“Today, we drove to Covington to try Turgeau's. What an absolute delight! They have a section of the menu that is called Gluten-Feee, Cross-Contact Safe. In addition to being a gluten-free celiac, I'm also dairy free. I was able to have biscuits, a lovely turkey and avocado sandwich, and a raspberry lemon oatmeal pie. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. If you are only gluten sensitive, not celiac, there are even more items available to you beyond the section pictured below. Go check this place out as soon as possible!”

But, as a dessert gal, I have tried them all and there is not one I would not get againm(hint: the chocolate cake with flan on top is my favorite)”

“Extensive selection of beers and merchandise. Some of the beers are known and distributed, but many would be new to even those familiar with Abita. We visited on a weekday right after opening, however staff was still getting ready for the day, so service was a little slow. Also the water coming from the water station was really warm, and they had no bottled water. They do offer root beer, creme soda, and hop water. This location does not serve food, but they do welcome children and teenagers.”

Maddie was very attentive when she took care of my family this evening. we were a party of 5 with 2 kids and we ordered a wide variety of food. nothing was out of place or less than amazing. my dad is from NYC as am I so we know a great steak and Gallagher's Grill is the top in the area.”

“I took my girlfriend here for an early lunch date the other day and we both loved it! It was my second time ever eating at Olive Garden. My first was at a Slidell location nearly a decade back, but it was a lackluster experience. This time was much, much better, and I'll definitely return soon! Anyway, we arrived shortly after open and didn't have to wait to be seated. Our server was friendly and helpful, and we both went for the never-ending pasta. We both enjoyed a soup and some bread sticks, followed then by various pasta and sauces. She ended up eating two plates of pasta, and I had three. We both left extremely full and satisfied. I often leave restaurants feeling like I didn't get my money's worth, but I definitely got my money's worth here! Seriously, I ate more than I would've at a Chinese buffet. I can't recommend this place enough.”

I was so busy looking around that I couldn't focus on the menu, so I asked our waitress, Isabella, to surprise me and just bring me whatever she likes. And it was amazing. I had the quiche and a cute little pot of a really good tea. And everything came on adorable plates, and really fancy tea cups and saucers. It was so much fun that I'm going back for my birthday.”

My wife and I have been going here for our anniversary for the last 10 years, and multiple times in between, EVERY SINGLE TIME the food is excellent, the service is perfect, and the atmosphere is one that can’t be beat on the Northshore. In over 30-40 dining experiences now, we literally do not have a single complaint, it is fine dining restaurant perfection as far as we are concerned. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️”

“rude staff and disappointed with food. walked in, was seated, no smile, asked for drink order and left. seated someone next to us and went to him 1st to take order, later found out he is a regular. took our order, ordered appetizer shrimp tempura ( 2 shrimp, 10 vegetables), should list as veg tempura, and it wasnt good. served sushi before appetizer and when i asked for appetizer, got an eye roll look. she bring it out ,there was no room on table so she set it down and dragged the other table by us, no smile or conversation. we has to ask for straws for our drinks, took forever. We finished eating and we're sitting ,waiting for our bill, but our waitress was at the front bar putting an order together, apparently for Uber and the other 2 waitresses were just sitting in the corner, one was talking on her phone. our waitress finally noticed so she sent the other waitress to come bring our bill and she went to the other guy 1st, so we had to wait even longer. If you don't want to work for a tip you don't get a tip”

Soo SAD common sense can't be taught and no one takes pride in their job anymore”

Our server, Brooklyn (I believe was her name & if I’m wrong I’m so sorry, I was frazzled) was incredibly patient & friendly from the very start. Our 6 year old son is autistic & was NOT a fan of GW. He was on the verge of a spiral & the only thing he could verbalize was that he wanted pizza. Brooklyn & her manager came to our table, we came up with a game plan and they makeshift created a “pizza” on the spot for my little dude with no hesitation. “Back in town for a quick trip, I was excited to see that Boulevard had opened a new location in the Warehouse District. Since the Elmwood and original locations have always been fantastic, I knew I had to stop in. There were four of us for lunch, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with true Southern hospitality. Our server, Joel, welcomed us warmly and gave great recommendations for both appetizers and entrées. For appetizers, we ordered the spinach dip, smoked salmon, deviled eggs, and BBQ shrimp. Everything was delicious, but the smoked salmon stood out—it tasted even better than I remembered! The new bread served with the shrimp was also a great touch. For our entrées, we had the double crab cakes (packed with more crab than I’ve ever had in a restaurant), the roasted half chicken (perfectly cooked and melt-in-your-mouth tender, even the breast meat was moist), the grilled redfish, and a fresh, well-prepared salad. Each dish was excellent, showcasing the quality and attention to detail that Boulevard is known for. This new location is a fantastic addition to their portfolio. As we were leaving, I noticed the grab-and-go section—such a great option for anyone working nearby! Thank you for bringing Boulevard closer to the CBD. When time is limited, it’s great to have a location that’s easier to get to. I’ll definitely be back!”
