“When I first went in to the store I was skeptical about how polite the workers would be, but let me tell you. I was very pleasantly surprised. There was this one guy there named Allen and he was so friendly and nice. I think he and I had a connection. I lie awake at night dreaming of him, and I feel as if somewhere out there he is doing the same for me. This could just be a fantasy or deep repressed longing for companionship, but I have to believe this is real. It certainly feels real.”

“We ordered ahead on the app. The staff were friendly and it was quick service. They even went as far as making sure everything looked ok with the cookie given to us. We only ordered a single cookie this go around but look forward to trying more in the future. The cookie itself was cooked well. We tried the maple glaze, and it was delicious. It is a thicker cookie though, so I would recommend having a drink close by.”

“We had the best experience. We ordered the Pho and 2 Vietnamese coffees- The Hanoian and The Tiramisu. Kate came out and showed us how it was traditionally eaten. She explained how the bone broth was made, without any short cuts. It was delicious. It was money well spent. We will be returning.”

“Great spot for fajitas, fish tacos, and even tortilla soup.
They had a crazy delivery robot that brings chips and salsa to the table.
Service was friendly, and food came out fast.
The guacamole didn’t seem very fresh but it was still good.
I love the tilapia fish tacos were grilled not fried. My husband loved that his fajitas came with 4 tortillas and 4 of pieces of each kind of meat. So that all his fajitas could have some of everything.”

“The Bridgerton tea boxes were soooo delicious!! I tried macarons, lemon drizzle cake, brownies, tea sandwiches, and my favorite butter scones with lemon curd and fresh whipped cream. I was really impressed with how flavorful everything was without being too sweet. The macarons were the best I’ve ever had, perfectly chewy, slightly crunchy, and melt in your mouth. And the brownie was insane. Rich cocoa flavor, not super sweet, chunks of chocolate Loved it all!!”

You truly not only get a taste of some awesome coffee but some of the best customer service and friendliness Louisiana always offers. Oh and don’t for get to get some fresh baked goodies they offer.. I had an amazing cinnamon scone that went perfect with my fresh brew… I’m so glad we found this little piece of heaven..”

I know sometimes you can have an off day, but I must be the most blessed customer they have had because it has never happened to me. ? The service was great one time and okay the other few times. The wait wasn't very long. They actually have reasonable kids menu prices! I definitely recommend trying this place.”

“We heard about Trapp's thru a facebook review, and decided to make the hour and a half drive to check it out..this place is so worth the drive. Very good atmosphere and especially our waitress Addey, so when you go ask for her...she's awesome!! We ordered the seafood nacho spuds and OMG, it was off the chain delicious. We will definitely be back..I give this a 10÷. The prices were worth the drive also..Loved it!!!!!”

“Been every day my first week in LA. Some of the tastiest vanilla ice cream I've had. My kids LOVE the snowballs. The staff is friendly if a bit apathetic (there mostly teens) i get it, i hardly want to be at work as an adult. Never a bad experience.”

“They have great pizza But today we had a problem 3 pizzas and an order of cheese sticks was ordered Along with 5 drinks We received 1 pizza and the cheese sticks and were told they gave our other pizzas away to another table!!! How can this happen when all of it was on one ticket? We were offered a pepperoni pizza until they cooked the pizzas given away but declined because I wanted my sweep! I hope someone can tell me why this happened!!!! The total was $57 and I live on a limited income. It’s a treat to go to Johnny’s!!!”

“The best ice cream I’ve had by far! The last 2 times I’ve been have been horrible experiences. One time there was a frozen moth in my ice cream cup, the second time I ordered a small twister and received a small cup with two bites of ice cream in it. The staff is rude. I’ve never had a bad experience until this summer. Will definitely be visiting the West Monroe location from now on.”

My order wasn't ready due to a printer issue beyond the staff's control. However, they greeted me apologized for the inconvenience, and told me they would get my caffeine fix right away. (Changing service from 4 to 5 stars.) Great Coffee and other coffee-related items. The Granita beats any other frappe hands down. Service could be better. I usually go extremely early in the morning so it's quite possible that the employees haven't even had their coffee yet. Love the atmosphere. Good morning noon and night. Give them a try.”
