“Ate here last night and this restaurant is a "must try!" I had the 12 oz. KC Strip, mashed potatoes, garlic green beans, and... for dessert, apple caramel bread pudding with cinnamon ice cream was to die for! The atmosphere was a bit loud for my taste, but aside from that, it was delightful!”

“Everything was great until our food was dropped off, then we didn't see out server til we were nearly done eating. I needed to send back a side because it came out cold. She finally came back after about 20 minutes and I asked for her to take it back. And then very rudely said “anything else?”. Once she left we never saw her again and the manger finished up our service. Honestly just very shocking considering Jack Stack is renowned for their service and unfortunately they didn't meet that standard this evening. Apparently we also had two servers, as this was how we were greeted, but never saw the other one. Seems like they are having some gaps in service somewhere. Manager was great though and location is stunning.”

Please check your security cameras to see who stole my pink Vince Camino turtleneck sweater. I was wearing a white sweater with a navy blue stripe and black pants with a lavender hair wrap. Macaron tower was packaged beautifully and securely for transport, same with the tiered caked and I am super clumsy and nothing fell apart or got ruined!!! I’m super grateful.”

“I started out eating at a Pegah's in Shawnee. I was thrilled when they opened the one in Lenexa and eat there on a regular basis. I had breakfast there last Sunday and had perfect food (Combo Breakfast) and service. Tonight, I went for dinner. They were pretty busy but I was immediately seated in a quiet corner in the back. My server, Ali, brought me water per my request and took my order. She was hustling from table to table, but always assured me my order would be ready soon. A wonderful young man named Zack noticed me sitting with water and rushed over to make sure I had been helped. Soon after, Ali brought my chicken fried chicken. She was always smiling and checked on me a handful of times. The food, as always, was DELICIOUS! Thank you for your delicious food and wonderful staff. I recommend Pegah's to everyone!”

“We’re in town visiting for the weekend and came across Maps. We enjoyed our visit there this morning. We loved the atmosphere and the esthetic of shop. They had a great variety of drink options. We ordered the honey and Mexican lattes along with kids steamers. The honey was sweet and delicious; the Mexican was just the right amount of spice you’re looking for in a coffee and the kids steamers were the perfect temp for our girls. Our youngest liked it so much she forked out every last drop of the milk. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town visiting. 💜”

“The food here is so good, you don't understand. I am the manager at Exotic Pets next door so I have to fight not to go here every day, it is so delicious. “Awesome place! I find it just peachy. While the waits almost felt like they took 26 and a half minutes, although I know that's just my impatient self, the food they served was awesome! It smelled of warm root beer, the seats felt like fluffy towels, and best of all: they sold donuts! Ha, well, I'm just exaggerating again. I like the Bavarian Cream filled donuts.

The service was awesome. Comparing this to other restaurants is almost like comparing weasels to... I kinda lost my train of thought. It's really good, anyhow! A drink only costed about a nickel! And if you thought it couldn't get better, it's only half a block down the street!

They have the best chips and salsa of any Mexican Restaurants when me and my friends go we end up getting like 6 plates of chips and at least 3 refills of salsa each. The food is also fire the pork carnitas are Lightning in a bottle an amazing explosion of Flavor the carnitas tend to explode all over my hands, but that’s a me issue. Their pricing is also very good. I would recommend this place to all who are looking for great Mexican food!”

“Checked out the place because I loved what I had seen online. I was greeted promptly and efficiently at the hostess stand. I was quickly seated. I reviewed the menu and my server greeted me quickly. I asked her for her recommendation. She suggested the bourbon glaze burger. The burger was juicy flavorful and well seasoned. The server was available but not pushy. The manager also checked to be sure things were satisfactory. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely return. If i were to make one suggestion, it would to not put all the garnish on the bottom bun.”

We ordered 5 different dishes from the Cantonese menu(which is the more traditional Chinese menu).and gosh the portion sizes were huge and every dish was great. They all had their own distinct taste. “80th Street location We usually go to the one on 151st but saw a review in a group and this one was so cute decided to try it. We went on Monday, had such an amazing dinner that we went back tonight (Tuesday). Our servers both nights were beyond friendly and knowledgeable. I forgot Mondays server name but tonight was Marcos and he was the absolute best! I had the tortilla soup both nights and I just want a gallon of it, the best I have ever had. The toppings added to it overall, and the fresh avocado was so tasty. Really, get it, you won't be the same after. Is getting it 3 days in a row excessive? Hmmmm Taco Tuesday tacos $1 each, ground beef or chicken. The ground beef is well seasoned, and delicious. The avocado salsa is another must try. This is a must and my new favorite place.”

The food was good it was the service that was a bit pushy as we were new and just checking out the menu first and our waitress seems to not give us enough time to check as it felt every 3 minutes. I sat down in the coffee shop area while i waited on my coffee order and to my surprise NO ONE took the time to come and say hello or try to get to know me like most people in some churches do. (1) Tasty food -the fries were crunchy and fluffy and flavorful, and the burger was juicy and plump and had a good amount but not too much of sauce
(2) The prices are very fair
(3) The interior is not too loud, though that might would change if there were more people
(4) We asked for the BLT to have extra-crispy bacon, and they did a good job at that
(5) The portion size is just about right

Cons:
(1) The chairs are in bad shape and ripped with stuffing spilling out in some cases

“I'd ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a vegetarian pizza. The pineapple pieces are microscopic and the pizza tasted quite salty. The vegetarian pizza has fresh vegetables and is an ok value. The employees at Papa Murphy's were friendly and helpful when picking up the online order.

Vegetarian options: The vegetables look to be freshly sliced which is what is expected. Perhaps an option to add red potatoes might be possible. Be sure to check the sodium content of the pizzas.”

“This listing is incorrect. This is NOT a Mexican restaurant. It's a South American restaurant, which has a very different flavor profile. Here their primary dish is the Papusa. Papusas are like corn cakes, but instead of corn, the cakes are made from plantains; plantains look like bananas, but taste like potatoes. Each papusa is stuffed with chicken, beef, or pork. Papusas are served with a South American slaw, which is made with vinegar rather than a dairy bar like coleslaw. Very nice servers but spread too thin. Also, don't go on a hot day. My wife and I went on a 90+ day, and their air conditioner wasn't working.”

“Topp'd Lenexa Public Market I have to give a huge shout out, what delicious pizza you all are making! The other night we ordered up a cheese and pepperoni (look at those delicious huge slabs) and a Margherita with basil chicken and fresh basil added. A side of their baked meatballs and 2 orders of cheese garlic bread. OMG, we were delighted! Crispy crust, bold flavors in the pizza sauce, absolutely delicious pizza and those meatballs were perfect texture and taste. Tasted homemade, I can't confirm, but try for yourself and you'll see. We hadn't had Topp'd since before the last 2 years of shutdowns, wish we had not waited so long. Thank you Topp'd, one of our new favorite pizzas in KC and conveniently located close to home at Lenexa Public Market”
