“There was a whole slew of us from Spring Valley Baptist Church that gathered here for lunch on a Thursday and the food was very good. It's a limited lunch menu with just 3 sandwich choices, but let me just say that these are not regular deli sandwiches. The chicken salad is homemade, and the ham and honey roasted turkey sandwiches are carved meats, not sliced deli. There are also a few varieties of quiches, and either bowls or cups of soup. One of the ladies next to me got a cup of ham and bean soup. It looked and smelled so good that I was wishing I had ordered it. This is a bakery, so of course the highlight is the baked goods, which include cookies, cupcakes, pound cake, pies, cinnamon rolls (Friday & Saturday)...and so much more! Wanda (the owner) brought out the triple layer coconut cake (pictured) and we lost our minds.“
“Some of the best (if not the best) cheesecake I have ever had. She even delivered to our venue up north of MCI. Very professional and quick to respond. We only tried 5 of the flavors but can't wait to try the others. Would recommend for any event you have or if you just want to get some delicious cheesecakes for dessert. Still can't stop raving about them to friends.“
“Hands down my favorite place in the metro area for pastry. I heard about the 'kronuts' here, and had to give them a try. After trying two, I couldn't leave without going back for a third. After doing some errands that day, I decided to go back for a couple more. Rinse and repeat the next day, and the day after that... You get the idea. And I don't even live in Raytown. They're not the same as the famous 'cronut' from New York, nor are they trying to be. In fact John (one of the owners) tells me he's never even tried a cronut before. They are simply a cross between a croissant and a donut, and they're Ludicrously delicious.“
“If you've ever thought to yourself "I could go for something sweet" TWO SUGARS is a must. First thing I noticed walking in was good music. Paired with Great coffee, and what may be the best cinnamon roll I've ever had. It was worth the visit.“
“Hands down the absolute best gourmet donuts and pastries I’ve ever had. The whole shop is an experience from the happy workers to the music and environment that the shop creates. You can tell when people love what they do and the happiness is baked into everything. Black hole is a KC staple.“
“We called around in search of the elusive peanut butter cream pie. The last place recommended Ashleigh's bake shop. I was ecstatic to see it on their menu. We placed our order and picked up on Saturday. We also bought two single slices of butterscotch cream pie and coconut cream pie. We love this place! ♥️I can't wait to try the other options out. The shop it's located in is absolutely packed full specialty cookware, gadgets, and gift items.“
“Delicious!! I had the Reuben which was too notch through and through with what I believe prob was homemade sauerkraut and maybe the dressing. Friendly service and located right off 31st and 71 hwy.ibhad the fried cinnamon bun which was good but noticed the chocolate chip cookies that looked good with the cheesecake I have to try next time.“
“I was very pleased with my first visit today. Upon entering I was greeted with a smile and a bubbly attitude. The vibe is cute and gives "little cottage". I had the Midwest and it was so yummy and filling. I also tried the Lemon Muffin and it was also tasty. I will be back!“
“I live in MD, and there are a myriad of gluten-free offerings and bakeries. None compare to Morgana's. Soft, melt in your mouth, croissants and delicious, feathery light donuts. If you like it, she has it. Run, don't walk, beefier it's gone.“
