“Lori is amazing! 10/10 on customer service, 10/10 on drinks. There’s a pool table, a dart board & several TVs (so basically anyone has entertainment). Great local bar, super welcoming. Additionally, it was very clean (I had seen another review & was nervous about the restrooms). Lori made a point of having clean glasses & a clean bar. Again, would confidently recommend for a fun night in Dedham!“

“I love this place. My friends introduced it to me when I first moved to the area and my husband, son, and I have been going ever since. They do dollar oysters every day until 5:30pm, which is hard to find these days. It's the best deal in town! We also love the poutine and there's usually a few great local/seasonal beers on draft. Great atmosphere and the guys who work here are friendly, efficient, and helpful. Highly recommend!“

“The Tall Man and I were looking for a low key hangout with baby in tow, and Distraction Brewing was the perfect place. This new-to-us brewery on the cute pedestrian-only Birch St. had an outdoor patio but we opted for seats inside.It's not a big place, but it has a good number of tables and bench seating in a brightly lit space. The Tall Man got the autumn flight of 4 beers (one being one of their maltinis), which he enjoyed for their variety. I wasn't up for imbibing so I got a Health-Aid kombucha from the fridge. (They also carry Athlete's nonalcoholic beer in cans.) They have some packaged snacks for purchase, but they encourage people to get food from local businesses to eat there. It was pretty darn convenient to pick up lunch from nearby Chilacates. It made for a very chill lunch and sip. We weren't even the only ones with a stroller! It was a relief to find a brewery that's not utterly mobbed and where we could bring the little one. I would definitely come back for another relaxing hangout.“

“Had to try the famous chicken Cesar pizza because who doesn’t like salad on a pizza? It literally tastes like how it seems but weirdly good, and there’s so much cheese on top I think that’s the main reason I like it. Their steak tips is also delicious, the steak is well marinated filled with rich red winey flavors.“

“A great time at cheers! ?Where no one unfortunately knows your name. ? Because it's mainly tourists that patron this place according to the host. And theres only a couple of regulars since it's a known stopping point to visit for Cheers fans such as us.My spouse has wanted to come here for 40 years and has had this on his to-do bucket list. I can happily say we now have completed this great experience after all these years. It was very fitting for us as this was our first time ever visiting Boston. This place will always hold a special place in our hearts. We had such a great time here, and though the Cheers clan wasn't here, the management has a great team of local staff working here. They didn't mind taking pictures of us and were very friendly to chat with. Such great vibes, cool Cheers memorabilia, nice beer, and the chicken panini with fries were very satisfying. “Late night. Week night. No Irish pub around the corner. No worries, you got Cornwall's. Service was excellent. Slight change in making the Reuben into a Rachel and still a fantastic sandwich was to be had. Only sour note was the side pickles might want to be more firmer and pickled. The unflavored everyday ordered Ice tea even had a nice kick to it. Price point was point on. So, Irish or not, do a visit.“

“Came here with my girlfriend for a quick mid-week dinner and left feeling satisfied and impressed! The eatery is small, and has a dark-cottage like feel. We sat ourselves and were served promptly. I ordered the chicken quesadilla, which was very juicy and jam-packed with minced pieces of fajita vegetables. It was delicious and cheesy. Every ingredient was very fresh and of good quality. It came with a side of cheesy refried beans, which were incredible! They were so good I'd honestly order them on their own. Wow! My girlfriend reported that her Bahn Mi sandwich was good, but a little on the hotter side. If you're a spice lover like me, though, that is a perk! Overall, we had a great dinner at Shay's and will definitely be back!“

“This is the go to spot when my coworkers and I get out of work. Staff is very friendly and makes you feel like family. They'll always call you by name. Susan and John are very personable bartenders. When serving someone new, John will always say "My name's John, let me know if you need something". Food wise, I've only gotten the wings, and they're pretty good, perfectly crispy. My coworker raves about their taco salad. Overall, a great place to let loose and enjoy yourself after work.Kid-friendliness: Kids are definitely welcome, but it is a more adult oriented environment. There is a corner dining section away from the bar, which is more appropriate for children when it comes to seating.“

