“My sister-in-law just sent me and my wife a door dash order to cheer us up, with cold brew and two pains au chocolat. I took one bite and… wow. Buttery but light and flaky, cooked just right - understated perfection in a bag! I grew up in France, and this is honestly one of the best French pastries I have had in 28 years living in the US. Figured I’d finally stop in when I was in the neighborhood and BOY! so pleasantly taken aback by the friendly staff, a super cute space, and delicious looking pastries to choose from. I often ordered the fancy croissants that had interesting flavors, seems like they always do at least one, but I also tried a cake slice (bar? tart?) I dont know. It was great. Gluten free cherry situation. You don't need to order cakes ahead of time, as there were several on display and available when we went. Staff were friendly, plenty of street (metered) parking. The lobster tail was of decent size and the cream filling was excellent and not overly sweet or bland. I'd come here again for cakes and pastries.“

“I have tried many of and love all their freshly-baked bread products. Breads (sourdough, whole wheat, challah and others), baguettes, and bagels. And they sell related products like maple syrup, etc.IMO one secret advantage they have is that they are a sourdough bakery. A co-owner told me during my last visit that not just their sourdough bread, but also their whole wheat, cinnamon swirl, and others are sourdough (no sourdough baguettes yet).FYI, sourdough bread acts as a prebiotic, which means that the fiber in the bread helps feed the “good” bacteria in your intestines. These bacteria are important for maintaining a stable, healthy digestive system. Sourdough is also lower in gluten than other forms of bread.“

No one would make it, others offered a lemon filling, but no icing!! I called Arthur’s it have been a decade correct more since I had been there, the baker was sweet, agreed to make this cake! And WOW JUST WOW!! It was incredibly fabulous, the cake was outstanding but the icing was not screaming lemon, it had the perfect level of lemony flavor ! I cannot thank them enough!
