Food is good not great but there is one exception.Those of you who appreciate onion soup and know how hard it is to find really good let alone exceptional onion soup this is the place. The onion soup there is simply worth the trip by itself. In my 75 years of wandering this earth (55 of those able to understand the difference between good and exceptional) this version is in the top 5. “ADORE this place! I have so many fond memories here as I practically grew up coming here! I came here on dates before me and my husband got married, had my bachelorette dinner here, go here with my childhood besties and so much more! So thankful for the kind staff! Our waitress for my bachlorette was so funny and sweet! She brought me a super cute mocktail she made herself and explained she recently got married! She definitely made the night more fun! Can't wait to come here again!Vegetarian options: They have a few soup and salad options for my vegan sister! Not a ton, but enough to make her love coming back! They have a few pasta dishes that are vegetarian and the staff is kind enough to remove meats from dishes if possible! Just speak up and let them know! They're always willing to help!“
“We always order from Potbelly’s, but today we catered some sandwiches for my son’s birthday party. Everything was great as always! The staff was very friendly and even called me to make sure everything was to our liking! Thank you, Potbelly’s!!“

“This location gets my order right. Have a few favorites of the food, mainly jumbo hotdogs or roast beef. Their fries are my favorites in the restaurant industry. Don't like the interior of any Portillos ...outdated tablecloths, "messy looking" eclectic stuff all over the place that gives me the impression a yard sale hit the walls, can't stand background music interfering with conversations. I make a point to try not to dine in at all.“