“great place to stop by, had a layover from europe and needed to skip through a few hours before the next flight to where i was headed. Ciro and the guys at this place are personable and v friendly, the type of atmosphere you can’t really find anymore nowadays. definitely recommend to anyone, especially if you have a few hours to spare and can make the short trip out the airport. i only had a burger but the other dishes other people ordered were proper portions, looked delicious and all at a great price. also guiness pints are under 8$, try double at the airport. definitely worth the free bus and the 10 min walk out“

“Fish and chips were so delicious, the fish was tender and flaky with a light batter, clam chowder was creamy and full of clams seasoning was light but complimented the chowder, lobster Mac and cheese was creamy and full of yummy tasting lobster, the hot lobster roll was light on garlic, so much lobster is should almost be illegal ?.“

“Amazing food and great atmosphere. I think the Reuben was the best I've ever had, and my sister in law said the same for her lobster roll. My husband steak tips were also great, and the fried pickles were nice and crispy without being overly breaded like some places. I'd definitely come here again if I was in the area.“

“We were deciding what to eat for our anniversary dinner. One kid wants sushi, another wanted ramen or chicken katsu, wife wanted sashimi and I wanted Yakitori. We landed on Omori Izakaya.Parking was easy right on the same street and plenty of spots available at dinner time on a Saturday.We got there earlier than our reservation. We were seated immediately with maybe few more tables open. We order some Yakitori and appetizers to start. The pork belly, chicken gizzards and chicken hearts were extremely flavorful. The chicken skin was crunchy perfection. The octopus was grilled to perfection with a little of mixed spices on top. Hotate Kaiyaki came out on a little warmer with a little flame and very cool presentation. Tako Yaki was good as well.For main courses we order chicken katsu dinner and dragon roll and caterpillar and sashimi combo. The kids love the chicken katsu. They also loved the maki rolls. Sashimi also fresh.Overall we had a great time. The food were very good. The stars were the Yakitori skewers.Parking: Plenty of meter parking on the same street as the restaurant.“

“Stopped in for a late lunch on a Thursday and the place was really busy! Service was super quick despite being busy. I had the BBQ turkey tip entree and my partner had the meatloaf special. Both were excellent! The place is cozy inside with a bustling bar and several high top tables. Definitely recommend!“

Their house cocktail sauce is good too.The Smoked Seafood.Chowder was a surprising standout! Chock full of smoked fish and in a "not too rich" cream base, this isn't an overly thickened chowder and one of the best chowder I've had.Lobster Roll is very good and well priced. Not too overly dressed and LOTS of minced lobster, topped off with a strip of bacon. Seems to be a P-Town thing, bacon on a Lobstah Roll. I'm not mad at it at all! Good sweet potato fries, the harissa sauce can use more harissa. The CURRY FRIES are legit!Good beer and whisky selection.“

“Definitely on the fence for 5 v. 4 stars. It a great space with lots of interesting decor, and the upper floor has a great vibe ...get up there if possible. Service was good; expected for a slow evening. Vibe is nice...not too much TV or music pervading, yet not lacking in some liveliness either...nice touch. Host was great and re-seated to better spot (chairs not stools) was easy. The standard menu (no specials that night) had scallops which were super! Cooked perfectly with the broc rabe also perfect on the side. The risotto, possibly from another school of risotto-thought, was not so. Just OK and seeming under cooked a bit and underwhelming... some umami or like influence would be good/needed. Duck dish was nice...but, they asked if medium rare is OK which it is! and should be. It was a precut set portion of tiny fillets which is great ( tho Im a fan of on the bone or "whole" fillet). What came up was nearly raw in the middle...yes, I definitely could have sent it back, but i"m lazy I guess and wanted to start eating together. Note to chef: a thin/medium size line of pink is good but a big old bunch is not. Note I eat rare /medium rare everything including lamb and port, but this was 'too much'...again my fault for not sending back, but.... Asparagus side was done very well...not under/over cooked. I'll be back!“

