There must have been a lot of staff turnover (and perhaps different training) since the time some of the reviews for this place were written. I dropped by on a weekday morning around 8am and the employees were very pleasant to me. It was fairly busy but not crowded-- there was a constant flux of customers in and out of the store but a line never formed.The indoor space itself is tiny so the taped partitions meant to increase social distancing in line basically took up the entire...read full review

I went to get a coffee, but i had to use the bathroom first. They told me that the restroom was supposed to be just for customers(do they expect me to go to the bathroom with a cup of coffee?). After telling the cashier/manager about my statement of not taking the coffee with me to the bathroom she turned the back on me. Great customer service(Lol)! Never going at that location again.

Customer service is horrible. I work down the street and every single time I’ve come in here I’m either ignored, someone is on their phone at the counter with their head down not even realizing I’m in line, or your supervisor (who I’ve witnessed on more than on occasion) just escorting the worker at the register away from the customer they called up to take their order to talk to them about some arbitrary thing.
