Absolutely the worst of the worst. They won't acknowledge you. Stood there for ten min before they asked me if I needed anything, and they weren't that busy. I asked for a glazed stick donuts, I got regular glazed. Asked for a tea with sugar and milk, I got a tea black. I should have read the other posts first before going thereParking: Watch the potholes
Waited in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes (only 2 cars in front of me) only to be charged an extra $2.50 for oat milk for my iced coffee. The sticker on the coffee says "5 oatmilk" so they charged me $.50 for each one I guess instead of just once. Kid crumpled up the receipt and threw it away after handing me the coffee so he must have known he messed up. Every time I come here the wait is long or the orders are wrong. Worst Dunkin in the area. Not going back.

I visited the establishment today and placed my order using the app. However, upon arrival, I was informed that their system was down. As a result, I now have to reach out to customer service to receive a refund. It appeared to me that the place was understaffed, possibly leading to the closure of the lobby. Overall, a disappointing experience due to technical issues and staffing issues.
