Cooper are the best. everybody is friendly and nice and it's a really nice place to work out you feel like you're at home.
