“Food was good.We had prime rib on a Friday night. Tables need a little more lighting. Hard to read menus. Service could have been better. We had to flag down our waitress to refill our drinks more than once while she chatted with patrons behind the bar. She definitely could have been more attentive. Improving those two issues would give the 5 stars“
“I recently dined at The Terrace Room Restaurant with my work team. The dinner was an absolute delight from start to finish.The service was impeccable. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional which can be a challenge with a large group. The food was truly outstanding. The bruschetta, especially the apple pairing was so good. We all loved our food and the menu had a lot of delicious options from pasta, poultry, meat, and seafood. We may have ordered every dessert item and they were all fantastic. Whether for a team dinner or a romantic evening out, this establishment is sure to leave a lasting impression. We can't wait to return and explore more of what this culinary gem has to offer.“
“This was a super cool spot to stop for a night cap! First, we loved the concept of reopening the deli at night as kind of a secret speak easy. The bartenders were hip and knowledgeable, the cocktail menu was well varied and well designed, and the drinks were amazing! My wife chose a Cosmo and it was delicious, and I had an old fashioned that was among the most carefully crafted I’ve ever had for the price. On a date night? Go here! Out with friends? Go here! Rough day of fishing? Go here! Is your favorite bar an Applebees where you can slurp a Bahama Mama? Go here and learn how great a bar and a drink can be!“
“The only bar I will go to in Laporte! It's a safe and fun environment! The owner Howie is super kind and welcoming and runs a great place! Janet is a stellar bartender!! She is quick and makes a damn good drink! I am a picky eater and I absolutely looove their food! If you haven't tried their food you are missing out! Go for dinner and drinks asap!“
“Had to drive out of the New Buffalo area just to find a normal bar, meaning no overpriced craft beer and foo foo food. This place was perfect, friendly people and basic beer, shots and burgers also the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen, thanks!“
“This cozy spot is great for watching sports as well as playing darts on one of the dozen or so electronic dart boards. They also have a bar sized pool table and plenty of seating throughout. The staff is friendly and they are one of the very few places that keeps Woodchuck hard cider in tap.“

“I have to admit I haven't eaten here yet, but when I'm in town I always stop in for a cocktail. This is perhaps the coziest neighborhood bar on earth. There's no pretense here. You are likely to enter through a side door that walks you straight in through the bar itself--one of the only places in Indiana where you get to do that (something about being grandfathered in). While they have a small collection of premium (and local) drafts on tap, why not get an Old Style in a frozen schooner? There's a self-serve popcorn machine with bowls and hot sauce at the ready. And even if you're not a local, after a few minutes you will be chatting with the bartender and other customers as if you were. If this bar were in my neighborhood, it would definitely be my "neighborhood bar."“

“Passing through to go back home to mn and very quick, and easy. We have a camper so it is a descent size gravel off the road spot for the parking lot,it wasn't crazy busy so enough room to park. We have 2 dogs, so a little spot of grass for them to go potty. Food was good, I did ask for no tomato and still got tomato but nothing I couldn't work around. They have a descent beer selection as well, considering being a small town“
