“Absolutely love this place! A wonderful place to eat while you explore the Garden. My favorite is the chicken salad cranberry walnut sandwich. There are great 1/2 sandwich + soup deals, and there’s something for everyone here. Definitely recommend stopping by, whether you’re visiting the Garden or not.“

“Last night before the Judds concert, we were looking for a place to have dinner. Most places right around the venue were at least an hour wait. We ended up a couple blocks from away at a place called deadhorse hill . It was a small place, not a huge menu but a decent selection of options. The greeter was prompt and polite. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our waitress was attentive and funny with a quick wit. While we waited for our meal, I observed the bartender expertly measuring, stirring and shaking drinks while engaged in friendly chatting with other staff and people at the bar. Our food was great. We each got burgers and fries and they were delicious. When the bill came, there was a 20% tip already factored in. I've seen this done for large parties before but it was just three of us. Apparently it was stated on the menu, I hadn't seen it. I'm paraphrasing here because I don't recall the exact wording but basically they said the reason they do it is so that all staff is paid equally and they earn enough to make a livable wage. I thought that was pretty cool and then it dawned on me, our waitress was truly one of the best I've ever had. In truth, she didnt have to be. Technically, she was already getting her 20% guaranteed. She didnt have to put in any extra effort. The same goes for the rest of the staff. To me, this made it all the more impressive. The backs of the shirts they all wore said, "Don't be a Pickle kicker". Couldn't figure out what that meant so we asked our waitress. She told us that some time ago back they first opened, a young man worked there and when it got busy and he was building the sandwiches and a pickle fell to the floor, he would just kick it under the fridge. When other staff would clean they would find piles of pickles under there. So its a message to everyone on staff to think of each other, take pride in their work and don't be lazy. I thought that was pretty amazing. All in all, if you ever find yourself in Worcester, MA for a concert or event at the DCU Center, go early and have dinner at Deadhorse Hill. Well worth it and a wonderful experience.“

“I found myself in Worcester yesterday and searched for vegan food online and found Belmont Vegetarian among others listed. After seeing several pictures of dishes I decided to go! And I’m glad I did! Belmont Vegetarian (where everything is vegan) was delicious and in heaping portions. There’s a smaller (but still big) container for only $17 and change and a giant container (which I obviously got) for $19 and change. I got BBQ, mac n cheese, rice , beans, and chickpeas, and some sweet n sour steak. They also make their own delicious juice with sea moss. I got watermelon. The place is set up for takeout mostly with only 2 dining tables.Definitely worth the drive from NH!“

“Great place to eat in Worcester. A lot of menu options with something for just about everyone. Portion sizes are big enough to ensure you get to bring food home with you. Some interesting twists on conventional dishes as well. Servers were super tentative and always accommodating. Great place to go with your friends or family. Parking is hard to come by there, however.Parking: Big parking lot but very tough to find a space. May have to wait 10-15 minutes for one to open up.“

“Today I ordered the Monti Cristo Sandwich !!! OMG !!! It was So Delicious that I ate the whole thing . I just couldn't Stop Eating it . I also got one to take Home . “I don't know why we waited so long to go here. Silly, I guess, since this place is excellent. So we started with the chips and street corn dip, and that was great. The chips were cooked to perfection, and the dip had a great spice to it. My wife had a cheese pizza, and that was solid. I had the meatballs and ricotta with toasted gnocchi. Wow. Just wow. Great draft beers, excellent service (we sat at the bar) and a good vibe. I will DEFINITELY be back.“

“I’ve been here 3 times now, 2 visits in 2023 and now 1 a year later. I can confidently say this place is an amazing little gem ! I love the fresh ingredients they use and the FLAVOR is so so good, I also love how you can get a bowl with two different sauces and they both shine without being too over powerful. I can taste the love in the food. The chicken sandwich has my heart but everything else on the menu isn’t far behind. This is a must go every time I’m in town, can’t forget the fresh baked cookies either.“

“We just ate here the other day as our daughter has moved to Clinton. We were so thrilled with our entire meal, starting with the warm bread with oil/parmesan brought to the table. The clam chowder was the best I have ever had, many more clams than potatoes. The New Zealand mussels were so tender and the broth so dippable! We have told our daughter we will be visiting her much more often just so we can go here again. “Birthday celebration at Brady’s. Chef brought out a 4 week aged Tomahawk steak for the birthday boy. Brian took excellent care of us and made most of our meal/wine decisions, which I appreciated. The best dessert - toffee top pudding. We will be planning our next event here“

