“This restaurant has the BEST Korean food! Home style cooking, very reasonable prices and portion sizes. Highly recommend their seafood soup noodles and other soups like the spicy tofu soup and dry cabbage and short rib soup, but it’s all super good. The owners are so kind, grateful to have such a yummy restaurant in town!

Very good, but I think the beets (fewer perhaps) should’ve been chopped into smaller pieces with more strawberries and greenery. Very filling. I had the roasted eggplant for my entree. Wonderfully seasoned, served over a bed of white rice. I would definitely get it again. My desert choice was the blueberry cheesecake. Scrumptious! The staff was very friendly and efficient. Will definitely go back. Nice outdoor patio area as well. Thumbs up!”

“Good food at a good price. Had shrimp fried rice & a veggie egg roll. The shrimp were huge & there were a lot of them. The rice had a really good flavor. The egg roll had just the right amount of cabbage filling & was cooked just right. Come here a lot & have never been disappointed. Better than some of the more pricey places in town.

Vegetarian options: They have the usual veggie options in fried rice, lo mein, egg foo young, etc. Spring rolls are vegetarian friendly & you can get veggie egg rolls. There's a vegetable section on the menu.”

“My boyfriend and I went for dinner. Very VERY busy night for the restaurant. ( makes sense it’s a holiday weekend) we put in reservations online and the wait was 1 hour 25 mins. We were fine with the wait didn’t bother us any we were just enjoying spending time together out of the house. We got in and sat down had drinks and an appetizer brought to the table. We got so into talking to each other and playing the trivia game on the little device they had on the table that we didn’t notice an hour had gone by before we got our food. The manager apologized the server had apologized. We personally were not concerned with the wait. Our food was good our server kept up with refills and got our order right so we had no reason to complain. The server looked kinda defeated with the busy night he had and the kitchen taking so long. We decided rather quickly the young man serving us needed and deserved a smile. So we tipped $59 to out a smile on his face (and he earned it) when we were done and left the restaurant completely satisfied. We will be back.”

“I absolutely love the drinks there, boba in general upsets my stomach but i go for the milk teas alone-honeydew and dalgona are top notch. The bobaristas obviously love their jobs and ive never had any issues. The one with the peace sign necklace and the one with the dark hair are usually working when i go in and theyre both so sweet! Highly reccomend. Also the takoyaki is comparable to that in tokyo.”

“Dunkin Donuts in Bloomington Indiana sucks! They don't understand English. They will give you the wrong donuts. They sell stale donuts. When you get the wrong donuts through the drive thru and get home to find they screwed up your order they are rude and ill-mannered about fixing THEIR mistake. They actually want you to drive back their mistake so they can resale the donuts to another unsuspecting customer. You don't know where their donuts have been since they break the law by reselling these donuts people return to them. They don't have a sign at the drive thru, saying what kinds of donuts they have, So you have to describe them. Since they don't speak proper English they guess at what you are ordering. I don't know how they got powdered sugar from me saying chocolate icing. When you call them you can expect the run around and rudeness. Trust me when I say there are better gas station and grocery store donuts in Bloomington and from now on that is where I will get my donuts.”

“My partner and I wanted to go to Marco and Polo restaurant yesterday but Google map didn’t show they were booked. Since we did the long drive to Bloomington, we decided to go to a Korean Restaurant nearby. The name is Korea Restaurant and food is authentic and price is quite right for current economy and if you order fried dumpling 6 piece, you get to have all these other cool things with it. We ordered chicken teriyaki and beef bulgogi. The server is a Korean guy and he is extremely down to earth, approachable, and nice. I am glad we ended up with such an elevated experience despite the unfortunate incident.

It was my first time in an authentic Korean restaurant and I had watched lots of Korean TV series in my early twenties and I love how people make kimchi in their house. This kimchi was super delicious compared to what I used to buy at international markets.

Besides the kimchi, the most delicious pieces were cucumber in the vinegar sauce and then the fried vegetables dumplings.

Highly suggest their outdoor sitting.”

I go out of my way from Indianapolis to get this food. The mapo tofu is my second favorite and is so amazing. Coffee is quality stuff, the pastries available are to die for (if you have the chance, get the tomato galette) and the staff is just the most awesome people. Cut them some slack, it's apparent the store and the people who park and go in and eat need them probably closer to more than they need us or Denny's. “They don’t serve you like they did before Covid but we’ve been a few times recently and the food is always fresh, the workers are polite when you do interact with them, and it’s as clean as a place like that can be. We stopped going during covid cause the food was never fresh, the workers were rude and didn’t want any interaction with a customer, and the place was dirty. I’m glad whatever changed, changed. We will keep going back.”
