“This was my first time here. This is a quaint hometown breakfast and lunch restaurant in New Carlisle, Indiana. Our booth had comfortable seats and it was situated right over one of the heat ducts which made itnice and warm the entire time we were there!. Our server was polite and checked on us often enough to keep our drinks filled. I had the BLT club sandwich which was a triple decker! It was grilled with butter on the outside slices of bread and the tomatoes were nice and ripe and it had ample bacon slices. It was actually the best BTL I’ve ever had! My husband had the BBQ pork sandwich and said it was very delicious. I highly recommend Jennie Rae’s for hometown good cooking!“
“Celebrated wife's birthday. We both had the special - French Onion Soup(delicious), the 7oz Filets, potato & veggie, and creme brulee for $60. The soup is probably the best French Onion I've had. I'm not a big filet person but it was seasoned & Cooked perfectly. The creme brulee dessert is delicious. Service was spot on. Our waitress was on top of everything and didn't miss a beat. We've been to copper rock several times in South Bend. New Buffalo's blew them out of the water.“

“Passing the signs on the freeway for this place for a long time finally got a chance to stop in. Food was actually pleasantly good. Service was good food came out pretty quick very tasty.Place very clean atmosphere good.Will stop by there again. Everything is extra so if you get a burger or a sandwich to the fries or onion rings are an extra charge. !! And for the dollar value I would get the onion rings they're in a bigger basket the fries for the money you don't get that much“

My husband, our friends and I were vacationing in New Buff for the New Year's weekend and came to David's for breakfast and were blown away, not only by their food and drinks but their excellent service! They also have amazing lunch and pastry options! But when we looked up Burger joints, this place popped up.We originally had decided to go with a place called Royale with cheese but they decided they weren't going to be open yesterday even though online it said they were. So we , like I said found Mama t's online and that's where we went. And I will say the food was amazing!! We got an order of pancakes, eggs and toast, a French dip, and a bacon cheeseburger deluxe. ?We were there for my son's 18th birthday! I definitely feel we will be going back to Mama t's because wow!! I don't remember any names of the staff because I was focused on my food and the atmosphere. The restaurant itself is beautiful. It's old and looks like an old bank or post office. Very cool!! “6 ladies out and about. Breakfast, lunch and lots of ice cream concoctions.The Mexican steak tacos were great lots of steak, onion and cilantro. The salsa has very good. Beans and rice aren't my favorite anywhere. These were very tasty. The American steak tacos had rave reviews also. Lettuce,cheese and cilantro with beans and rice also.The patty Melt was loaded with onion in every bite. That was very appreciated. Veggie omelette was big and fluffy all by it's self.and another scrambled egg plate had probably three fluffy eggs and an order of wheat toast. Only one taker on a churro. Very good. All were very full and even some boxes went home.Only one waitresses for today and she did an amazing job keeping all her customers happy. We will definitely be back.“

The host is quite nice, but the older lady serving needs lessons in polite and manners, and maybe something for memory issues, she couldn't keep our orders right. “Stumbled into this place on our adventure to see the sunset over Lake Michigan. Glad we did! It was our family of five, kids had a great hamburger and fish and chips. Started off with some fantastic sourdough and grass-fed butter along with some very well prepared calamari. I had the spare rib ragú which was phenomenal but, I must say my wife’s white fish was AMAZING! The smell alone of the capers and tomatoes was enough to make your mouth water. Very nicely done!“
“I love this place. I placed an order for 4 extra large pizzas for the Career Academy Robotics club. I knew it was a tall order for a small kitchen but I just love their pizza so much Especially the Sharon their buffalo chicken pizza which I highly recommend. There was a little hiccup but the owner was extremely kind and compensating and we got our pizzas to the event on time and the kids gobbled them up. I told everyone there you have to try the perch and the Walleye .It's a down home regular friendly place that I love to visit. Fantastic food great value and friendly service“

The burger was juicy but not dripping onto the plate or making the bun soggy, even though it took 15 minutes to reach me the vegetables were crisp and flavorful. Normally I don't have pickles on my burger but decided to leave them on because, well, that's the burger with the rep, so I'd try it that way. To my surprise they were a great addition. Just as crisp as the other veggies, and the waffle cut made a great addition to the texture. The tang of the pickle complimented the rest.And it's a seven ounce burger; that's quite a slab of beef, so it was quite filling. The fries it came with were great, yes, but that burger took up so much room in my stomach I couldn't finish them.Absolutely awesome food, easily top five in the area (likely the #1 burgers) and I look forward to dining in next time and experiencing the rest of their menu.“

“Passing through to go back home to mn and very quick, and easy. We have a camper so it is a descent size gravel off the road spot for the parking lot,it wasn't crazy busy so enough room to park. We have 2 dogs, so a little spot of grass for them to go potty. Food was good, I did ask for no tomato and still got tomato but nothing I couldn't work around. They have a descent beer selection as well, considering being a small town“
