“My wife and I drove two hours from Cooperstown and had the best dinner in memory, starting with plump delicious oysters and two main courses, scallops piccata and the dinner special of lobster and scallops pasta. Our waiter was Milton and he couldn't have been better. Dessert was pineapple flambe, ice cream and chocolate sauce served in a pineapple shell, accompanied by excellent coffee. And on Wednesday nighst, live music is provided by singer/guitarist Melissa Brinton at just the right sound level, with violin and penny whistle added by Eileen Markland. We'll definitely come again!”

“Excellent place and very good food And they don't have so much noise from fights and problems, there aren't many drunks in the restaurant and they respect their schedules, they don't go over their party time and there are no waiters who go around drinking with the boss and there are no waitresses who work with children, there they allow them to have them at work like other restaurants allow them to have waitresses who take their children to work in a restaurant, that's a problem for that restaurant, they have waitresses who work with children like the other restaurant allows”

“I've been in search for a great old throw back feel to Brooklyn Irish pubs. The great pubs are usully Irish ones. I found sideline and I must say with in minutes I felt a level of comfort. The owner Colleen was smart and engaging , fun to talk with.The GUINESS was the highlight for my husband it was perfect. There was no food but that didn't matter. The best Irish pubs have no food and offer good conversation and,the customers were filled with good conversation. I love this place. I will return to listen to their music when they have music. First time there but not the last time there. I was beginning to lose hope in finding a good Irish pub.I can't wait until football season to catch a game. They promised us the Steallers !! “Angelina’s will always have a special place in my heart. I grew up in Pittsfield, and every time I come back to visit family I make sure to stop in and get a tomato and cheese sub before I leave town. It’s become a tradition I look forward to every time.

There’s something about it that’s incredibly nostalgic. I’ve eaten at plenty of sub shops over the years and I work in Boston where there are endless options, but Angelina’s always hits differently.

Sometimes the simplest things are the best. It’s a classic Pittsfield staple and a place that brings back great memories every time I visit. I’ll always be a loyal customer.”

“For the last year this place has been going down hill. Food has been cold, in past when we told the owner he took care of it but the last time he didn’t. But we went Easter 4/20/25 price up to $18.99( Sundays now more), and now closed on Mondays. The food was cooked perfect ! They had huge nice fresh cold shrimp all the dishes were fresh! They added little cones to the ice cream bar and surprisingly even had whole cooked crab! It really was very very good! Now if they can just get rid of the fake dusty dirty old flowers in the whole place especially the ones over the buffet!”

“Owner was very friendly and helpful with my order. The store is takeout only (no seating). I ordered ribs and brisket to take home and ended up adding cornbread as well after hearing another customer say he came in just for the cornbread! I will definitely be back.”

Last time as we were standing there for almost 10 minutes while we were ignored. But when the phone rang that was picked up right away and that order was placed.”

“Cims is like my Cheers. Yes, when I go there a lot of people do know my name. But I can go by myself and strike up a conversation with anyone from anywhere and have fun. It is really nice to get to know people from the area, as well as out of town who have never experienced the Berkshires. I highly recommend all of their food, but some of my favorites are the Brandy wings bone in or boneless, I think they call them Cims Wings. The lobster roll is delicious as are the fried scallops and the Fried chicken basket. It is usually on the special board. It is a very sweet better and totally delicious. I have never in 15 years been disappointed with any food I get from there. They also have a great beverage selection as well as many TVs to watch a variety of sporting events including the weather channel”

“Almost every trip to Pittsfield requires a stop into The Spot for one of their juices, smoothies, or my favorite Açaí Bowl in the country. I travel to many states and always try their açaí bowl offerings. Only one in. Colorado came close, but The Spot is still number 1!! Can’t wait until they open Bear Butter in Great Barrington.”

The crust was cooked just right, crispy on the outside with a soft, chewy interior. while the sauce had a rich, fresh taste that didn’t overpower the toppings. Every ingredient tasted high-quality and thoughtfully placed, making each bite better than the last. It was the kind of pizza that you keep thinking about after you’re done eating, and one I’d absolutely go out of my way to have again.”

“I've been going to misty moonlight diner since before they were at their current location since they were at East Street and have never had a bad meal until today my meal itself was perfect my son's egg Benedict was perfect but the four orders that I got to go of biscuits and gravy should have never left the kitchen it looked horrible tasted even worse it's almost like they had leftover gravy and not enough sausage and the sausage that they added to the gravy was crispy unpalatable couldn't even chew it it was so hard I almost came back for a refund had I not fed it to my dog the dog was exceptionally happy with it I just wasn't happy with the $64 I paid for four meals that nobody could eat besides the dog I will give them one more chance to make this right the food that is I don't want my money back because it's too late for me to go there now they close at 2:00 otherwise I would have went and got a refund the service was impeccable is always I tipped the waitress $20 cuz she is always does a great job like Fabian I just don't know her name best waitress in the place best waiter Fabian worst food I ever had this pleasure of trying to eat I am sorry for these harsh words but they need to be said if in the future you run out of biscuits and gravy just take them off the menu do not try to make something that takes time to make in a flash because it never comes out right I was a chef for 20 years so I know how to make biscuits and gravy next to mine that's the best gravy I've ever had except for today sorry Misty moonlight I'm very very unhappy with this I've never brought back a point ever only wish I thought about writing this before I fed it to the dog that way I should have showed you a picture this is only for the management do not share this with customers cuz I will mark it private”

“We were in town for a night and stopped by Patrick’s on Tuesday 3/4. It was a classic Irish bar and we were warmly greeted by the hostess Carolyn, who was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Our waitress was very attentive and gave us menu recommendations that turned out great . The food was delicious, especially their “famous” wings. We’ll be back next time in the Berkshires.”
