“We were passing through the state on our way back home and we are so glad we stopped here. The food was amazing!!! I had the chicken quesadilla and the chicken was juicy and had so much flavor and the cheese was melted on both sides, my husband had the steak fajitas and said the meat was perfect the onions and bell peppers were delicious and cooked perfectly and my daughter had the sopas which were fantastic. If we ever come back through we will make sure to stop again!!!”

“Food is decent. I have had several of the chicken dishes and beef dishes. Sushi rolls are good. The kids working there are in their own world half the time and can seem rude. The adults are nice. Can get a little pricey.”

“There food is amazing!!!, I love the taste of each different kind of their food, the owners of the food truck is the same owner of the restaurant Saigon Pho, The owner are really nice, respectful, and patients, they work us how a team work does. The best part what I see from them is the when people comment something bad about there food, they never give up they always keep it up and keep pushing and putting effort to their business to not go down. Because they know the what people say is not true, because they have customers say positive comment about there food, and they love it!!. From my point of view, I recommend to go try the buffet and menu at both places at the food truck and restaurant!😊”

“I had my food delivered to a hotel room. I'm from out of town. I delivered pizza for a few years my first few years of college. I know what it is like. I was impressed. They were quick. They didn't skimp on toppings. The food was good. The driver was great. He also gave me a bag with napkins, Parmesan packs and red pepper packs. Which I needed the napkins being at e hotel, all I had was toilet paper, tissue, or the white towels. He did a great job!”

“I was in Dodge for two nights from Kansas City for work. First time to the city, I Googled restaurants and this place came up... I ate there both nights. First night I had the salmon, it was great. There's a place in KC I compare every salmon dish to and this gave it a run for its money. Second night, I had the beetroot fettuccine- another great dish. City was very flavorful. Both nights the service was impeccable. Not sure if or when I'll be back in Dodge (its quite the drive) but would prioritize coming back here and recommend anyone visiting stop by”

“Not a bad place. A little small but nice place. Plenty of variety of liquor, including top shelf. No craft beer but had Dos Equis, Coors, Miller Lite, the standards plus Yuengling Flight which I was impressed by how good it was. Foosball table and a dart board but didn't see any darts.”

“5 stars all the way. Long Branch Salon was one of the best stops of the trip. Karen behind the bar was incredible — part bartender, part historian, part entertainer. She even taught us the cancan and somehow made the whole place feel like stepping back into the Old West. She can slide a beer down the bar like something straight out of a movie.

The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and authentic without trying too hard. Great crowd, great energy, and the prices were surprisingly good too — $5 whiskey shots is hard to beat these days.

If you want a real saloon experience with personality and history, this is the place.”

“While planning a trip from Topeka to Colorado and back we made our plan back to try this food truck. Omg it was so worth it! I wish I had a bigger cooler to bring back one of everything! It didn’t take long and was so delicious. I ate on my xi mao noodles for 3 days savoring the flavor since it was such a long drive I don’t know when I’ll get to try again. The young man that came to our car to take our order was so nice as well. Wish I lived closer!”

“I decided to stop by this spot for dinner after a long day of travel, and it was a really great change of pace from standard roadside diner food. The inside has a clean, pleasant atmosphere and the staff welcomed me warmly as soon as I walked through the door. I ordered a mix of traditional sushi rolls and a sizzling teriyaki chicken plate, and everything tasted remarkably fresh and well-prepared. The fish was delicate and flavorful, and the hot food came out steaming with a really delicious savory sauce. My server was quick to bring out my order and kept checking back to make sure I had everything I needed throughout the meal. It is a solid, satisfying choice to grab a fresh and tasty dinner when you are craving Asian flavors on the road.”

I stopped in for a light dinner after a long day of driving. I will certainly be back on my next trip through Dodge city!”

“Every single time I've been there in the Drive-Thru they make me pull up because they need to make the chicken and they don't have any on hand. So we pull up and wait forever and when they finally come with our food they have forgotten one entire meal. I wouldn't leave a review if it just happened one time because I know accidents happen but this has happened the three times I've been there. The food is always great but it just takes some effort to get to us”

“This was our first experience with Freddie. We went in and looked over the menu. There were several appealing choices so we decided to try it. the steak burger salad is very filling and makes two meals easily. The patty melt is also very large and extremely tasty. The counter person was not at all friendly. We had to ask several questions about our choices as we were newbies. He was extremely afitated and never smiled once. The food came out quickly and as ordered. The noise level makes it very hard to have conversation. I am sure it was all the mechanical irems in use, the loudest being the overhead air conditioning units. We would return for the food as the other things could be overlooked for quality food. They also give a military discount.”
