“Out of all the Starbucks I’ve been to and I been to many over the years . This is my go to every day and I must say a few times a day , no joke. The staff here starting with the manager and all her Baristas are the best crew I’ve ever done business with. They know myself and family by name and it’s just a great feeling to walk in here every day and get to speak to with the best crew out there . I honestly wouldn’t write it if I didn’t mean it. I live by midway and drive to Lagrange daily just for coffee even if I don’t have nothing to do that way. Some may say the coffee is the same at each Starbucks, I beg to differ , because it’s not. I been coming here for the last 5 years and never had a problem . This is one busy location but they got it under control and the staff makes it a comfortable place of business to want to come back over and over .“

“I'm not one to always go to Starbucks but this one was a treat! Greeted as soon as I walked in with a smile and hello. The place was super chill vibe with a connecting bank, talk about lucky job at the bank. Everyone was polite and pleasant, not too many tables inside and a patio out back...“

“This is my second time here at chi tiva. I visit the location downtown first and second time at the Worth, IL location. My experience completely different from the first time around. I visit location downtown informing workers my first time how they offered to let us sample slushy flavors nice jester….they did not inform me of dosage and explain how it may possibly affect first timer. With that being said I ordered 50mg coffee taking a few sips and telling my sister she immediately told me to go back to check out and order a 10mg let them know it was my first time. I can say my experience second time around at the Worth location with Lori she greeted us and explained everything we were interested in getting letting us know dosages and tolerance level. I mentioned at the end I really appreciate her customer service and explaining super knowledgeable. I told myself I would probably not come back but this experience definitely worth coming back when in town. Thank you!“

“This place is a total experience! The food is delicious, the decor is artsy and beautiful, and the owners are absolute gems. my family and I went for the first time yesterday and had the BEST time. we came for some quick pierogi but stayed for the ambiance, warm welcome, and fantastic conversation with the owners. This cafe is charming beyond belief and we will definitely be back. This is the perfect place to stop in with some friends or loved ones when you are out and about in the neighborhood. I guarantee you will want to come back again and again.“

“Hopefully the franchise owner can see this.Both times- it has gotten completely packed Mashallah.I’ve always been someone to go to Starbucks ( prior to boycotting ) and other Americanized coffee shops and specifically enjoying the aroma and level of QUIETNESS or should I say INSIDE VOICES while working on some things on my laptop.But that’s just NOT the case at these places- and I’m not the only one sitting with my laptop doing work!!Why does the fellow brothers and sisters gather at coffee shops like it’s a family reunion and get so loud? I thought it was so rude seeing people freely put tables together to fit their party of 10 and stay there for hours while other individuals or couples can’t even pop a squat.I know many will probably tell me to go to the library or stay home if I want quietness and I think after these experiences I might just do that!It would be nice to enforce some kind of mutual respect for others or for coffee shop owners to create a quiet space for those that way to work on their work quietly while enjoying the environment ?I don’t have the desire to be a business owner but someone please take my idea and do it. “My wife and my go to bakery spot in Chicagoland. Everything we’ve gotten here is fantastic, and it is a regular spot we will frequent until we die! Order anything and you will not be disappointed. A short list of everything we love there: cookies, lemon pound cake, olive oil cake, Georgie cake, and their cold brew. The ambiance is also awesome for a date or to just chill with friends. Can’t go wrong here!“

“This is my new favorite spot in La Grange! It is located east of Noodles and Co. on Calendar. It is quite small, but a great place to pick up healthy smoothies and bowls. Most things are dairy free, or vegan. I particularly love their soups! Try them out. The staff is also extremely friendly.“

