“This place is awesome! I stop through ANYTIME Im the vicinity. Good drink on tap and awesome food to back it. Excellent bar tenders to top it and the atmosphere is always lively even when its only a couple people there. Y'all who are looking for good spirits and food stop at this place. “It's a special weekend for me and I wanted something special. A friend recommended it, though they had only been there once. I googled it, and it was not far from my final destination, so I thought I'd give it a try. Prime Rib was on the Saturday night special board . since I wanted something special, I thought I'd give it a try. My first career was in the food service ( 40 years), and my husband was a chef, so you can imagine my view came from " my background." There are 8 seats at the bar and the place is small and busy. Every single person at the bar ordered prime rib! I can see why! The salad was delicious, with their own twist on it, my baked potato was "creamy" , meaning cooked perfectly, and the Prime Rib was superb. My only regret, I did not have a Manhattan. I understand they are known for these. I noticed a wide variety of whiskeys and burbons to choose from. One lady said "their special ingredient, smokey cherry, made them perfect ." I will try them again for sure, and next time, a Manhattan will be in order!“

“Syracuse Cafe is the real deal. I had a smoked pork chop for lunch that was PERFECT. Could not be better. Slice and eat. My colleagues had the tenderloin that was amazing. This place is a little slice of heaven right here in Goshen, very accepting and kind welcoming to guests. “This bruscetta photo says it all! We had the New Year menu that included appetizer, salad, main course with sides, excellent dessert, and a glass of champagne or wine! I challenge anyone to find a better chicken breast or steak! We were so busy enjoying our food that I forgot to take other photos. We used to go there a lot, but stopped as the food quality went south. I'm so glad we are going back now. If you had a poor experience in the past, I would say give it another try. “This place is the ideal hole in the wall living place you would ideally want to visit. Me and my lady came here on 3-26-24 for our 8 year anniversary and this made our trip to Syracuse that much more memorable! Connie was welcoming and so friendly once we walked in. After I found out the lady's name that just looked like the heart of the place I was so ready to post this review. Kim was the other lady I was referring to and Connie is Kim's daughter ❤️ it all made sense the ! I got the kitchen sink omelette and my lady got the French toast. “Have went to Culver’s many times after a game or for a late night meal. Everyone is always super kind and helpful there. The food has a good taste but is a tiny bit expensive and serving sizes seem to be a little smaller. Other than that it’s a great place and they have a very calm atmosphere.“

The place was so beautifully set by the water, walked inside and the ambiance was immediately drawing us in further. The waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. She suggested a lot of local favorites and we decided on potato skins and the coconut shrimp. This was our eat spot and we are glad we chose food here. Sandwiches with fries are usually pretty filling. My girlfriend really liked the beef Manhattan. The feel in the restaurant is like its regulars and locals. I got a weird vibe between owners and waitresses. I'm not sure what that's about. But, it's a decent place to meet up and have a meal with friends.Parking: Nice big parking lot in the back. “Average ? Okay, so I took a bite of my tenderloin before the video. It was actually really good! Not sure why the coleslaw was purple but it was ok. The server/bar tender was pleasant and they had games but like most bars the music was just too loud. Our server said she'd try to get it turned down but that didn't happen. It wasn't so loud we couldn't talk so that was good. I'd return if someone wanted to go but Not recommended“

We spoke with a Syracuse local and she said the Pier and Back Porch was the go to restaurant on the lake. The prices were cheaper than I expected for a private club feeling. I enjoyed the huge salmon burger with fries. The chicken quesidilla was also quite tasty. The warm fall weather made walking along the lake after lunch very enjoyable and the hotel staff was very friendly and made us want to actually stay there. I'd love to eat some fish on the outdoor patio during the summer for that waterside experience. Super good vibes all around this place. Worth the trip for sure.“

“I started to come here because bdubs in goshen is rude and don't care about their customers. I have been twice in the last week and it's a total upgrade all employees I encounter are polite and wanna earn your buisness.
