“BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Love Cana's BBQ !! - This was always my 'go to' restaurant whenever I had guests, but I am afraid it will no longer be the case. We will drive to Amherst/Northampton in future. I recently had relatives from England and we always come to Cana when they are here BUT This time was a huge disappointment. We ordered the BBQ only to find out that their selection of sides had been reduced from 10 to 5. Even the broccoli was reduced to 2 very small pieces. How are you going to split that between 4 people? The other 5 sides which were usually included, are now available for additional cost. Their prices are not cheap to start with, but we have not complained because the food is really good, but to spoil one's reputation for the sake of a few cents to add a few more pieces of broccoli, or a full selection of sides for a party of four, is certainly not the way to increase your bottom line because now you have lost these customers.. With drinks and dessert our bill was close to $200, and we always spend at least that mic at Cana!”

“a cold snowy day. perfect for beer and German food! Well, kind of.... Arrived around 2pm after a small snow storm. (roads in Chicopee were HORIBLE!!!). Sat at the bar, which was empty. Maybe 3 tables of folks!! ordered a beer. Great! Complimentary Chips and dip were fabulous!! Ordered the Jager Schnitzel with spatzel and cabbage.Schnitzel was just ok. A bit tough. Spatzel was Luke warm and bland. cabbage? just ok. beers?Great! it will be awhile before I go back.”

This is not a place to eat in with the family, there are no aesthetics but don’t let that be why you don’t try it. Don’t be fooled. The experience is in the food! Best Asian food in Chicopee in my opinion. I recommend the salt and pepper wings (these are spicey but the best wings you’ll ever have), their lo mein is really good, Godzilla roll for sushi, and our favorite is their beef Ramen ? Prices are fair but food taste, quantity, and quality is worth the their prices. Owner is super sweet and always a pleasure to talk to when ordering food. 100% recommend!”

“REFUSED MY REFUND FOR FOOD POISONING Order food with a friend on Doordash from this restaurant and everything he had was fine, my hibachi teriyaki chicken I ate made me violently sick to my stomach and I’ve been throwing up at work, and I still feel very unwell. I was perfectly fine all day, this was the first thing I even ate today as well. I became unwell half an hour after eating the chicken. Called the restaurant asking nicely if I could get a refund for the one item that was mine and I was told “this chicken hasn’t made anyone else sick all day so maybe you’re having an off day” and “our hands are tied” and they refused to give me a refund for food I can’t even finish the leftovers of. It shouldn’t matter if everyone else ate it and was fine all day, if a customer gets sick from food from your establishment it’s common decency to give them a refund for their unpleasant experience and troubles. I shouldn’t have to come here and write a bad review because of how upset I am or take it a step further and be a jerk to them on the phone or in person to get my money back, I’m not that kind of person.. but I came here to express what I had to deal because I’m very upset I spent money on something that made me unwell and I can’t even finish... 🤷🏻‍♀️🙄”

“I love Chick Fil A and this one is no exception! Even though it was busy lunch hour, the service was very fast! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice and clean. This is one of the few places you can bring the kids to play in the indoor playground on cold or rainy days. Our food was hot and delicious. Awesome place overall!

“was suffering with a sore throat, really wanted some soup and found Renee B’s from a quick google search of “soup near me”. my choice to make a stop in at Renee’s did not disappoint! i got a turkey & provolone sandwich with broccoli cheddar soup on the side and it was delish. this is such a quaint spot for a bite to eat at a very reasonable price, and Renee was lovely. kudos for her keeping up a great establishment. i will certainly make a trip back in. ❤️”

I decided on cash bar, but they provided a few options for me to choose from. Everyone had a great time and the service was fantastic. “Today I stopped by and got Malanga, Arroz con Gandules and Pollo Guisado. The women serving are warm and helpful, the small space is clean and very well organized. You feel like you are with family when being served. I really loved the food. Somebody put extra effort into cooking it. The flavor of the arroz con gandules is special and delicious. The chicken, a perfect blend of sofrito, tomato and rich sauce with a few potatoes and carrots that make a good balance. Delicious! The mananga tasted fresh and a great consistency. Great contrast with the vinegar onions on top. I can't wait to go back. I really hope this place does well because they are putting a lot of love and effort into the preparation and cooking.

“I visited this location this morning after my shopping trip at BJ’s the gentleman behind the counter was very unfriendly. He took my order and then never told me it was ready another customer told me mine was there and when I got home it was missing two donuts not a pleasant experience today it was at about 10 o’clock so I don’t know who was working but he is not a nice individual and I don’t believe He is in a job that suits his personality oh and by the way the customer that told me mine was ready was an employee of BJ’s and he was very talkative and kind to her just thought I would share my unpleasant experience”
