“We’re in town from Virginia and were looking for a locally owned place for ice cream. This place was perfect! Very cute with lots of flavors. Plenty of outdoor seating for such a small place. There were only a couple of young ladies working and they were quite busy as it is a sunny Saturday but they handled the rush quite well. My husband and I own and orientate our own ice cream shop so we know how these busy times can be! We’d definitely come back when we’re in the area again.”

I had many guests come to me complimenting the food, staff and owner/chef Monica. It was a day I'll remember even more so thanks to this great venue. “I highly recommend Frosted Peaks Bakery (and owner Lisa!) for the quality, creativity, and delicious taste of her artistic creations that make extra special, “designer” favors for events! For a safari-themed baby shower, she made and decorated 5 adorable animals (hippo, rhino, lion, elephant, & giraffe) that matched my invite beautifully! For a medical school graduation party, she matched my invite (a doctor’s white coat and a stethoscope) and customized it by adding a “Dr. H” on the chest. At both events, the cookies received rave reviews from guests. Lisa was pleasant and professional in all of our interactions. Her cookies and designs are exceptional!”

“Phyl is fantastic--she's fun, easy to talk to, and goes the extra mile to take care of her customers (even if that means delivering them cake tasting samples in the middle of a rainstorm!). Phyl was so easy to work with, using primarily text message and a few phone calls to connect. Her cake was DELICIOUS (and got so many compliments from our guests), and it was incredibly reasonably-priced in comparison to all the other shops we looked at. We will come back to Phyl for all our custom cake needs in the future.”

“My first visit to Skyline Beer Company was yesterday, to bring my kiddos to their advertised Easter Egg hunt, and I will certainly be back. Great beer, (enjoyed the B Berry) as well as great food and an expansive menu (had a delicious Buffalo chicken wrap, which I am quite a snob about, a basket of yummy dill pickles was the perfect appetizer/munchies for the kids and adults, great truffle tries). Because of the event, the place was quite packed and very busy, but the staff held it down. It really speaks volumes that they took the time and effort to hold such a great, family friendly event at their establishment, and I will be thrilled to come back again in the near future, especially in the warmer months so we can also take advantage of that gorgeous hilltop view.”

“I tried Bella Roma Pizza for the first time and honestly it’s one of those places you don’t expect to be that good but it is. The pizza was actually perfect, like crispy but still soft and not greasy at all. We also got wings and they were really flavorful and not dry like most places. Everything came out fast and the people working there were super nice which made it even better. Definitely one of my new go to spots in Westfield.”

“Just ordered pizza and wings for delivery and it was such a quick delivery especially for it being super bowl Sunday! Just the right amount of sauce, cheese and toppings it’s not overwhelming on any one ingredient. I love when cheese gets those crispy brown delicious spots on top and this is loaded with those 🤤🤤❤️❤️ crust is the perfect texture, just the right amount of crunch and chew. My mom and I used to go to the original Boston Bay when they first opened in Chicopee and I love having the option to get the same great food now that I live in Westfield!”

“I go to Moe’s usually twice a week, and the food is Always great, service friendly and efficient!!! Today was my 12th visit, and the first time I had a problem, when I gave the cashier my $2 off coupon code, he didn’t ring it correctly, only deducted $1off my total, highlighted the code, brought the slip in another room and never said anything. I left the line, looked at my receipt and saw he only gave me $1 off instead of $2, and went back to ask the man why and he first said it was rang correctly, then said it came up as an INVALID code, but was worth $1discount, and Lastly said some people use codes repeatedly, basically treating me like a criminal. I was very upset by this treatment and hope no one else gets treated this way, by this worker. I do plan on speaking with the store manager, Hopefully, it’s Not this worker.”