Looking forward to trying more of their menu.I was on a mission to find a good cheese steak in the area (it's surprising how few sub shops actually have them) when I stumbled upon this little gem during a google search. It was only 8 minutes away yet I had never noticed it before.  Now that I've tried it, I will definitely be going back!The cheese steaks were hot and cheesy, with lots of shaved steak in relation to the bread (a complaint I've seen in reviews of other places) and with options like onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc.  Everything you could want in a good cheese steak, with a choice of fries or onion rings on the side - hot and crispy.We also ordered the potato skins (at the top of their appetizer menu) since those caught my eye -- smothered in cheese and with nice big chunks of crispy bacon (not those sad little crumbs of bacon bits) with a side of sour cream.We got takeout, but I went and ordered in person so I could get a feel for this new-to-me place.  The interior was clean, with about a dozen tables for dine in, but the takeout traffic was crazy on a Friday night.  It was clear that they had a loyal following of regular customers, which speaks volumes.  Will order ahead next time, but the wait gave me time to think about all the other things I wanted to order -- particularly looking forward to tasting their Gyros and what looked like an awesome pastrami sandwich as well.A hidden gem.Kid-friendliness: They have a children's menuWheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking lot, entrance, and tables“

“Enjoying Worcester Restaurant Week at 111 Chop House, our waiters Bryce & Sam were awesome! We started with some cocktails and rolls. For an appetizer, we had bang bang shrimp and a cesar salad. The star of the show was the pork osso bucco, which fell off the bone. Great portions for the price.“

“I wanted the prime rib on Thursday but unfortunately it’s a Friday thing. The ribeye was absolutely fantastic. I always tell people I only like my steaks and they blew me away with theirs still. My wife had gotten their turkey soup which I tasted. It was homemade you can definitely tell. Hearing the local chatter at this bar made me feel like I was watching Cheers. I love this place.“

“A nice little hidden gem off the beaten path in an upcoming Marlboro restaurant scene. Located down what seemed like a side alley, this two room dining place had a bar on one side and tables on the other. We sat in the bar area and you could see by all the patches they were law enforcement friendly. They had a nice selection of mixed drinks, but a small selection of beers. Our server was a nice down to earth older guy who was very patient with my wife's questions, lol. I had the Ultimate Chicken sandwich. It was definitely a hand breaded half a chicken breast with a really tasty sauce, and had nice hand cut fries. Wife ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a side salad. She ordered rare, and surprisingly it was perfectly done. The mound of bacon on top was more than I have ever seen“

“Went for late lunch, early dinner with a friend. Totally new place & area. Pretty big & spacious. The truffle fries were best. Ahi tuna was okay. Our server was very friendly.Update: Went again for dinner with my friends fam. I ordered the general tso with shrimp. It was delish. Everyone liked their food they ordered but the wait was too long. Went again for the third time for our post marathon meal. Vegetable bowl with shrimp was amazing. Love every bit of it.“

“I LOVE this place! Me and my husband stop in around once a month and it is always AMAZING! My favorite drink is the smoked rosemary whiskey sour. Just be careful because they are STRONG and literally don't taste it. The flatbreads are a true highlight here. A light amd fluffy crust with fresh and flavorful toppings. I also love their coxhina for an appetizer. In general, everything we've had here is so so tasty and the atmosphere and crowd are so welcoming. All the reviews were right! Very good food! Couple things to know: it's cash only, and however, it appears on the menu is how it comes. For example I asked if their 3 egg omlettes could be made with 2 since I know I never am able to finish a 3 egg omlette and the waitress said "not really, they come how they come". “After arriving in Boston Logan airport, we hopped in our rental car and were pretty hungry. We started looking for restaurants close to our driving route, and Cheesy St. Grill came up with some really great reviews. I admit the location may not be fancy near the gas station and service plaza/roadside stop, but I can tell you this is a spot you don't want to miss! Chantaly greeted all the customers with a smile, and she kept the short line moving right along with great efficiency. She helped us decide which grilled cheese sandwich variation we should try. I had the Caprese with both pesto and balsamic spread, and I was a little worried it would be too messy or saucy but it was perfect and amazing! My son had the daily special with boneless beef short ribs and grilled onions. She makes each sandwich to order so you can adjust the choice of bread or any of the ingredients, and she presents it fresh off the grill, hot and fresh. The most popular sandwich we saw several folks order the one that includes their amazing Mac & cheese that is actually spread inside the sandwich! I think you may not be able to go wrong with anything here - I wish I lived in the area. The seating area was very clean, too. Highly recommend you swing off the turnpike and enjoy a meal here!“

