“The food is simple delicious there is no way to say it is not! However a bit disappointed that I had to pay extra money because I paid with Debit Card which it would be a bit less if it was paid cash (have never ever seen such a thing in USA, I believe that is a Brazilian thing) was never told about it when I was paying, and the price on the board was $14.95 however on the receipt is $15.41 regardless it should be the same price! Unfortunately I noticed that when I was home and to be honest the food was so so delicious that it was not worth to call about it! So from now on I know how things works there! And yes I will go back because we truly loved the food! The prato feito and their Burger are the bomb, we all loved the food…No regrets!“
“We stopped here after the Boston marathon. My friend was severely dehydrated after the race and visibly sick. I cannot say enough about the hospitality shown by Jeniffer and the hosting staff. They noticed us, brought us fruit and water to help my friend, and showed a ton of kindness. All the stars for the ?“
“Had a great experience at this local coffee shop. Both of our drinks were absolutely delicious- got the iced strawberry matcha and a plain cold brew. Might be my new favorite cold brew in the area! Also tried the garlic pao de queijo, which came steaming hot and was amazing. 10/10 experience and great atmosphere to get some studying in.“
“We absolutely love this place!! Tried this outlay night for a restaurant week deal with only 41 to try all sorts of meat - so worth it! We had beef, chicken, pork, duck and lamb until we were very sick and couldn’t take more? All servers were very polite and nice. They kept giving us food!“
“Absolutely delicious, the fish and shrimp muqueca was amazing and the fried yuca will be a staple in our household. Crab cake was good, as well. Definitely ask for a side of hot sauce if you can do spicy food! Feels very cozy, not at all corporate. Almost like you're part of the family. Definitely worth the price for the food.“
“Great service and atmosphere. I do wish they had a warm food bar option for people who don't eat meat.I went with family with the understanding that it's a steakhouse and a meat based establishment, but we had to pay for the full option and the poor severs kept coming over to me with their skewers. They were all really nice and brought the pineapple and cheese out to me first in our section, which I thought was a nice touch.Vegetarian options: There are options but it will be expensive for just the buffet.“
“All the best. Brazilian flavor. Excellent service, welcoming, comfortable atmosphere, wide variety of products.Wonderful coxinha, piePudding, brigadeiro, passion fruit mousse,...Perfect orange juiceFood per kilo... TastyButcher shop, market, ....“
“The food here at Feijó is definitely worth the try. You can either do the all you can eat or pay by plate, we did the pay by plate. There are several meat options, my favorite was the top sirloin and also the wings.. my least favorite was the garlic steak (it was very tough). This restaurant is more on the smaller side however its perfect to grab a quick lunch.“
“Big fan of this place. Good selection of sides and meat is extremely tender.Tip - Get their passion fruit juice (I don’t remember the second juice - it’s right behind the register). Ask for half and half. The juice is refreshing.Their hot sauce is phenomenal!Vegetarian options: There’s many vegetarian optionsKid-friendliness: It’s a family restaurantParking: There’s plenty of parking ?️ in the front and sides.“
“Being only open for 2.5 hours once a week, Matcha Boy is a bit of an elusive find inside Nibble Kitchen at Bow Market. However, it's worth visiting if you can catch the window. The staff was super friendly and walked me through the menu. I was between the Azuki Matcha Latte or the CHAffogato but ultimately decided to go for the latter since it's not something I've seen at a matcha spot before. For $6, I got a cup of sweet vanilla ice cream drowned in some hot hojicha. I originally thought that they would give me the hojicha separately to pour myself, but they do it for you before handing over your order, so be sure to have your camera ready if you are interested in recording (I missed my opportunity haha). The ice cream was rich and the perfect amount of sweetness, which is what I love the most about Asian desserts. It also had bits of ice that added some texture variety with each bite. The hojicha added a subtle nuttiness that elevated the ice cream. If I had a biscotto or cookie to top this off, it would have been perfect.Overall, I am really happy that I got to try this dessert, and I'll definitely be back to try the Azuki Matcha Latte.“
“I was just in the mood for some Brazilian type pastries for lunch, and looked it up on Yelp! My daughter and I drove from Woburn to Somerville and ordered an assortment of goods... You know when you experience something that takes you back to your childhood?? This was it for me...the ambience, the friendliness, and the flavors. Me, my daughter and my inner child drove home with smiles on our faces with food for my wife and my mother to enjoy!!! Amazing! We’ll be back soon!“
“Went here after seeing the USS constitution & before heading over to the bunker hill monument. The ladies working were exceptionally sweet. Very affordable prices. The egg and cheese on everything was delicious. Friends got Brie and cheese and really enjoyed. The orange juice was yummy and my friend said the cafe con leche was awesome. Highly recommend!!“
“Excellent, homemade food, served family style. Quick, friendly service. We are non-Portuguese speakers, and most of the staff are not comfortable with speaking English. With kindness and patience, we and the hostess and waitstaff were able to communicate, and we enjoyed our meal and the service greatly! Thanks! I considered taking off one star for two reasons: 1) the ambiance is perhaps, primitive. It feels a bit like a lunch counter, especially compared to the fancier places in the area which are newer or have been re-done. 2) By serving food family style, the restaurant is able to produce better food, in quantity, more quickly. HOWEVER, it means that everyone must agree on what they're getting. There ends up being a more limited choice for dinner. I expect that if the restaurant gets more business, they will make more money and will be able to address the ambiance, which will then bring in further business. At heart, this restaurant serves great food at a great price and I wish them all the best.“
