“This place is awesome. If you're craving shrimp and grits look no further! These folks do it right. The blueberry margarita is fabulous. Ask for Melanie to be your server and you won't regret it. She is top notch. The location is easy in and out, the restaurant is spotless and includes outdoor dining as well.“

“Visitor from out town. Food was really GOOD the Cole slaw had a lasting NEW taste. Make great health snack. The hush puppies has extra ingredients and crispy soft taste. Tried their shrimp and fish. The fish had a light color crisp crust just right. The shrimp had a small amount of crust; next order I would request for just bit more of the tasty crust on shimp. The red beans and rice was so good with nice taste in the juice. Most meals comes will fries; but from healthy next I time would love to switch fries for the unique tasting Cole slaw instead. Food is not greasy but hot, quick. For the outside patio would suggest cleaning the seats and tables and checking seating area for trash. But Marilynn's is worth more visits.“

“The food was very good and served a table of 10 pretty quickly but several things needed to be added to be a sit down cafe. There needs to be high chairs available, it was hard to eat holding a 10 month old. I would like to see tea and water available not in bottles and need sweetner packets available. The person taking orders seemed to be a bit confused on ringing up items and answering questions we asked, such as is there okra in the gumbo. He did come back and made my order better by offering a cup of very good gumbo...no okra.“

“Enjoy going to Bears Everytime. The staff are very nice and accommodating and the food is amazing. It is one of the main reasons that I go there. Pool tables are great and they have a good selection of pool cues, chalk, and other pool accessories.“

“Cool place. Bartenders were helpful in picking out a beer. All the brews we had tasted good and the food truck serves a poutine that I could eat every day of the week. This is a perfect place to have a beer with friends and catch up. Will definitely go back when I'm in the area.“

“Seriously loved my first time here. I ordered online pickup at a certain time. I ordered the breakfast burrito and iced lightening coffee to go. My order was ready on time. I added greens, jalapeños, avocado & spinach to my burrito and it totally elevated it into a perfect breakfast meal. Burrito is super packed so it's very very filling. It's healthy. The iced lightening coffee is delicious. Parking seems difficult during busy hours. I parked across the street and walked over which is absolutely fine as it's not a busy street to cross. Plenty of seating space indoor & outdoors, clean bathrooms. Decent prices for a good meal. Highly recommend and will definitely return.Vegetarian options: Breakfast burrito without bacon, pastries, toasts, etc.“

“Despite receiving some stares from white customers when we entered, the white waitresses were incredibly welcoming and ensured our comfort in every possible way. It's disheartening that even in 2024, some people still behave this way. I wish the dining area had more space for privacy. Nevertheless, the waitress kindly accommodated our request to move to the patio for a more comfortable experience. Their flatbread was exceptional, especially the Smoky Chicken flatbread. For those who enjoy sweet wine, I recommend trying the Pinot Pop Rose and Sparkling Rose Wine from South Africa.I suggest inviting more people of color to enhance the diversity.“

“Came here on a Tuesday night and there was live music in the patio. We got sat right away and our serve was the sweetest lady. I didn't catch her name, however she was from France. The margarita extra pizza was delicious. The fig and pug was the perfect balance of sweet and salty. The drinks, very great pour!“

“I have not dined at Monjuni's since 1997 in the old location on Louisiana. I used to snag a muffeleta whenever I passed thru Shreveport. Lunch today was very good. The spaghetti with Italian sausage was very nearly as good as my father made. The salad was exceptional. I left Shreveport 54 years ago and rarely return. Eating here today brought back many fond memories.“

“My big family stopped at this little place today (6/15/23) around 2pm, while passing through and I just had to come on and give it a review! The waitress was a sweet lady, that was fabulous in customer service! We are family 6 and everything was refilled before even being asked. Also she was lovely with the kids. The food was delicious! We all got something a little diffrent and everyone loved their food. AND THE MARGARITAS WERE PERFECTION. I love to see little places, keeping up with this ever changing world. Keep it up!“

“We live 1.5 hours away and would gladly make the trip every Friday to enjoy this great restaurant! Lexi and the crew in the kitchen are helpful and give excellent service. The atmosphere was relaxed, eclectic , and had a great vibe. The bar offers a wide array of adult beverages, and the food was very tasty, not your average eatery. Menu was very diverse and I recommend the house specialty chicken wings. Based on the specials we enjoyed a tab only slightly above fast food and far more enjoyable. Come on out and try them , they are great!“
