“Peach cobber was great ! ALWAYS good food! I had never been in there at noon before and everything stopped and we stood for the National Anthem. I Do wish I would have waited to order until it was over, because I had just sat down not even a bite then stood up , by the time it was over my food was already cold. Please don't misunderstand I agree with it.My father is a veteran.I just would have preferred to eat my lunch hot. And I can't think of anybody else.Who does that so I was surprised. But again everything is good!!!“

“This was the best restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. There is a gas skillet built into the table and you cook your own meat, nothing better than hot off the grill!! It’s so interactive and such a nice place. It is on the expensive side, but I wasn’t left feeling bad about that, hell everything is expensive these days! Best cut of beef I’ve had in years, will be returning again soon!Vegetarian options: They have vegetable and non meat items.“

“Good barbecue and can feed two. They do give you decent portions. We got the bug platter or something like that. You get a choice of 2 meats and 2 sides. Do check before you leave as they forgot to give us the second meat. Fortunately we live nearby so it wasn't a big problem. Also, although they are open until 8 pm the time before when I went at 6 pm they were out of 4 of their meats. Go early would be wise if possible.“

“Nice place for a family meal or place to grab a bite to eat. We enjoyed a dinner following the Underground Ziplines in the nearby Mega Cavern. My wife enjoyed a Scrumptious Pulled Pork Platter that satisfied, while i indulged in the Brisket Grilled Cheese...which was equally amazing. We arrived early and the place filled up quickly, is nice to see. I did enjoy their various house BBQ Sauces, and a couple hits of their Mop Sauce to my Bloody Mary was Beautiful! The wife purchased a Sweet Tangy Mustard Sauce before leaving.“

My waitress was very nice though.Parking: Be careful parking in Walgreens parking lot. They have tow away signs now . Also restricted on street parking loading zones 1 hour limit. A real pain !“

“This is some of the best barbecue food I've had. I came on a Sunday and got the smoked meatloaf, candy yams, Collard greens, and Cornbread meal. Everything was delicious. I ate every last morsel. It's definitely worth coming to and definitely worth recommending.“

“Nine years since I first wrote a review of Feast BBQ! NINE YEARS! Considering how highly my family and I regard Feast BBQ, it's way overdue for an update. And I can sum it all up like this: loaded tots! Get them piled high with pulled pork. The great BBQ + slaw + green onions + tots (obviously) -- these are pure comfort and stick-to-your-ribs goodness. I can't go to Feast and get anything else. But when I want something in addition to the loaded tots, I go for the fried pickles and an Ale-8 bourbon slushie. Feast BBQ also has online ordering, which we use when we order food while at Akasha Brewing next door. It always makes me happy to see the long tables inside this restaurant full of people. I don't want Feast BBQ to go anywhere. It's the best BBQ in Louisville IMO.“

“Easily one of the best BBQ restaurants in the area. The food was absolutely fantastic. The brisket melts in your mouth, the sausage was delicious, and the chicken was so moist and flavorful. The staff are super friendly and take great care of you. I love how they honor US soldiers and safety workers, which creates an unmatched atmosphere. I highly recommend eating here.“

But the big hidden gem was the smoked wings that needed no sauce at all. The sever Knox is amazing. Reading the reviews he must not have too many bad days at work. A must try if in the area.“

“Good neighborhood bar. We stayed at an airbnb across the street and y'all know the very best bar is a bar you can walk to. Great beer selection, good prices. The night I was there Buffalo Trace was $4! Music was ON POINT. We did order the food special of the night... some kind of siracha sausage sandwich and it was really underwhelming, but I think this probably just isn't a bar that's known for its food. For what it's worth, the onion rings were good and crispy. Not a big crowd on a Tuesday night in March, but I'd imagine it's hopping on the weekends.“

“The ribs are great but I'm a brisket man. You really need to get both and enjoy. I'm from Texas so the bar b que sauce is not my cup of tea but the vinegar base one for the pork is good.Parking: Make sure and use your GPS because you may some time pass the entrance. Once there plenty of parking.“

