“Decided to give this place a try randomly after brunch in terrytown. Was shocked at how many options there were for dessert. There’s popsicles in at least 30 different flavors, more options of ice cream than baskin Robbins, and more things you can order off the menu like bubble waffles, creative drinks, and mangonadas. “We stopped by NOLA Mia right when they opened, before watching the Acro Cats at the Cabaret next door. It was a cute place, local art for sale on the walls. The service was friendly and fast. We got a total of three slices, garlic knots and two drinks for about $22. The slices were huge and flavorful as were the garlic knots. We didn't try the gelato because we didn't want to be totally miserable during the show BUT it looked REALLY good. I would definitely recommend checking out NOLA Mia's if you're in the area - they have sandwiches and salads as well - the menu has a lot of options!“
“I will admit I slept on this place. I passed by for years and ignored it. Saw the lines but kept passing it by. Stopped one Saturday and got a Strawberry Daiquiri and Wine Cooler snowball. I was hooked. The other snoball place I went to on the Westbank didnt have as soft a texture of ice as Snow World. The flavors at one place can be found at most other places BUT the texture of the ice isn't universal. I would definitely pass by again.....well.....I did last Saturday. Definitely have me as a customer when on the Westbank.“

“Writing this before I’ve even tried the food, that goes to show how service goes a long way besides, just the taste.LOVE places that feels like home even when it’s new. Beautiful place. Greeted with sweetness. Had a lady sweeping up as I walked in. I love a sign of cleanliness. She took my order and took on my special request for cheese on the side like it was no botheration and made it correctly. FRESH AND HOT. She even was so catering to allow me to try my strawberry drink first to make sure it had enough strawberry.Now that’s just going the extra mile and that’s exactly why I’ll be back. Full plate and drink 10.75. Can’t beat that.10/10 experience. As I waited the other girls cleaning even made small talk with me asked me how my day was and even talked to me a little about how much I’ll like the food. Amazing energy“
“I actually buy almost daily year-rounds went open, far over 15 years before and after Hurricane Katrina, it's staff is 100% professional you always that I know of from my experience, once you go there you'll probably be another daily customer.“
“Cute little ice cream shop in the parish! Not as fancy or fun as some of the ones in the city but the ice cream is tasty and the staff is friendly. I am grateful to have this place as an option and it is hands down better than chains like Baskin Robbins.“
“NOSTALGIC SMALL TOWN DRIVE UP DAIRY JOINT!! A DYING PAST-TIME . just seems like the owners minor kids doing a chore they're required through a 16×14 sliding glass , making communication hard when HWY-23 traffic is high, so there is no customer relationship. Constant light traffic and no locals seem to chat amongst themselves but food is fine , better than fast food, more options than fast food and a million sno cone flavor .. suppor local mom and pop!!! If you eat SOINC, DQ,BK,MCDONALD'S, WENDY'S DRIVE PAST THEM AND SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE BECAUSE IF YOU CAN EAT THAT STUFF THIS WILL BE ABSOLUTELY DELISH!+“
