“Let me tell you about Gerardo's - this bakery is the real deal! When it comes to pastries and desserts, they are so good that even I, a baking disaster, can bring something to a party without looking like a total muppet. Gerardo's is like my secret weapon - I just show up with their treats and suddenly everyone thinks I'm a domestic goddess (little do they know, it's all thanks to Gerardo's). If you're tired of being the person who always brings the sad store-bought cookies to the party, it's time to level up and get yourself to Gerardo's. Their sweets will have you feeling like a boss, and all your friends will be begging for your baking secrets (which you can either keep to yourself or generously share, it's up to you).“
“I tried Worcester Sweets with my friend yesterday. It is a nice spot with very friendly staff. The iced vegan chai I got was very good, but there weren't any vegan options for food. I will most likely be back for another drink but it would be nice if there was something I could eat as well.“
“Been in Worcester 5 years and I dont know how ive never heard of this place even though I've been next door at the pizza place when I was new to the city.I just played it safe with the italiano, but it was exceptional. This is the archetype of an italian sub. If I had a friend that had never heard of an italian sub before, I'd take them here.11 dollars but its pretty damn big and has a lot of meat. Bread is fresh and makes the sandwich.“
“Easy to find specific ingredients you may not find in traditional grocery store. Bakery items are delicious as well as the prepackage goods (tabouleh tzatziki hummus) I cant leave without a piece of spanikopita, cheese boat or sambouski. Reliable for years past and I’m sure years to come.“
“I love Yummy Mummy baked goods and sometimes give them as gifts. Melissa's team filled and delivered an order on short notice this week, and it was a hit! No matter the request or the timeline, they do everything they can to meet the need. Great place with consistently superior quality and excellent service. Thank you!“
“Outstanding food! This place is an absolute gem, and the guy working the counter is patient and helpful. It looks super sketchy from the outside and the strip mall is one of the bleakest places ever, but man, the FOOD! It's truly amazing, and we'll absolutely be back!“
“The staff is great, nice clean place, we love several of their products. And let me address the price. If you like that dried out $2 loaf of bread you get at the supermarket, the one that turns into a hockey puck in 24 hours, there is no sense going to The BreadGuy. Unless you want something far better. The price is fine for the fantastic things they sell. I see a lot of people in that store that apparently want something better too.“
“I'm right handed. If asked to, I'd gladly saw off my right arm in order to have the privilege of eating another egg white delight with ham + swiss. Get it on a pretzel bun and DONT SKIMP, add the aioli. Unffff, just thinking about it makes me sweaty. 10/10, would head here in a zombie apocalypse. I want this to be the last breakfast sandwich I ever eat.“
“My husband and I decided to try this bakery at last after seeing it on Facebook. We got an apple turnover and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was fantastic! The apple turnover was very flaky, though it could have used just a bit more filling. The parking is ample and the ambience of the bakery is clean and open. Maybe not a place to grab a full meal for breakfast, but certainly a great place for a quick sweet treat or to meet a friend for coffee. The only changes I would make are to post prices somewhere - there weren't any that I could see for either drinks or the bakery items, except for the day old section (based on what we paid, I'm thinking each pastry was probably in the $4.50-$5 range?). I would also in the future love to see some not coffee options like tea or hot chocolate. I don't personally drink coffee, so I got a bottle of water instead from their refrigerator. We will certainly be back!“
“Ok, so I have never had a more delicious hummus or falafel sandwich in my life. Seriously. My wife had the chicken schwarma and has the same comment about it. The Greek salad was perfect. The only negative is figuring out the evening hours, which seem to fluctuate- don't depend on the published ones- call to confirm.. rating of 4 only because of unannounced hours changes. Food is a heavy 5 star all the way...“
“Ordered a couple donut platters the other day for our member's here at Venture X Marlborough.Per usual, these donuts were FANTASTIC!!!!! Fresh, sweet and savory. The maple bacon donut is the top pick!Nothing but the best for our best members!“
“I just received the sugar cookie Christmas trees and snowflakes. They are beautifully decorated and shipped perfectly with no broken ones. They also included 10 extra ones for breakage. I was very impressed. They were very easy to do business with and very professional and nice. I have to say I did try one when they came. Very tasty. I recommend Wicked Good Cookies very highly.“
