“Me, my son, and my mom, went to Pardo’s today on Easter brunch for my son‘s Birthday. I read reviews, and Brianna was mentioned over and over again as an outstanding waitress, so we requested her. She was on top of her game for our entire experience! She was full of energy and made our experience fun with exceptional service! She made the table, extra special with napkins made of roses ? Little bunnies ? On top of the straws and even gave us an Easter card with a handwritten note inside!! The food was amazing. Everything she recommended was outstanding chefs kiss ?. They have some nice rocking chairs looking out over the lake to calm your nerves, if that doesn't work they also have 3 bars upstairs that you can "pick your poison" and chill. We got some drinks and hung out upstairs overlooking the beautiful lake and all the activities that were going on. I think our wait was over an hour, but it only seemed a short while as the view was spectacular and the conversation was great with other guests. Everyone is very friendly here. The staff was top notch and even recognized the regular customers, which I plan to be from now on. Let's get to the food... In a word - Outstanding! From the chargrilled oysters to the chili shrimp appetizers to the main course, all was well more than anticipated. The cheesecake dessert was out of this world, creamy with the best flavor I've ever had. Definitely give this place a try. You won't regret it.”

Scoring high marks on Google Maps (4.9) and better than average on Untappd (3.78), we can understand the appeal. The best brew on the flight was their 3XPBC Beer Inoculum; an 8.2% Imperial Stout. 3XPBC was brewed to celebrate their Nine Year Anniversary! It’s description states the imp stout is a “triple peanut butter cup beer” and oh did it scratch the peanut butter cup itch. Probably one of the best peanut butter cup stouts we’ve had - ever.”

The girl with the nose ring was super nice and listened to me talk about my experience as a barista. She was so nice to listen to me! I told her thank you and I hoped she had a great rest of her day. Lady at the front was so helpful with bringing my bandaids for my 4 yr old who fell out of the car on our way in, helping me clean up my drink I spilled all over the table and my daughters food ?‍♀️, and brought me a little phone stand as I was watching some beach volleyball games. My waitress recommended the shrimp and grits and they were sooo good. She also was able to help with my daughter’s pancake order as she was in a mood, haha. All the while pumping out the orders.They could have cooked up a bunch or food in preparation for the rush after parades were finishing, but they did not. And never do. Therfore every customer truly was getting freash hot food. People complain sometimes for the wait, but then also want to complain when food is Luke warm.as though they are at wendys. It's fried chicken and fresh baked biscuits. It takes a min. You can't rush perfection. Despite one angry man who thought rules of no special orders on holidays ,didn't apply to him...the staff handle the situation superbly. The customer tried to say his kids were allergic to dark meat and need all white. Calling the staff idiots. When he is the idiot ,because all the chicken is fried in same oil. It would be like going to a seafood house and saying your allergic to fish but want some fried pickles. He was offered his money back, and apologized to for inconvenience of the company rule,and was still rude. The staff didn't let it get to them as they kept good moral and continued hustling to accommodate their customers.Much respect for the quality and hustle the crew executed like a beautiful dance on a busy night.Somethings are worth the wait, especially when those preparing the food care about what they send out. If you want fast subpar food keep wasting your money at other fast food joints. If you want food with love and soul in it,this is your place to go.Your wasting your money if you go anywhere else for fried chicken. And if you having a bad day,go inside to order. “The restruant was on a main road and very accessible. There was plenty of parking even though it was around supper time. We ordered from the kiosk for the first time and a family member helped us with it. The card reader at the kiosk was not operating so we had to take the order to the counter. When we checked our order at the table there were a couple of items missing. We had to go back to the counter again. The good was very tastey and our granddaughter enjoyed the play place.”

The proprietor delivered them to us herself and shared that the limoncello is made by her and is a labor of love. I LOVE limoncello and hers was delicious. Truly everything was delicious and we very much enjoyed the casual bright atmosphere. Perfect for a brunch or a stop in from a bike ride on the trace.
