“Harvest Thyme Tavern is one of our most favorite restaurants in the DMV, yet a neighborhood gem. We probably eat here more than most go out to dinner in a month. I admire the family ownership and commitment to running the establishment on a daily basis. The food is sourced from our local farmers and that’s just another reason we love this place. The quality ingredients make all the difference in the food and the cocktails. Burgers, fish, salads, pasta and pizza no one else comes close to. Everything here tastes amazing. Pam has desserts to die for, always a select menu and then she has daily offerings that will have you questioning which one to go for. Have no doubt you will love everything! Hands down the best Spicy Cadillac Margarita and that alone speaks volumes. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The staff is always accommodating, personal, professional and friendly. I promise you will not be disappointed!!!“

“Party of 4- food consistently very good. Service very good and server knowledgeable. However she did not check back in when we needed more drinks. And to not offer tap water is ridiculous in my opinion. Only offering bottled water which increases check cost. Other than that we love this place.“

“Yesterday was my first time there, myself and a party of five. One member of our party arrived and had the table reserve the wait was 30 minutes, took that long for the rest of us to arrive; when we did we were seated rather fast. The crab bomb stole the show, best any of us ever had. Second runner up the crab soup also the baked potatoe was well portioned and was not dried out. The haddock was fried to perfection, and the cake dessert oh my, I ordered dessert to go, When I later dugged into the lemon pound cake each morsel was delicious, as if it was home made. Over all an excellent dining experience, a little pricey but was worth every single dime, we will return.“

“Delicious! Portion sizes are very generous. We ordered biscuits and wings appetizers, very good. Biscuits were enormous and the pepper jelly paired well with the butter. I got the sampler plate, easily enough for two people. The brisket, pulled pork and sausage were my favorite parts. My date ordered a burger, he devoured it. We also got Cajun fries, brussel sprouts, and cole slaw for sides. The cole slaw was bland and boring, do not recommend. The brussel sprouts were over cooked in my opinion, but the goat cheese on top was good. The cajun fries did not have a lot of seasoning, but they were delicious lol, can't go wrong with a crowd favorite. Over all good place to eat. Service was excellent, our server was very attentive.“

“I had the pleasure of visiting a family-owned restaurant in Annapolis yesterday and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The customer service was impeccable and the staff, including a young boy who is also learning, were incredibly kind and welcoming. I'm not sure what exactly made it taste so good, but it did. Based on reviews, I made sure we had room for dessert and it did not disappoint. Mine was the bread pudding - which the reviews said we should get. It was a delicious comfort dessert. Some might find it too sweet. He had the fruit crumble. It was supposed to be apple, but it tasted more tart like rhubarb so we were glad he'd also got a scoop of ice cream.“

“Cute Italian restaurant with modest inside decor. We ate outside at their sidewalk tables on a nice spring evening. It was mid-week and therefore quiet along the street. The food was fresh, good size portions, and reasonably priced. The Penne Vesuviana with sweet sausage was delicious, but the Clams Linguini was too bland. Our waitress Maddie was delightful and very attentive as is Erin, the owner. For casual dining, especially al fresco (outside), it's perfect. On Wednesdays, most wines are 50% off, which is another nice offering.“

The stunning beauty of this restaurant feels like Spain. Lots of space for large parties & children. Prices range fair to great! An entire menu section devoted to tapas! Flavorful Food is thoughtfully and beautifully prepared. The warm atmosphere is friendly and inviting. My friend ordered chicken and I had chile relleno. The beans & rice were delicious and delicately seasoned. The chicken chile relleno was smothered in tangy salsa verde and cooked perfectly.While I would have preferred larger pieces of chicken instead of shredded chicken, the dish worked. It's not spicy and not over salted. Felt full and satisfied. We will return to try more dishes.“

“Due to some unforseen health issues, I have to drastically change my diet. Nothing spicy, no fried foods, no dairy, no citrus, no caffeine, no chocolate. This has been really difficult.This place was AMAZING. I got the quinoa bowl, a side of Brussel sprouts, multi grain toast and 2 sides of ham. The person who took my order consulted with the chef for each item. I did initially have a pork patty with the ham but it was a little spicy. However, I didn't tell the cashier (totally my fault). The cashier came over and checked on me and was able to swap the patty for more ham.I literally but the Brussel sprouts and tore the ham up in the bowl. DELICIOUS. And best of all, everything was safe to eat.I've been having a difficult time going out because most places can't accommodate, and I get it. “My wife and I are Sushi lovers! As we were looking for a place to eat and not having reservations at our first stop, which was full, we walked on and came across Joss Sushi Bar. WHAT a GREAT find! From the street you see the main bar and not the full sushi bar or rest of restaurant, which is towards the back. Nice layout! We ordered edamame and 5 Shrimp tempura and not only were they large, they were cooked to perfection. We then ordered two rolls, a Tuna Avocado and a Spicy Tuna. Both rolls were EXCELLENT! All our food was VERY fresh and tasted great. We also ordered a nice hot Sake, recommended by our waitress, who was excellent and explained everything thoroughly. The Price, Food and Service was outstanding. Would highly recommend!“