“I will no longer depend on drugs and other chemical treatments because they are slowly killing us. The natural medicine I bought from herbalist Dr Odion is working perfectly for me and I saw many people talk about his natural herbs and how he cured them from herpes virus and other diseases. I used his natural medicine for a few weeks and my sores are completely gone, I had a lab test as directed and the doctor can't find herpes virus in my body. I don't know if it's hidden but I can't find any symptoms and I've never had an outbreak again. Herbalist Dr. Odion is a great healer and I hope that anyone with any kind of health problem contacts him for an effective natural cure. His Facebook page. “I can’t say enough about Giovanni’s! I called on Tuesday to ask about a cake in their case and was told that if need to special order it, when I said I needed it that day the man who answer the phone said no problem and it was ready that afternoon!! Everyone at my house was raving about the vanilla cake with custard and ganache topping! The cake was amazing. Delicate cake with a delicious filling and the frosting - the best I’ve ever had! I can’t wait until I need another cake! Thanks for great customer service and a memorable cake!“
“my husband and I went for a walk and stopped in for breakfast since it's 15 minutes away from us. Hubby got a bacon, egg, and cheese and I got a sausage, egg, and cheese both on Swedish rye. The portions are just filling enough and the taste was very savory, leaving room for us to bring some snacks home. Will be back and highly recommend!“
“An amazing little shop with fresh baked Argentinian empanadas. We tried 4 different empanadas and every one was absolutely delicious! They will heat up your empanadas right there if you want to enjoy them fresh, or take out a half dozen or so to heat up later. Super friendly staff, delicious chimchurri sauce, all served up with crisp, flakey, filling LOADED empanadas. If you're ever in the area, swing by and grab a few... You'll be glad you did!“
“I'm so happy I drove out to try Swanski's! Although I cannot speak on how their bagels stand by themselves, they taste absolutely delicious with their plain and veggie cream cheeses.Honestly, they may have sold me on veggie cream cheese. I have never had it before, it paired perfectly with the plain bagel. It was flavorful and far from being too much. Theirs includes garlic, shallots, bell peppers, and I think perhaps one more vegetable I forgot about. You could probably request to have the cream cheese on the side if you don't want it spread on the bagel for you. Two thumbs up.The bagels were awesomely toasted and so *chef's kiss* crispy! I enjoyed them a great deal and finished both before I left the parking lot!I also ended up getting one of their lemon bars and their M&M cookies. I would get the lemon bar again if I was craving something lemony--it was pretty nice and I liked that it was soft and chewy. The cookies are a bit crispy as well on the outer edges, and it gets soft and chewy towards the middle, which I love.I had a five star experience is what I can say. I was in the shop by myself and the staff member who aided me was really kind and patient. Three thumbs up for service! As another review stated, from the outside, it is very unassuming. On the inside, it is a warm and well-kept and well-maintained bake shop. They have plenty of great merch you can purchase for yourself or a loved one. There is seating available for the outside only as there is limited space inside. Plenty of parking in the back of the building as you enter from the right hand side, and you just walk up to the front.I'll happily be coming back here for more of their bagels with cream cheese and their other delectable goodies. Highly recommended, thank you~!Edit: As of 9/21/2023, they are CLOSED on Sundays, and doing Farmer's Markets on those days until the end of the season.“
“Wonderful, cozy place, wonderful food with a homemade taste, made by our mother. There is nothing on the menu that is not delicious. Perfect for a quick snack or a full lunch/dinner. Above all, Felipe makes the entire environment more pleasant by exuding friendliness.“
“I cannot say enough good things about On The Rise Bakery! Mara helped me make the most AMAZING surprise rehearsal dinner groom's cake for my husband. It had all of his favorites things on it, and was a decadent chocolate and peanut butter cream filling. Everyone loved it!!! She also made my wedding cake! The Flower design was breathtaking!! And no surprise, this cake also tasted fab! My guests are still talking about it! We did vanilla and chocolate cake with chocolate and espresso buttercream, SOOOO GOOD! Can't wait to have a piece of each again on my 1 year anniversary!!!! <3 THANKS MARA AND ON THE RISE!“
“Great coffee shop in Northborough. Coffee is great, breakfast and lunch food are enjoyable. Unfortunate that the best lunch sandwich the cuban they no longer have. Service is good. The atmosphere is nice. Would recommend them to others in Northborough.“
