“Oh my God... Read reviews on yelp and wanted to go to this restaurant... It did not disappoint. As a matter fact we've gone to several pizza places in New Orleans, and this is by far THE BEST! It was a Wednesday night so things were pretty chill. We had an awesome waitress, DD, who really made everything super comfortable and easy for us. Give us a different tasting of wine so we ordered a bottle and then a pizza... It was just a great evening highly recommend Theo s pizza! We will definitely be back! “The food is soooooo good. The best brunch menu in Nola. Tried most things and it always slaps. Service is great.-1 for no reservations and long waits. I have no idea why they don’t give both the overworked hosts and customers a break by having a more streamlined res/waitlist system. Attempting Bearcat on the weekend is a competitive sport.Is it a reverse psychology thing? Like knowing you probably won’t get in so you want it even more? Having waited in the sun for an hour so the mimosas are extra refreshing? Lmk!“

“Everything about this place is Amazing. You don't have to dress up if you don't want to that's #1. The service is quick, very responsive and our server knew what he was talking about when askeed about menu recommendations. My boyfriend picked a winner with this restaurant for my 3rd birthday celebratory dinner and we left full, satisfied and happy. If you're going here for your birthday they do a sparkler, slice of cake and a song. I had the escargot which tasted so good, the redfish was the fish of the day and it was moist, flavorful and melt in your mouth delicious. We also had the chargrilled oysters with cheese and they did not dissapoint and the crawfish beignets were a big size and cooked to perfection with a nice little crush balanced with the flakiness. This is definately a must try spot! Parking close is a little hard to find so I would leave earlier to plan for that and I would recommend making a reservation. Luckily my boyfriend did and they had a table all ready for us as soon as we walked in and they wished me happy birthday as soon as they saw the note on the reservation.“

“My first time here. I got an iced pistachio latte with oatmilk and my husband got a frozen mocha latte with oatmilk. We live on the northshore and had to go to the southshore for something and instead of stopping at Starbucks, we wanted to try something new! Definitely recommend. “We wanted to try something new for dessert and found this place while driving down Severn. After reading over the menu option — there is a wide variety of sweet & savory items — we settled on a dark chocolate milk shake and crème brûlée crepe with strawberries. Absolutely amazing! We did not expect it to be as delicious as it was and now we can’t wait to come back for another sweet crepe. Definitely recommend giving this a try if you haven’t already.“

When I saw the menu I was kind of disappointed, but when I tried their food, ohh god, this is the best bread I had in years. “Visited here for the first time today. It was easy to miss because the sign off the street didn't say The Wandering Goat. I believe the sign said gelato and bakery. I parked in a spot near the pizzeria. Fortunately I didn't have to walk far to get to the bakery. I was expecting to see more baked goods. There were only about 5 or 6 that I could see. But maybe that had to do with the day of the week that I visited. I decided to try the strawberry Bundt cake. The owner said it was recently removed from the oven. I really enjoyed the cake. I initially thought it seemed a bit pricey. But after tasting the cake I realized it was definitely worth the price. I plan to return in the future to try other desserts.“

I regularly get the Tuscan bagel and it’s so delicious.Couldn’t recommend laurel street bakery enough!They will take little things you like (such as a bit extra toasted or just egg whites) and implement them without the slightest sign of annoyance like I’ve experienced in some other spots.If you haven’t been here def come try them out!“

“I really wish I could remember our server's name he was fantastic. An average height guy with a pony tail and goatee. Walked in without a reservation and the hostess was super nice and got us a table outside. The waiter was great at explaining the soup of the day and my daughter loves it. It was a beef stew. I got the pollo pizza and my partner got the margarita and they were both on point. I love the crispy crust. Overall a great experience.“

“I ordered a small thin crust of anchovies and onion. The ingredients were fresh. The pizza was delicious. Service was fast, friendly and efficient! The wait staff came over several times to see if we needed anything or drink refills. I'd definitely go again!“

“I dont know how I made it through my first 18 months of Keto not knowing about this place. I went with my daughter (who isn't keto) to pick up a few goodies for me to try. she asked me to get her cookies while there, and I warned her "it is keto" (she always complains about my "keto food") but she wanted it anyway. She got cinnamon cookies and I got key lime cookies plus a strawberry pie and olive bread. Everything was so good! I've tried baking my own keto baked goods for the lady year and a half and crumbly or too soft baked goods is my biggest complaint. The texture and taste of everything I got was so good! To both of us. I will definitely be back.“

“We arrived just before noon on a Sunday and was immediately seated. It began to fill up fast afterwards! The service great, our server was very attentive to our needs. I ordered the combination catfish/shrimp. The catfish was fresh and flavorful unlike this Swai stuff from Vietnam that a lot of restaurants push on customers. My wife had the Blue Crab Pasta and was very pleased with the quality. I highly recommend this local establishment!“

“Friendly, great environment and food was fabulous. We had brunch, with delicious mimosas made from freshly squeezed orange juice. Melt in your mouth pancakes, awesome breakfast sandwich, baked goods were top notch (that coarse sea salt- really next level). I suggest you get there early, but the wait moves quickly.“

