“I am always looking for food that is unique. This restaurant offers exactly that- unique and delicious. My only criticism is that it was so loud that we could not hear each other talking. A few acoustic tiles on the ceiling would do wonders. I will go back during off times when it's not as packed with people.“
“GO GO GO ! It's been a little while since eating here last time . Atmosphere , food and service I give five stars this time ! Greatly improved over my last experience! The food was the best food I've had in a Mexican restaurant in a long time. Let's start with the atmosphere which is greatly improved with very nice comfortable furniture and decor, fitting , mid to upper range style Mexican restaurant . We were greeted instantly at the door and sat in a booth as it was our preference. The hostess was very pleasant . Chips with salsa were brought to the table immediately and my friend and I requested beans and queso and it was delivered very quickly. We ordered our food, and when it arrived, it was beautifully presented and very hot, which is a plus plus for me. I had a chicken lunch plate and my friend ordered steak fajitas. My experience this time ,was so elevated and superior compared to my last visit . Pricing is fair to value. I will definitely return.“

“I was in the area and saw this place. I went and tried it out. I was expecting more from the menu. However, I tried the Pechuga de pollo a la plancha. This food was delicious and plentiful. The presentation was great. They took great care in preparing the food and placing on the plate. The food was served hot. The service was excellent and the staff enjoyed their jobs. The atmosphere was nice and clean. They played music overhead. I will definitely return to this place. You will not be disappointed with this restaurant.“
“The birria tacos were divine. They were juicy, tender, and had just the right amount of cheese. The tortillas were nice and crispy. The sauce was amazing and I loved how they gave the hot sauce on the side so you can decide how spicy you like it. We also got a steak quesadilla and it was delicious.The service was excellent, and the atmosphere is laid back and friendly. The price wasn’t bad considering how good the food was, and we got a first time discount. We paid around $30 for two birria plates and one steak quesadilla (with discount)“
“The food was excellent. However, the manager, I guess, spoke to all the tables except the ones with black people. Literally spoke to white couples on either side of us and passed us right by. I'm not concerned, honestly. Just thought it was super rude. The fried ice cream had soggy frosted flakes on it. But we picked them off.“

“Best barbacoa tacos I've ever had in my life. I actually had to write this review after finishing my tacos because I actually seen heaven. To be even more dramatic, I actually ascended out of my body. The way that the beef melts in your mouth is insane. I've had so many tacos in my lifetime, and it's upsetting when they're so dry or mediocre. BUT, this right HERE? I had to close my eyes for each bite. I want to actually hug whoever marinates and slow cooks their beef. This place is super authentic and obviously makes their food with love. I've had the barbacoa tacos 3 separate times so far, and it doesn't matter when I get these tacos, it always tastes the exact same and are made to PERFECTION. Their consistency is on 10! It is a small taco stand, but they are so quick when making your food. I'll take this spot over any Taco Tuesday place any day. Also, super affordable! My total was $10.50, and I added cheese. So, only $3.50 for each taco! You have my heart, La Conquistadora!“

Our party of 6 enjoyed everything: fajitas, fajita rolls, enchiladas, chips, salsa, & bean dip.I'd recommend lunch menu #15-a seafood enchilada & a chicken enchilada with beans & rice.Our waiter, David, was efficient, kind, & humorous. We had a very enjoyable lunch time.“

“Going on vacation to Louisiana and I am obsessed with Mexican food back home but had been previously disappointed by some restaraunts around, but this place had it all while also being a nice quiet environment you could enjoy, sweet servers and great food, only reason food is a 4 star is because I personally think the salsa tastes too sweet at the start and others at my table agreed but it was still very tasty.“
“Me and my wife had an amazing experience at chilango’s bar and grill. Ive been working in the food industry for 13 years now so whenever I see the hard work people put in I will put in a review. We got in there was a 20 min wait so we went to the bar and asked for 2 to go drinks so we can wait outside. The sat us at he bar within 10 mins which was unexpected. The rest of the night was filled with awesome music good and amazing service. I really can’t thank the place enough.“

“The food is legit at this tiny gem! Small dining area and not much atmosphere but they make up for it with the AUTHENTIC and delicious food. Prices are very low so feel free to try new things. Also they have cold Mexican coke in glass bottles. Soooo worth it.“
“So I have been looking for decent tacos since I got down well I ordered 2 tacos ? pollo and asada asada tostada and asada torta .. to go as I arrived I felt as if I don't belong there but I have gotten this a lot down here.. I understand that I look like a racist with the bald head and goatee but I am the complete opposite... But I grab my to go order and I'm about to sit down and max down on this food I opened it up and it was ten tacos so I called they immediately remake my order and I can keep the tacos like sweet!!!! So I get my correct food and I start eating my order mind you and this time I didn't touch the tacos but I opened up the tacos to get the lime out and I realized that it has a red sauces as they gave me all green ?. Now that green had me sweating and we all know the red is hotter man I was ???? my tongue went numb I was crying but man I was in love I'm a little pissed that they gave only green thinking I couldn't handle it but yes try this place out I think they rushed my order but the food was ????????????Parking: Parking lot is super small and only one handicap but this is the norm around here“

“Food was good, however not as depicted on the menu. Do not recommend the tamales as an appetizer as nothing is as described. Lunch is much better than dinner. Staff appeared to be younger so maybe not as experienced???? They were super nice so not a customer service problem so again I think just an experience problem????“