“We went to TImothy Jay Sweets recently with 2 of our granddaughters to pick out some cupcakes to celebrate the younger one's 3rd birthday. There were plenty of varieties to choose from, each one looking more delicious than the next!Timothy made sure to recognize her special day and included a little something extra for her older sister "just because"The cupcakes were delicious!“
“This place is wonderful. Great cakes and pastries, always a kind staff. Everything is delicious! The cakes have become a nice treat to celebrate special occasions, and so far every pastry or cookie we've tried has been a big hit! Always looking for that authentic, delicious flavor, and this is absolutely the bakery to fulfill all those needs and more!“
“The mochi donuts were delicious. A nice variety of flavors, and the donuts are not overly sweet so the toppings really stand out. The vietnamese coffee with ube foam was strong but a really good flavor. The winter melon iced tea was sweet and refreshing. Korean cheese corn dogs were amazing and would give 6/5 stars if I could. Excellent customer service.“
“Best bread, hands down. Every time I go I try something different and so far everything has been delicious, healthy 7 grains, traditional French, Irish soda bread (both traditional and white chocolate cranberry were amazing!) all different kinds of muffins and their scones! I had biscotti today and that was so good! And everyone work there are always nice and friendly, I feel so lucky to have this little gem near me!“
“Such good baked goods, they run out fast and even the second batch is gone before you know it! I have to keep getting there earlier and earlier all the time! So if that is not telling you how good it is, well, I won't be leaving empty handed of my favorites anymore!Wheelchair accessibility: No steps, street level.“
“Update: Changed my review, because I was called personally with an apology & the owner let me know that he’d be getting their staff re trained & educated on the topic better. I understand there’s people who abuse the label “service dog” & just have ESA’s (which are not allowed in public). The apology was very much appreciated. The owner is very good at fixing any problem that might happen & is always willing to make things better for his customers.I don’t ever make reviews. But if you have a service dog please save yourself the trouble from bringing them here with you.I was told to leave when trying to order off the tablet because “pets aren’t allowed”, even after answering the question they asked, that I do have a service dog. Then I was asked to show “documentation” that my service dogs a service dog. There’s no official way to prove with papers that you have a service dog or type of certification. Even after informing the worker, they weren’t bothering to try figuring out what I was saying was actually truthful. The 2 things you can ask someone is, “is that a service dog” & “what tasks do they perform”.It’s hard enough to go out in public for me but after this experience it’s best I don’t return to this specific location for crumbl. It was extremely embarrassing that the worker made a scene in front of all the other customers.“
“THE BEST PLACE IN WORCESTER I LOVE THE FOOD, THE GIRLS ARE AMAZING, THE BRAZILIAN BREAD SO GOOD , EVERYTHING OVER THERE SO YUMMY ALWAYS SO FRESH AND THE PLACE ALWAYS CLEAN SO FRIENDLY MAKES ME FEEL LIKE HOME CONGRATULATIONS ALL THE TEAM AND THE OWNERS GREAT JOB ???????????“
“This bakery reminds me of the bakeries I used to patronize decades ago. It's an old school bakery with the sights and smells that fondly reminded me of so many pleasant excursions to bakeries from my childhood. The cases and shelves are fully stocked with cookies and breads, and off to one corner sits a refrigerated cased with Apple Tarts that seem to be beckoning. I was unsure if the tart was made at the bakery due to the packaging and label. But it looked good, so I grabbed them to go. I thought the tarts were delicious, not overly sweet with a nice texture. I'd look forward to eating these again. Alas there were no French Eclairs, my perennial favorite, and there could be a greater selection of pastries. That said, this is a great local spot to score some fresh bread or tasty treats!“
“The only bad thing is the lack of parking. It's only a few spaces, and if you go around noon, it's crowded and there's no parking. On top of that, it's only ONE handicap ♿️ spot, and it's used by an employee, who told me once, very RUDELY that when I complained that it was his car and he had a handicap placard, even though it was not displayed and he didn't want to show it. I'm handicap and need enough space on my side to be able to get out comfortably. The owner and other staff are very friendly and the food is great.“
“Their buntini's are definitely the star of the show. I've tried the one size up mini cakes and they're too sweet. The tiny cupcake size are definitely the best. The lemon is the best flavor, hands down. They're not cheap but they're super delicious. A nice treat to bring to a party or something.“