“I've been craving some good ole diner food since I moved out of New England. While waiting for my Dad, to have a procedure done at one the UMass campus's. I decided to stop here for breakfast! “We had several meals here while in town for business, and every time we were impressed. So far absolutely everything is fantastic. My travel companion is a bit of a Clam Chowder snob, but he did rate it as “good” which is a great compliment from a Martha’s Vineyard/Cape Cod type of person. Butternut squash soup was good, the turkey chili was great for this Texas native. They also have an extraordinary variety of chips. Lastly, the pickles…. I can’t say I loved the flavor, but the quality is 100%.“

“I had a very yummy meal at the Mill for the first time this week. I had a pulled pork salad and it was amazing! It had a large menu that all looked delicious. It has a pub like comfort and we had a wonderful server too. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back!“

“Okay so overall it wasn’t terrible. The food was delicious. However the server took days to come back and check on us. But we understood it’s busy so she did try her best. There was so many birthdays when we were there so it got loud fast and it was one after another. But again, I’m here for the food and the food was amazing.“

“I took my bestie here tonight and had the ABSOLUTE best time!!! The food was amazing (we both use the gluten free menu!!!) the atmosphere was so wonderful and the service was just so beyond!!! “It was a quiet Tuesday night so not much atmosphere but didn’t expect any. Good drinks. Two in our party raved about their lemon rice shrimp entree. I was disappointed in the Greek salad with chicken. Dressing very vinegary and very little grated feta. Our server recommended getting dressing in the side and getting double feta. Not sure that would fix it though. Overall nice place and will go back and try again.“

“I really like this place. We've been here 8-10 times at this point. The food is fairly consistent (I have always liked my meals, but my friends sometimes don't have as much luck). I like their pretzel bites, chicken sandwiches, and burgers - it's a cool touch to have the OBT logo on the buns. Their dessert menu also has a few great options. Drinks are pretty good, and they have cute seasonal cocktails. Service is decent, but I haven't found the host/hostesses very friendly or welcoming - they seem as though they are sometimes annoyed they need to sit people, especially if you have more than 2 people in your party - but maybe they've been having off evenings when I've been there. My only criticisms would be the size of their soft drink cups (which it looks like they have improved, yay!!) and their closing time of 9pm SHARP. If they wish to close at this time, they should stop seating tables a lot earlier than they do. There isn't much communication about last call from the bar (this also includes refills for soft drinks) or last call for the kitchen. One time, we were not able to order dessert because the kitchen had closed - but our waitress never warned us of this. Most recently, we ordered/ate our food in 45 mins, which I think is very speedy, but I still felt rushed by the staff. Our server seemed more focused on cleaning than service, they turned off the music to ensure our quick exit, and stared at us as we walked out at 9:05. I really expected better service for the price of the food. Not sure if I'll be back any time soon, but I'd still recommend them for an early dinner or lunch.“

“We ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers and potato skins. I was very impressed when they asked how we wanted the burgers cooked. We ordered medium and they came out perfect! All the veggies on our burgers were fresh and the bacon was thick sliced with an awesome flavor. We really enjoyed the potato skins as well. My burger was so large that I ate half and will be eating the rest of it and my potato skins for dinner. The food was prepared quickly and it came out sooner than they told me it would be ready. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had the chance to meet the owner and he is a really nice man. Don't go by the previous reviews this place is a hidden gem! The bar has a homey "Cheers" atmosphere. I will definitely go back.“

The owner & staff are friendly.But it goes beyond the food being good.Last visit after working a 12.5 hour shift, we finished our breakfast and when we were ready to leave found that the car would not start. While calling AAA the owner’s son and two customers came out to see if everything was ok & ask if they could help. They got us started.In a time when it’s hard to find a single person willing to go out of their way to help you we had three.