Most coffee shops around Chicago area have raised their prices so was nice to spend less. Obviously i support small business' raising their prices to survive. That's life. “If you haven't had the Carmel Pecan coffee cake, just call and order it. You will absolutely not be disappointed!!! Probably the best coffee cake I've had. The dough is perfection and the pecan filling and caramel topping are to die for. We also had a cherry coffee cake which was wonderful. I can't say enough about this bakery. “Ate at Harvest Pancake House & Grill for a late breakfast/early lunch and loved it! We got the country skillet and a chipotle chicken avocado panini with fries. Everything was fresh and delicious. I was surprised how good and moist the chicken was. Place was clean and fresh. Service was great and the waitress were all very friendly and polite.“

In these weird times, you just have to have a nice treat once and awhile. The owner was very, very nice and offered me Turkish coffee. I like my coffee really strong, but I'll need time to acquire a taste for that. They had a myriad of candies, nuts, homemade logs made with nuts and other yummy looking ingredients and other things i wished they had an English explanation for what they were. They also had beautiful serving sets for, I presume, turkish coffee. The owner said he plans to have more seating and create a little coffee shop. I stopped there after a walk in waterfall glenn with my dogs. What a delightful little excursion and fun discovery today!! I needed this bit of happiness.! It was a nice little gem to discoverP.s. “I have never had a bad meal from Gnarly. I have been going here for a few months now and I'm just obsessed. Do yourself a favor and check out the specials. “Didn't know this place existed. Always passed by but was going for some café con leche and a friend suggested we go here because they'd been there and thought it was good. They were not lying! So good that I ordered a 2nd cup! Ordered some appetizers and not the best ,but not the worst either. Columbian food in general is good and this place offers all sorts of items to choose from. We tried at least one of each of the main staple Columbian delicacies- pan de bono, pan de bono with guava , pan de bono con queso( our favs)YUM! And well, it's very very good, the baristas make good café con leche! . The best part, not only does their coffee and food menu offer a good variety, they are open until 9pm daily.. I stop in for coffee here at least 3/4 x's a week. That's how good the coffee and treats are. If you decide to sit and enjoy, the salsa music playing over the speakers will keep you dancing in your seat.. their staff are all attentive and very friendly ,making the whole experience nice. Tip, if you order any of the pan de bonos or empanadas, ask that they warm them up for ( they are alot better warmer. This place is a winner !“

“Went in for the third time yesterday for a quick lunchtime snack and caffeine. On the recommendation of the baristas, I ordered the ham and havarti croissant and a coffee. Both of the items were excellent. The environment was comfortable and well designed for either relaxing or for light work. The smell of coffee was invigorating and I got the drip coffee , a chocolate chip cookie, iced peppermint coffee and a raspberry lemon muffin!! Service was smooth and effective, the breakfast items were yummy and fresh!! The coffee of the coffee!! Strong yet tranquil!! Fresh drip is self serve!! Loved that! “We ordered a pot of the Adeni Chai, khaliat alnahi and the chocolate cake. The chocolate cake is the best chocolate mousse cake I’ve ever tasted and the chai came in a cute glass pot with two glass cups for sharing. It wasn’t too sweet like American chai, but was still creamy and delicious. It did take a long time (30 minutes) to get our order on a Saturday morning which is a pretty long wait.“

“I always felt like a princess when eating there. My friend knows the owner, she’s such a wonderful person and the waiters there are also kind. Love the presentation of the food too. “Simple but great donut shop. Fresh donuts daily. The donuts are very good. I bought donuts at 5am. And was eating some of them at 5pm. And they were still very fresh. A couple were ate the next day. Let's just say, the place is massive. You can bring your entire family in here! My server was sweet, quick to serve and very attentive to me even with a couple of large parties inside. My food took maybe 10 minutes to prepare and bring out. I've seen reviews that said the price was not worth it for the food but that's false news. For $12, this crepe was massive. The strawberries used were fresh, not canned and they were super generous with the portioned. I do recommend they thin out the breading on the crepe a little more but that's it. My only fault with this place was that they don't serve a variety of teas or coffee. You have fountain drinks and lemonades but that's it. I would encourage the business to diversify their beverage menu. I will be sure to return for a panini! My friend ordered the chicken avocado and said it was delicious.“
