“We don't get out much so when we do, we make it count. Methuselah has fantastic food (everything is good, but the BBQ sauces they use are beyond amazing) delicious, creative drinks, and immaculate atmosphere. There are plenty of vegan, gluten free, and vegetarian options for people with specific dietary needs. The staff is just the right amount of attentive. As a bonus, they have games to play and live music! It definitely adds something special to Pittsfield.”

“My wife and I drove two hours from Cooperstown and had the best dinner in memory, starting with plump delicious oysters and two main courses, scallops piccata and the dinner special of lobster and scallops pasta. Our waiter was Milton and he couldn't have been better. Dessert was pineapple flambe, ice cream and chocolate sauce served in a pineapple shell, accompanied by excellent coffee. And on Wednesday nighst, live music is provided by singer/guitarist Melissa Brinton at just the right sound level, with violin and penny whistle added by Eileen Markland. We'll definitely come again!”

“We were in town for a night and stopped by Patrick’s on Tuesday 3/4. It was a classic Irish bar and we were warmly greeted by the hostess Carolyn, who was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Our waitress was very attentive and gave us menu recommendations that turned out great . The food was delicious, especially their “famous” wings. We’ll be back next time in the Berkshires.”

“For the last year this place has been going down hill. Food has been cold, in past when we told the owner he took care of it but the last time he didn’t. But we went Easter 4/20/25 price up to $18.99( Sundays now more), and now closed on Mondays. The food was cooked perfect ! They had huge nice fresh cold shrimp all the dishes were fresh! They added little cones to the ice cream bar and surprisingly even had whole cooked crab! It really was very very good! Now if they can just get rid of the fake dusty dirty old flowers in the whole place especially the ones over the buffet!”

The atmosphere is casual and clean and I was personally very excited with the small details that set it apart from my average American dining experiences. Never before had I seen oregano buds or specialty bottled vinegars made with a variety of infusements for health benefits. My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this spot on a random day-long road trip but I would love to return!”

“Had a fantastic stop at Teo's Hot Dogs in Pittsfield! Their famous mini hot dogs are perfection—custom-sized buns, snappy little wieners, and a chili topping that really pulls everything together. Service was quick and friendly. The space is casual and nostalgic—great for a local bite or fun stop-by.
One note: the décor could use a refresh, but honestly that didn’t matter when the food delivered so well. If you're in the area and craving hot dogs, this is a must-visit.”

“Almost every trip to Pittsfield requires a stop into The Spot for one of their juices, smoothies, or my favorite Açaí Bowl in the country. I travel to many states and always try their açaí bowl offerings. Only one in. Colorado came close, but The Spot is still number 1!! Can’t wait until they open Bear Butter in Great Barrington.”

“My wife and order here regularly (our favorite pizza in the area) and are always pleased with the experience. Our go to is a large papa joe, hold the anchovies on a Sicilian crust. It’s sooo good and filling. A large is good for 4-6 people I think.

We’ve also dined in and had some of the pasta and other dishes and had great experiences. Try their cannolis!”

“Cims is like my Cheers. Yes, when I go there a lot of people do know my name. But I can go by myself and strike up a conversation with anyone from anywhere and have fun. It is really nice to get to know people from the area, as well as out of town who have never experienced the Berkshires. I highly recommend all of their food, but some of my favorites are the Brandy wings bone in or boneless, I think they call them Cims Wings. The lobster roll is delicious as are the fried scallops and the Fried chicken basket. It is usually on the special board. It is a very sweet better and totally delicious. I have never in 15 years been disappointed with any food I get from there. They also have a great beverage selection as well as many TVs to watch a variety of sporting events including the weather channel”

The food was ready in 20 minutes and it was really good! Everyone was very happy with their dinners and it wasnt that bad of a price for a family of 5. Everything was really good. I wish there was more of a spot to sit down and eat though. But it seems like its mainly take out and delivery there. Everything was great.”

“Excellent place and very good food And they don't have so much noise from fights and problems, there aren't many drunks in the restaurant and they respect their schedules, they don't go over their party time and there are no waiters who go around drinking with the boss and there are no waitresses who work with children, there they allow them to have them at work like other restaurants allow them to have waitresses who take their children to work in a restaurant, that's a problem for that restaurant, they have waitresses who work with children like the other restaurant allows”

“I tend to go here pretty frequently and it's par for the course as far as Subway goes. Like any other fast food restaurant, you're not going to Subway for noteworthy dining experience. You go for consistent food and quick turnaround, both of which this location delivers on. The staff are cordial, but they're not to butter you up.”

“Just had dinner there. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, which says on the menu smothered in BBQ sauce. I have ordered this before as take out, and knew it didn't have enough BBQ sauce on it. So when I ordered tonight I asked for extra BBQ sauce, it came with a very small container of sauce, the sandwich didn't look like there was any sauce on it at all. The waiter came back over I asked for more BBQ sauce, he asked if I wanted a larger size, I said yes. When the bill came, I was charged for the first extra sauce, and then again for the larger size. If it was smothered like it said on the menu. I wouldn't have to ask for more sauce, and I wouldn't had to pay for it. As I didn't know it was an extra charge.”

“Hot and sour soup was fantastic. The crab ran-goons were top notch. The food has always been great. When family comes in from Maine and Boston they are always impressed with the quality of any dish, no matter how deep they dig into the menu.”

“Yogurt not like the menu picture. Came in a plastic cup, not bowl for $6. Fruit was under not over and hardly any nuts, more granola. Tea was expensive at 3.49 for hot water and tea bag. Booths are private enough for conversation.”
