The food was very good and timely. The place was not very busy for Easter Sunday. We only had to wait for them to arrange the tables before being seated.“

“Let me tell y’all about this Slapfish.I called in my order to go and order the grinder with the aioli on the side and the Jersey sauce on the side.Because I don’t live close and don’t want my bread soggy.Y’all … that grinder is SO good. I got home to add the sauces on my sandwich and the way I ate it. ? there is SO much meat on it. So worth it. See the pictures below before the sauce and that was only HALF.It was SO good. “My husband and I had reservations at 6:30 on a Saturday for my birthday. We had never been before this was our first time. I have to say the food was delicious. I had the lobster risotto with filet medallions, and my husband had a New York strip with the delicious potato and honey cumin glaze carrots. The bread is delicious but the dipping oil not so much! The bread needs some whipped butter or some good olive oil. That oil is a little spicy. The Stonecreek martini was delicious and my husband had a couple beers. The entrance is a bit confusing, especially when it’s dark out. The entrance is at the back of the building and it is not very well lit. Just a heads up. The only complaint that I have is one of the kitchen staff members drug a trashcan through the middle of the dining area to empty it and then brought it back through.“

“I had the the NY Strip Steak along with the brussel sprouts (perfectly seasoned steak and umami Brussels? Yes please! ) Zachariah was the best! He was great at sharing his knowledge of the menu, he recommended some of the tastiest dishes, and the overall atmosphere/vibe of the restaurant from the decor to the music was all stunning. “Caplingers has the best fish in town... Everyone needs to go to this one HERE. They are very people, and the environment is pleasant. The prices are not too bad, For some fresh fish and the sides, let's not get into how awesome their sides and desserts are, yuuuummmyyy down to my belly. Really, you all should try them.“

We started with the crabcakes, had an order of king crab legs, and then shared the 16 ounce dry aged steak with added scallops, brussels sprouts, potatoes au gratin and finished off with the delicious dessert that I cannot remember the name of. Financier cake? Anyway, it is literally worth every penny. We started in Mel's speakeasy with a couple of drinks and then migrated to our table, which they held for us. I have never had a better espresso martini in my life. The service was impeccable , and the food was just as good. Tonight‘s dinner cost a pretty penny, but it was worth everyone of them. We have two children with celiac and inquired about the Easter brunch, which resulted in a really good conversation with management. Proving they take allergies and service seriously.“

“I am at Dawson's more than I care to admit but there is a good reason - it's a great restaurant with wonderful food, great service & good prices. My most recent was a business lunch with a group of 10. I had the fish lunch. The fish was really hot but a little greasy than in the past. Fries were excellent as was the slaw. I tried the onion rings but they, too, were a bit greasy for me. Others had the French Onion soup, several tenderloins were ordered & they are HUGE. The wedge salad looked great too. Overall a wonderful experience & I will definitely be back!“

This place is far from racist. I am confused how you can claim a place is racist but fail to see the kitchen, servers, dinning room was/is/always full of different cultures. “Favorite place to go! Jalapeño PB&J Burger, Sea Bass, Delmonico Ribeye, and Porterhouse are all top notch. Love the wings, pretzels and RELLY love the onion dip. Great place, great staff, awesome management. Looking forward to many trips back!“

“Fusion Fish and Loaves has only been open three months and it's stole my heart. This little cafe has big flavors. Fusion doesn't even begin to describe the menu that offers egg rolls, burritos, fish and chips and much more. We stopped for lunch today just after they had opened. You order at the counter, pay and the server brings your food out to your table when it is prepared. And everything is freshly prepared. My granddaughter ordered the chicken tenders from the kid's menu. The chicken tenders were freshly hand breaded and fried. The chicken was remarkably moist. Even the fries tasted hand cut. I had the Southwest Shrimp Burrito with fries. The burrito was huge with lots of flavors going on including corn, black beans, lettuce, rice and the biggest juiciest shrimp. The burrito was served with three sauces, each of which was delicious. There was a creamy green sauce, a spicy hot red pepper sauce and a tangy creamy red sauce. The burrito is so huge, that it is easily sharable. We also ordered the guacamole with chips to share. The chips are fresh made and seasoned. The guac was fresh and delicious. Our server was friendly and checked on us to see if we needed anything. Food came out fairly quickly (within 15 minutes). The simple dining area has about a dozen tables and is super clean. There was one tv monitor playing cooking shows. They do a robust carry out business. They also have weekly specials. This week was a pork tenderloin that is all hand pounded and breaded. Next time...... This will be on my regular list. Everything in the menu looks amazing.“

“PLEASE ignore the completely ignorant "1 star" reviews. These are people just looking for attention or to get something free from the restaurant. Geraldine's was as good, if not BETTER than the "big name" steakhouses downtown or on the north side. We have enjoyed all of them and this experience was above and beyond! From the bar service, to the food service to the atmosphere to the amazing, cut with a spoon and melt on your mouth steak, this was the best date night experience we have had in years! We absolutely will be back as a couple as well as with friends for a double date night or a friends dinner.“

My kids had the chicken, yams, greens, && macaroni. She definitely makes the restaurant worth coming back to. The location of the restaurant is bit rundown like the parking lot is a little ghetto and you can't really tell where and how you should park so I noticed besides myself everyone else just pulled right up to the door.
