We had the carb information we needed and had 0 issues ordering. Our waitress was an absolute sweetheart. The manager even came and went over the carb information with us. Thank you for helping ease this mommas mind. Something as simple as ordering a meal can be tricky for a child with type 1. And you didn’t snub us or treat us any differntly. However, when I checked my bank statement I seen the waitress tacked on an extra $4 tip for herself After we left her a $20 tip in cash on a $65.69 tab. I always write cash in the tip area of the receipt for this reason but she still did it! So watch your receipts, they have at least one dishonest waitress!!”

I was told 15 minutes for pick up and did not check the food prior to leaving. The chicken was fried very hard and wasn't good. I didn't call until the next morning and spoke to a manager. The manager was pleasant and very understanding. I was able to bring back the chicken from the previous day and recieved a full new 50 piece meal for my visiting family. He even asked if I wanted to keep the order that was messed up. Amazing customer service and the food was really good. I would always order from them, they really know how to treat their customers!!