“So I've always had delivery from here and been very happy. This time I was in area so I stopped in. Place looked a little shabby on out side but oh sooo clean inside I was very impressed at cleanliness. There was one girl who spoke some English but it was pretty much self serve. Good variety of food at very reasonable prices and my son was super excited about the orange juice squeezing machine it was delicious!! Because of lack of parking I'll probably still do lunch delivered as it's easier.“
“This is a to go place more then anything it cheap and delicious food. There are seat the number of them is limited. This is not a go with a big party place. This is very much a brasilian community staple place. It for the people who are on the way home and don't want to cook you grab the food and go home and enjoy in peace. This is a kilo restaurant where you pay by the weight of food you get so the more you get the more you play I got 3 lbs of food for about $dollar it is my lunch and dinner for the day cuz I got to much food.“
“A Tale of Two Meals: The Highs and Lows at Terra Nossa, AbingtonMy culinary escapades at Terra Nossa in Abington have been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride. On one hand, there’s the capirinha incident – a drink that promised a zesty zest but ended up being a lemony letdown. Despite my earnest efforts and a sense of fiscal responsibility (it wasn’t cheap!), the drink remained unconquered, a sour reminder of lemons long past their prime. But wait, not all was lost in this flavor saga! Rewind to a breakfast scene, and it’s a whole different story. The ‘misto quente completo’ was nothing short of a morning masterpiece, and the fresh-squeezed orange juice? A golden elixir of joy, making every sip feel like a toast to new beginnings. This breakfast experience was a love letter to morning hunger, perfectly crafted and delivered with zest. This juxtaposition of experiences is a curious one. While the South Shore Plaza branch consistently hits the high notes, the Abington branch seems to be playing a different tune, especially come lunchtime. Yet, with the delightful breakfast memory in mind, I’m left with a sense of hope. It’s a reminder that sometimes, a place can surprise you – for better or for worse. In conclusion, Terra Nossa in Abington is a place of contrasts. A breakfast haven and a lunchtime puzzle. Will I return? Maybe, with cautious optimism and a hopeful appetite, looking forward to more breakfast triumphs and perhaps a redeemed capirinha. After all, every culinary story deserves a chance at a happy ending.“
“I ordered the guloso with brazilian beans, pork and steak. The restaurant is clean, and the portions were pretty fair, about 2-3 servings of rice that was fluffy and good flavor. My food came out just as I arrived, so it was hot and fresh. My belly is full of joy. I'm excited to go back and try a burger next ??“
“Mineirão is small but packed to the brim with Brazilian goodies. They are stocked with calabresa and paio, types of Brazilian sausages that are very hard to find in other markets in the US (and I've been to several looking for them...). Their snack aisle was full of all childhood favorites including Fandangos (an addicting corn based chip) and polvilho (a crunchy, airy snack). They have an extensive cafe menu that I will come back to try.“
“Manager and stuff want you to really enjoy this place. The rodizio is bigger than and the quality is some of the best, maybe best in Boston area small, but great side dish selections. Accommodating staff and great fried fish. Not the fanciest restaurant, but they have quality down solidKid-friendliness: The staff for great with taking care of my kids and helping them with what they wanted.“
“Great spot! Any place that attracts some element of entertainment or nightlife is always going to get some disgruntled reviews. But we had a great time here. Had a late bite and some cocktails and we really enjoyed the service and music after. Been making a point to support local and been to a few spots I never tried, as someone born and raised in Somerville. Definitely recommend stopping in! Especially for folks looking for some Brazilian music and fare.“
“Food and service were great! Good bang for your buck! High quality all you can eat steak, chicken, sausage and sides. Staff all super friendly and attentive. Good quiet ambiance. Would recommend to anyone for a nice steak dinner. Everything was seasoned perfectly.“
“Leonardo's Pizzeria has the best buffalo chicken wings I have tried from a pizzeria in Massachusetts. The pizza is thin crust and has a tasty tomato sauce, ample cheese and toppings. The service was great too. I was waiting for my order to be completed in my car and when they finished they started to walk my order out to me. It was very kind of them. It was an excellent experience all around with Leonardo's Pizzeria.“
“I really liked the food! Great option for Brazilian food. I recommend eating by the kilo since you eat what you want, get whatever roast meat you want, fresh off the grill... very good! I liked it and recommend it to anyone who likes Brazilian food.“
“We stumbled on this place while we were looking for a laundromat. I had no idea this hidden treasure was right here! This is a little Brazilian convenience store with assorted sweet and savory pastries. We tried a few different savory pastries (I wish I could remember the name of everything), but everything was SO delicious! What a treat! Plus, the girls behind the counter were super sweet and helpful to explain everything to us.“
“They created an absolutely gorgeous and tasty birthday cake for my daughter. The brigadeiro filling was sensational! We’ve bought other delish pastries there, sweet as well as savory and they were fabulous. We love going here and exploring all the wonderful items.“
“I went here for dinner with a couple of friends for a girls night and my waitress was Eliene. She was absolutely amazing and made us feel very welcome and important! She put even more fun in our night! We adored the live music. Food was pretty good but service was out of this world good! Definitely coming back here.“
“We googled 'steakhouse near me' after a Freejacks (rugby) game in Quincy. We would never have found this place otherwise. What a lovely little gem!Set up as a traditionally designed Brazilian Steakhouse, the salad bar had a wide assortment of delicious food & the young man who made the rounds with meat was well mannered & thoughtful. Once he recognized how we preferred our meat cooked, that's how he cut for us. Definitely try the grilled Pineapple too, it was so good. The restaurant is clean, well lit, and easy to move around in. We just missed the lunch priced all you can eat (looks like the best deal). They sent us home with cake as we weren't able to eat the included dessert, but it was a generous cut of chocolate cake.Parking: There is parking out back, but a few scattered potholes, so drive slowly“