“I recommend anything but the calzones. I’ve ordered food a bunch of times from Franco’s, a few times in person and 3 times via Grubhub. All 3 times I ordered through Grubhub I chose a calzone. The first time the calzone was cooked fantastically, but the last 2 times it was raw dough in the middle where the folds are. The last time I ordered a calzone which happened to be raw in the middle I just threw it away because I didn’t have time to make a complaint. I ordered another calzone tonight hoping it was just a fluke (New cook? Just super busy and overlooked? Whatever, we all make mistakes NBD) since everything else in my order was perfect. When it arrived I checked the calzone and it was raw again. I made the decision to call the restaurant to let them know and to see if I could send it back for something different. The man on the phone told me I was wrong and that he cooked it himself and it wasn’t raw because “he checked”. I told him it most certainly was raw and that I was hoping for an exchange. He said he couldn’t do anything for me and I’d have to call Grubhub about that. He said I’d have to go in person to exchange it. I said “okay fine I guess I’ll call Grubhub” and then he said something I couldn’t understand and hung up on me. I’m really disappointed. I frequent Franco’s for karaoke and spend money at the bar and restaurant often enough to expect a fair exchange and some decent customer service when I need it. I asked for his help and he offered me nothing. Order anything else but the calzones unless you like your dough to be raw, I guess? I HIGHLY recommend the jalapeño poppers though. They’re always perfect and a surprisingly good size.“

“Friendly staff, including folks I know from High School, relaxed atmosphere, and tasty pub food. Highly recommend the BLT plate, and their Burgers are delicious. Definitely get their sweet potato fries, those things are addictive. Can be a bit busy at times, but it’s a down to earth local bar/pub. Good for a night with that family, or watching the Pats. They also have a large variety of drinks and spirits. And they will occasionally have live music on the weekends (local bands)Kid-friendliness: I see a lot of families come in for lunch on the weekends. “Yup. Believe the hype. Came on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed to the gills, yet I got a seat at the bar, a beer, and my food super fast. Sports bar atmosphere. Nothing fancy, because the focus is on the food. I went for trad wings and some extra hot boneless. Boneless might have had a tad too much breading that made them fall apart a bit, but the flavor was 9/10. The wings on the bone though were the best I've had in a long time. Very traditional. “I went there a couple months ago when I had a friend visited me. Very nice, calm atmosphere. The age of the people are not college kids, 20 year olds, they are a little older, so it is more calm. The service is very nice. Out in the back, they have a separate covering where you can chill with people and have your drinks and food.“

She was super nice, asked if we needed drinks. Gave some recommendations. We started with tatchos, a Vermont cider and a Long Island. We also ordered burgers. I did not expect the food to be as good as it was. The burger was really greasy but honestly I haven't had a burger like that in so long-it was welcomed. Everything was so damn good. If we didn't live 2 hours away it would easily have been a regular visit.“

“We had my 30th bday party at Limey’s this past weekend and it was everything I was hoping for. Great food, great live music, and the best staff. Stacy was amazing and helped plan our menu the week before the party and made sure we had a good spread and amount of food for our guests (about 30-35 people). Stacy, Jenna, and Kelly were amazing the night of the party bringing out the food and getting everyone drinks on a very busy night. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!“

“This restaurant is a part of the group that brought you Russell House Tavern and Hourly Oyster. I think it may be the best of the three! We had the chicken wings, beet salad, and slow-roasted half chicken and it was mind blowing. The service was excellent and attentive even on a very busy Saturday night. Decent amount of seating at bars and tables. They have a few arcade games, an N64, and darts.Wheelchair accessibility: Someone with a wheelchair will be able to enter the main bar area. Difficult to access back room and bathrooms due to step/stairs. Most tables are high tops so they would be awkward to sit at with a chair.“
