“Food was good.We had prime rib on a Friday night. Tables need a little more lighting. Hard to read menus. Service could have been better. We had to flag down our waitress to refill our drinks more than once while she chatted with patrons behind the bar. She definitely could have been more attentive. Improving those two issues would give the 5 stars“
“Passing the signs on the freeway for this place for a long time finally got a chance to stop in. Food was actually pleasantly good. Service was good food came out pretty quick very tasty.Place very clean atmosphere good. Will stop by there again. Everything is extra so if you get a burger or a sandwich to the fries or onion rings are an extra charge. !! And for the dollar value I would get the onion rings they're in a bigger basket the fries for the money you don't get that much“
“First time here and Tracy our server treated us like we were her only table. The food was excellent, the fresh breads, appetizers, salad, soup and main courses. Everything was delicious! It was our first time but definitely will not be our last.“
“This place is the restaurant and bar attached to the golf course. The food was good. It's pretty basic fare, chicken fingers, burgers, fries, salads, etc. In addition to being pretty tasty, it's also very price reasonable.Because it's a golf restaurant, you never know when a group of 12 will pop in and the one bartender has to split their attention between a room of different people all coming in 15 minutes apart from each other. They were way too busy to get good service. Not the waitresses fault, just be prepared to wait for drink refills, checks, etc.“
“We were staying at Mini Mountain Campground and wanted a place to go for lunch. We tried Longshots in downtown New Carlisle and the food was great! We had a pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and sausage, the potato skins and onion rings. Everything was great!!Parking: Lots of spots in front of Longshots.“
“This place is great! We ate here on Saturday and the food was really good. The cook even came out of the kitchen and sat with us for a while. His name was Phil and he was absolutely awesome.Small town atmosphere with friendly people and good food.“
“We really loved our meal! We split the rib sandwich and the blackberry burger. Wow wish I had my own burger. Truffle fries were great, ordered them extra crispy too! Tried a side of fried cod and that was good too but kinda soggy by the time I ate it back at the hotel (takeout). Also tried the Sweet potato tots. If I go again I'm going straight for the blackberry burger and sweet potato tots.“
“The better wing stop of La Porte. My only complaint is that there is no host at the front. You have to wait around and hopefully catch the eye of one of the servers, who will seat you after they've helped their existing table. Food is good & service once you've had a seat is good.“
“Very neighborhood bar feel. Waiter knew many of the people at our table though it was my first time there. Great service from staff. The food was soooo good! I can't eat anything fried and so I went for a grilled chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Cooked perfectly with great seasoning.Dietary restrictions: I can't currently have anything too high in fat but was able to find a grilled chicken sandwich that was perfect. The flavor was great. The chicken was cooked perfectly not over done or rubbery like most places. Nice and tender which is perfect for a sandwich.“
“Passing through to go back home to mn and very quick, and easy. We have a camper so it is a descent size gravel off the road spot for the parking lot,it wasn't crazy busy so enough room to park. We have 2 dogs, so a little spot of grass for them to go potty. Food was good, I did ask for no tomato and still got tomato but nothing I couldn't work around. They have a descent beer selection as well, considering being a small town“
