I rated Roy's last year with 5 stars and it is still an amazing 5 star review. I go every year with my husband for our anniversary. This year, due to COVID, we did carry out. I was slightly concerned about doing carry out. My concern was not necessary, because everything was amazing. The food was well prepared, the sauces were on the side so nothing became soggy, and the curbside pickup service was excellent. Our waiter, Doug really worked to be very polite and fun to talk to. This is on top of serving every other table at the same time. He didn't show any stress or act anything other than pleasant. Ask for him by name.

The food was excellent, I enjoyed a New York strip. the service was spot on, friendly, fast and responsive. The decor was fine, with little hints of Hawaiian elements. Located in harbor east, parking can be challenging, but definately a social scene. Price are a bit high, but the match the area and the experience. I recommend the New York strip.