“The second you walk into this restaurant, you can feel the history in this restaurant. From the use of an old cashier register to pictures showing the restaurant back in 1919. You can feel that this is a well loved local restaurant. What caught our eye with this restaurant was their Chargrilled Oysters. I've never had oysters this was so I had to try them! One of my friends never had oysters and she really liked them. I told her this is probably a good starter oyster for those who don't eat seafood too often. The oysters were filled with garlic and butter, can't go wrong with this combo. To get the most of all the seafood, we ordered the seafood platter which comes with fried oysters, shrimp, crab claws, and a choice of the trout or catfish. We chose the trout and had an order of the catfish as well. This was a ton of food for three people and I feel as though it is a shame to waste seafood. Our favorites were the shrimp and catfish out of the seafood. The fried seafood wasn't too salty which helped as we were eating a bunch of fried food. We didn't like the crab claws as much and could skip that next time. We really enjoyed Casamento's as it's a cute little casual restaurant and reasonably priced! It's cute how there's someone shucking oysters at the front while you wait. If you want some seafood, this is a place you gotta try!“

“Although they were short staffed, the server was wonderful and the pizza was delicious. I recommend the thin crust. Some family members raved about the Cajun Shrimp pizza. I’d have given 5 stars except the restaurant was not very wheelchair accessible. I might have made it over the threshold. But, I wasn’t sure and didn’t want to get thrown out of my chair. So, we ate outside. The worst part was that the bathroom had a large concrete curb you had to step up on. There was no option for me.“

Not a big fan of BBQ from restaurants and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place and would even use to cater a party.“

“I have followed this food truck around the city for years! When they opened the initial brick & mortar I was thrilled! Initially I was a little disappointed but since they reopened I can tell you this is what I was waiting for. I ordered take out last night. The tacos and avocado fries were perfect. Everything I knew and loved about the taceaux truck! The packaging was perfect and I loved that they offered me sides in separate containers to doctor my condiments. The hours are great! It’s hard to find food open after 9 pm uptown! My food was ready before the estimated pick up time and I had an amazing margarita (it was perfectly balanced!) with a very friendly and helpful staff! She let me know they do happy hour every day they are open 3-6, all day on Tuesdays and great drink specials for brunch hours on Sunday. I can’t wait to go back!“

“Hernando and the manager Sean were great hosts! The food was absolutely fantastic too. I got the pepper steak and the sauce, steak, peppers, and onion had real amazing flavor when eaten together. For dessert my wife and I shared the wall of chocolate which was a very impressive slice of chocolate cake that was as delectable as a warm chocolate brownie. And it being served with the strawberries and blueberries was perfect. My wife and I were dipping the fruit in the warm semi melted chocolate frosting and it really made for a great taste.“

The dining room is one of the most comfortable I've ever had the joy of eating in, intimate. I look forward to working my way through the crepes all over again! Mussels, vinaigrette avocado, goat cheese salad, dessert crepes. I had the salmon with bernaise and it was as delicately perfect as I remembered. (The dash across Prytania to the Creole Creamery is just as life-affirming as I remember because if you make it alive, you are ready for some ice cream for sure even if you had that dessert crepe.) “WOW!!!!!!!! Today I had Nothing But Bundt Cakes deliver a beautiful red velvet Bundt cake and an assortment of mini Bundt cupcakes to my daughter who is attending a conference in New Orleans. I could never imagined that I would have such an extraordinary experience like this from a business establishment outside of my own neighborhood!L Lorraine Lanzilotta is such an amazing person to deal with. Her kindness, professionalism, helpfulness and beyond outstanding customer service offered gave me chills! This employee treated me as if we had been friends for many years! She made the entire process so much fun and personalized my order knowing how much the recipient (my daughter) would just LOVE her baked goods. Lorraine’s interpersonal skills and attention to detail are like no one else’s . I sent the most creative and charming cake and cupcakes to Nikki for a special celebration…and not only did she ensure it was artistically designed and personalized to perfection, but she also wrapped it in cellophane and attached a gorgeous notecard. My girl received it less than an hour from when I placed the order and was blown away by the presentation. Nothing But Bundt Cakes earned my business today and certainly deserves to earn yours. FUN FACT:Coming in March this franchise will be opening up in my neighborhood. ANOTHER FUN FACT:Lorraine Lanzilotta is as sweet as the cakes that she sells at the bakery; MAKE SOMEONE’S DAY AND HAVE ONE DELIVERED TODAY!“

“I brought my son to the Metairie LA store today at approximately 7:30pm. This is the first time I had an awful experience. I could not even eat my food. I ordered a burger xtra lettuce xtra MOOYAH sauce grilled onions no pickles wheat bun. A family in front of me placed their to dine in and were given a number. A young lady fixed their food with gloves on her hands and brought it to the family and she takes the number from them with the SAME gloves on her hands and proceeds behind the counter to fix the next order. Sliding her gloved hands along the counter. She goes to the grill to work on the next order. She slides the patty off of the spatula on to the bun with the SAME gloved hands. She then puts the fries in the bag but a handful fell on the counter. She picks the fries up off the counter with the SAME gloved hands and puts them in the bag. Calls my name to tell me that my order is ready. I tell her that I do not want it please make my order over. I take it to go when I get home the order is completely wrong!!! I’m so hungry but upset!!! I’ll be calling them tomorrow.“

“Came here for V Day with my husband and needless to say this might be my new favorite place!! The service was amazing!! Our server was so kind and friendly even though she had a very busy section. One of the cooks (i assume) came out to check on how we liked our appetizer (the crab fries which OMG were amazing)!!! The food and drinks were phenomenal as well.
