Pillowy soft, delicious and amazing flavor lineup that changes all the time with the season, holidays, and just for fun (but there's always some faithful flavors available all the time)! I shop only vegan due to dietary restrictions, and this place labels their flavors, so it's easy to navigate my allergy restrictions if I hop on their site before ordering in store. Plus, I can order LARGE orders online ahead of time for my whole office and it's easy pickup on my way to work! My office bagel buddies say the cream cheese special flavors here are crazy awesome, and the bagels themselves are top competitor with NY bagels - Kudos, Comfort Bagel!! Oh, and did i mention their bagel sandwiches? 😱”

“We went for date night last night and the food was absolutely incredible. The owner was very friendly and helpful and the food came out quickly and very fresh. We had the bomber tots (amazing). My husband had the buffalo chicken wrap and he said it was the best he has had in a while- which is saying a lot since my husband is a connoisseur of buffalo chicken flavored anything. I had the southern style chicken sandwich and it was also delicious. Highly recommend!!”

“I highly recommend Frosted Peaks Bakery (and owner Lisa!) for the quality, creativity, and delicious taste of her artistic creations that make extra special, “designer” favors for events! For a safari-themed baby shower, she made and decorated 5 adorable animals (hippo, rhino, lion, elephant, & giraffe) that matched my invite beautifully! For a medical school graduation party, she matched my invite (a doctor’s white coat and a stethoscope) and customized it by adding a “Dr. H” on the chest. At both events, the cookies received rave reviews from guests. Lisa was pleasant and professional in all of our interactions. Her cookies and designs are exceptional!”

“Phyl is fantastic--she's fun, easy to talk to, and goes the extra mile to take care of her customers (even if that means delivering them cake tasting samples in the middle of a rainstorm!). Phyl was so easy to work with, using primarily text message and a few phone calls to connect. Her cake was DELICIOUS (and got so many compliments from our guests), and it was incredibly reasonably-priced in comparison to all the other shops we looked at. We will come back to Phyl for all our custom cake needs in the future.”

“My first visit to Skyline Beer Company was yesterday, to bring my kiddos to their advertised Easter Egg hunt, and I will certainly be back. Great beer, (enjoyed the B Berry) as well as great food and an expansive menu (had a delicious Buffalo chicken wrap, which I am quite a snob about, a basket of yummy dill pickles was the perfect appetizer/munchies for the kids and adults, great truffle tries). Because of the event, the place was quite packed and very busy, but the staff held it down. It really speaks volumes that they took the time and effort to hold such a great, family friendly event at their establishment, and I will be thrilled to come back again in the near future, especially in the warmer months so we can also take advantage of that gorgeous hilltop view.”

“I've ordered from Gigi's Pizza quite a few times, and it's easily one of my favorite pizza spots in Westfield. The pizza is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The sauce has a rich, homemade taste with just the right amount of seasoning, the cheese is perfectly melted and has that great stretchy, cheesy bite, and the crust is crispy on the outside while staying soft and chewy inside. Everything just comes together so well that it's hard to stop at one slice. The staff is always friendly, and the whole place has a welcoming feel. If you're looking for really good pizza, I definitely recommend giving Gigi's a try!”

“Every time I go to get food and coffees at DD I am welcomed with smiles. I always see the team including the manager, working together and getting customers served, even when it’s busy. When it’s slow I always see employees cleaning the equipment and stocking. They always suppose each other. I love visiting this location as I always have a good experience. “This isn't like other Friendly's. You order and pay for your food and are given a number
You take this number to your seat and wait for them to bring your order. This store has a smaller amount of seating compared to a regular Friendly's and is setup more for take out. The menu is comparable to a regular Friendly's and you can still order ice cream and milkshakes. Overall our experience was very good and our food was tasty.”

“Just ordered pizza and wings for delivery and it was such a quick delivery especially for it being super bowl Sunday! Just the right amount of sauce, cheese and toppings it’s not overwhelming on any one ingredient. I love when cheese gets those crispy brown delicious spots on top and this is loaded with those 🤤🤤❤️❤️ crust is the perfect texture, just the right amount of crunch and chew. My mom and I used to go to the original Boston Bay when they first opened in Chicopee and I love having the option to get the same great food now that I live in Westfield!”

“I tried Bella Roma Pizza for the first time and honestly it’s one of those places you don’t expect to be that good but it is. The pizza was actually perfect, like crispy but still soft and not greasy at all. We also got wings and they were really flavorful and not dry like most places. Everything came out fast and the people working there were super nice which made it even better. Definitely one of my new go to spots in Westfield.”

“My wife and I ate here on Friday, 9/18, and went into the restaurant not knowing what to expect (we've only had Pho at our local restaurant and they serve an amazing Pho). There were about 6 people eating (2 tables), so easy to find seating. We were able to quickly decide on what to eat and signaled to have our order taken.
Now, we're used to waiting to getthe appetizers, eating them quickly, and then waiting a bit longer before we get the Pho. Not here. Our appetizers were served very quickly and we're not done before we both got our bowls of Pho. Amazing and quick service. And, the appetizers and Pho were delicious. No corners cut. Will dine here again.”

“I have to say subway stors are very consistent ? always good food. I always enjoy the fresh grinder rolls. The selection of ingredients makes Subway a top business .

“Dunkin's is usually great. But ever since the main st one closed this one has been busy. Just don't go there in the afternoon. They'll forget parts of your order. Ordered through the app. Had to wait over 5 mins to get the other one made while being ignored by workers. And for $5 drinks they couldn't do them all the way.”

I’ve been going here several times a week for almost a year now and I cannot say enough about how sweet and welcoming every drive-through employee is! The manager clearly does a great job at hiring passionate people to run the window. I know my coffee will always be right and my sandwich is always on point and I can depend on service always speedy! I wish they could take tips!! Keep up the great job!”