“Came in while on vacation from NY. Got the onion strings and a burger. My husband and I were stuffed. Strings were very crispy and the sauce delicious. We ordered the BBQ cheese burger with slaw. Slaw was fresh and crunchy. The burger was delicious. Perfectly charred but not overcooked and the bbq sauce was delicious. Recommend to anyone who wants to avoid the tourist traps on vacation and get a delicious meal.“

“The food is 10/10 hands down! We had Shack in the Back cater our wedding and again 10 OUT OF 10! Love everything about this place and the southern hospitality from start to finish. The tasting was great, the owner did that herself, she was very kind and easy to talk to. Her right hand women was very kind as well when we dropped off our remaining balance. “Wow!!! This place is amazing! This has to be some of the best BBQ I have ever had in my life. I got the chipped brisket sandwich, some of the best baked beans in my life with some apple crumble. WOW! Delicious to say the least, I also got two wings as well since they were the special of the day, the dry rub on them was amazing. The employees were so nice and helpful for this first timer. “Our first time getting food from here. The pork BBQ was really good despite a few chunks of fay. They gave us regular, sweet and fire sauce. The bakes beans were delicious with a deep flavor, molasses maybe? If you want buns you have to ask. The price was very affordable, around $23.00. We will definitely be coming back.“

“I had always wanted to try Big Ben's and I'm glad I finally did. When I first walked in I was met with a warm welcome and a very down to earth bunch. You can totally tell this is a family run restaurant. The menu was simple enough to understand and not overflowing with too many options. We settled on the Bear's Bear option and it came with plenty to feed 4-5 of us. I loved reading the history that is all over the walls while we waited, which wasn't long, and learned a few things along the way. Now I am actually pretty picky when it comes to greens and eating them anywhere but at my family gatherings as I do not like any type of canned greens and usually thats what I'm presented with when I dare to order them from a restaurant. I chose to dare this day, however, because the gentleman behind the counter response when asked if they were fresh or canned was how I had almost given him a heart attack at the idea that they would even think to use canned and utter shock at the audacity to even need to ask. So I was sold and man was I not disappointed. These greens were some of the best I have ever had, almost better than my father's! They were cleaned properly, seasoned and cooked beautifully and the taste was the product of someone who knows what they are doing. I did not get any sand or mush just nice hearty leaf after leaf. I will definitely be back for more. We also had rib and rib tips which were both cooked properly and had a nice solid smoke mark present in every piece. They still were capable of staying on the bone yet we weren't playing tug a war trying to get a bite. We were given plenty of BBQ sauce on the side which meant we go as light or heavy as we wanted. The potato salad was Good and had that homemade type of look and taste to them that just took me back to those family gatherings I went to as a kid. I snapped a picture of my plate after I finished most of my greens because I never intended to write a review but I wanted to have proof that I actually ate and enjoyed greens from a restaurant cause my family knows I do not play around when it comes to the quality a thing of greens has to have to make it on and off my plate“

“This is my first time here and I will be back! The Flo Filet is the most tender steak I have ever had, it melted in my mouth. My daughter's said the Mac and cheese was the best they've ever had. Excellent portion size for value! Hannah was our server and she was sweet and efficient! White cheddar mushrooms, spicy chicken and street corn were also amazing!“

“I had the most amazing snow crab boil for 31.99 and since I had never been there I thought there was no way that it could fill me up so I ordered a perch dinner also. I was so full from the crab I barely touched my perch dinner. What I did eat of the perch dinner it was just as fabulous as the crab meal. Solid fan!!!!! Great service and conversation. “This location is the very first Texas Roadhouse and it’s also the best. It’s the only one in the area that opens at 11:00AM every day. We wanted to try the brisket and ordered 1/2 pound. It was moist, tender and had some smoke flavor. Better then anything around here we have had in a while.
