When we did ask the server she just said oh they call your name (music plays loudly inside so no way you can hear unless you're right there) and leave it at the bar for you, and then she walked off.“

When you walk in, the line to order is right in the front located near the grab-n-go drinks and food. Ordering is easy and the staff are all incredibly friendly.
