“Spent a good hour here trying all sorts of delicious bites for lunch while waiting for the ferry. Brazilian coxinha or chicken croquettes, ham and cheese empanadas, chicken pie and then dessert! There are plenty of sandwiches too. Then a few pastries, 4 leches rich chocolate layer cake YUM, a fruity mango parfait, a flaky French palmier, ending with perfect coffees. AND... we got a box of truffle-like candies to go - in many fun flavors. EVERYTHING is house made by a wonderful staff of bakers and chefs. We met Taciana (cookies), Elizabeth (cakes) and Gabriela (chef for all savory items) last Thursday - and had a lovely chat with all of them about the cafe and all of their delicious creations.
